Whoever trying to book this hotel through trip.com has to be careful of potential payment issues throughout your stay. When I was checking in at the reception, I was told that the hotel haven’t receive any payment from trip.com’s partner. Hence, they have to ‘charged’ a pre-authorised sale (which wasn’t refunded to me yet, I’m still waiting) because I don’t want to waste time waiting for travel agencies and hotel to deal with this. (I have fully paid my stay to trip.com). I have contacted trip.com several times on this issue and all updates I have received was that payment was successfully made but even after checking out, the hotel reception keep telling me and calling my WhatsApp that no payment have been received yet. I’m annoyed throughout my stay and even after my stay. Other than that, In terms of my stay experience, overall it is still okay. The hotel decorated one of my room for my grandmother’s birthday which is great and the room is spacious enough. However, the room is a bit old and definitely would help with some refurbishment especially the washroom. I also see stain which suggests cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many options (but not suitable for meat lovers) and restaurant staff was helpful. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the experience was just ok. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this place for tourist who intend to visit Delhi’s attractions as there is a distance.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Zum ersten Mal in Delhi und anfangs skeptisch gegenüber den Einrichtungen des Radisson, war aber positiv überrascht von der sauberen Umgebung. Die Hoteleinrichtungen entsprachen allerdings nicht ganz dem Standard.

Hotel is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Although fairly close to the airport there are no walkways if you wanted to go out for a stroll. Excellent function facilities. The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour.

Das Immobilien ist schön, & die Zimmer & Service ist gut. Die Atmosphäre des Qube Restaurant braucht eine gewisse Modernisierung nach Marriot Standards. Jedes Personalmitglied war freundlich, kooperativ und wirklich professionell. Ich war in vielen Hotels und muss sagen, dass das Buffet-Dinner und Frühstück in Qube eine große Vielfalt hatte, der Geschmack und die Qualität waren fehlerfrei. 👍

Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 68, Sohna Road, Gurugram with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were good for a short stay. While there is still some room for improvement, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay. A nice option when visiting Gurugram with friends.

Es ist ein gutes Budget Hotel und die Lage ist auch gut. Essen war auch gut. Wir kamen spät, so dass sie unser Zimmer upgradierten und uns eine Suite mit Jaccuzi, die der beste Teil war.
