Wir haben letzte Minute für ein Doppelzimmer reserviert. Die check-in war reibungslos und das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sie haben eine Lounge mit kostenlosem Kaffee, in der Sie sich entspannen können. Wir hatten Abendessen im Restaurant, das Essen war gut und der Teil war großzügig.

Centrally located close to domestic airport, gas station and supermarket. Hotel appears to be converted from an old building but is nicely maintained with a charming lobby. Room size is bigger than other Iceland hotels. Shower is only separated from toilet by a shower curtain, so bathroom would get a bit wet but not a big issue. Both dinner and breakfast are good. Better reserve for dinner as it gets busy. O sure washing machine is handy, although may need to wait a bit as there is only one machine. Staff are generally helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

when you drive to the hotel, you will climb up and down a mountain, and the weather is unpredictable in april, your car can be stuck in the snowy mountain road. our car stuck in the snowy road in the evening, it is very kindness that the hotel sent a pickup to pick us to the hotel. here i will say thank you very much to the hotel.

On the way to the hotel, we were still concerned about the facilities since it’s in the middle of Iceland. However, once we arrived, we felt quite comfortable. The room was spacious, and the view from the canteen during breakfast was especially beautiful!
