The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour."

The hotel is first class. The quality is very good. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Staff kept asking if everything was okay. It was nice, but a little too much. They made tea exactly the way I like it. This was excellent service. The parathas were very tasty. The coffee was not good. It tasted like instant coffee. They should offer proper filter coffee or Americano. Munhendra and each every staff was very helpful. They tried hard to help everyone. Room 919 had no proper hot water in the shower. The valve needs fixing every day.  I suggest avoiding room 919. Overall, a very good hotel with great service.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable. It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Mein Aufenthalt im Leela Hotel war außergewöhnlich komfortabel, mit einem warmen Willkommen und einem gemütlichen Zimmer, das sich wie ein Haus von Hause entfernt fühlte. Der Service war hervorragend, mit aufmerksamem Personal, das oben und darüber ging, um eine erinnerebare Erfahrung zu gewährleisten. Es ist klar, dass die Gästezufriedenheit ihre oberste Priorität ist, um es zu einem Hotel, das ich sehr empfehle.

Das Immobilien ist schön, & die Zimmer & Service ist gut. Die Atmosphäre des Qube Restaurant braucht eine gewisse Modernisierung nach Marriot Standards. Jedes Personalmitglied war freundlich, kooperativ und wirklich professionell. Ich war in vielen Hotels und muss sagen, dass das Buffet-Dinner und Frühstück in Qube eine große Vielfalt hatte, der Geschmack und die Qualität waren fehlerfrei. 👍

Es war immer eine tolle Erfahrung, in Taj zu bleiben. Wartete nur einen Tag, als er einen Flug am nächsten Tag zu fangen hatte. Ich habe ein spezielles Frühstück auf persönlicher Anfrage verpackt und muss sagen, die meisten meiner Freunde, die alle am Flughafen getroffen haben, waren super erstaunt von dem für mich verpackten Essen Taj. Taj ist erstaunlich , die Leute, die dort arbeiten, machen es fantastisch, werden immer wieder gehen, wenn Gurugram ein Nachthalte wird.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were good for a short stay. While there is still some room for improvement, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay. A nice option when visiting Gurugram with friends.
