Hotel is new. Room is spacious. Staff are very friendly. Breakfasts spread is wide and coffee. Love the ginger and turmeric drink, varieties of coffee that come with the spread. Hotel has gym, whirlpool and sauna.

Loved the close proximity this hotel is to Grand Batam Mall the newest and amazing mall in Batam! Food, fun, shopping aplenty to do there. Just 5 minutes walk away. A couple of popular cafes in the same area but it was pouring the past few days we were there so we couldn’t walk around much. The road at the entrance was a little muddy and bumpy cos of the rain but there were staff there to assist us. Took a lift upstairs to the lobby for check in, quick and efficient. Requested high floor but it wasn’t available but that’s fine. Room is huge and comfortable. Bed was not as soft as we wished for. Toilet is spacious with shower and rain shower. Only downside was the cleanliness of the towels. Looks yellowish and not very clean. Right opposite theres a massage place RE and it was really clean and relaxing as we did our aromatherapy scrub, Balinese massage as well as hair wash and head massage for just $50+ for 2 hours. Taxis are affordable and usually only takes 2-3 minutes for a car to arrive. Went to Nagoya Hill to walk walk see see and ate at Warung Guling Pak Made and we loved it! And also took taxi to the Blue Fire Beach club which is next to Atlantis and Deep Sea.

Der Strand des Hotels ist besonders schön. Es gibt keine Menschen am Privatstrand. Es handelt sich um ein neu eröffnetes Hotel, das in jeder Hinsicht relativ neu ist. Der Service ist jedoch tadellos. Alle sind sehr enthusiastisch und hilfsbereit. Beim Einchecken erhalten Sie einen Spa-Gutschein von 20 %. Die Rezeption hilft Ihnen bei der Terminvereinbarung und die Methode ist sehr komfortabel. Das Abendessen war auch köstlich. Der indonesische gebratene Reis im Blind Spot gefiel uns allen. Das Steak war gut durchgebraten, weil ich es bestellt hatte, aber weil wir lange warten mussten, wurde ein Salat geschenkt. Es gab morgens ein Auto, das uns zum BBT-Pier brachte, und die Wäscherei brachte unsere Kleidung auch pünktlich aufs Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Frühstück etwas dürftig ist und es nicht genügend Auswahl gibt.

Hier sind meine Bewertungen für das Turi Beach Resort, da ich zum ersten Mal allein reise. Die Einheimischen sind nett, die Lage ist auch gut. Mit Begrüßungsgetränken beim Einchecken im Hotel (die ich nicht getrunken habe, da ich mit dem Einchecken beschäftigt war, aber sie sehen köstlich aus 🤤). Es war gut, sich zu entspannen und die geistige Gesundheit zu entspannen. Das Personal gab mir ein schönes Zimmer, was mich noch mehr wertschätzte. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass es keine Lotion im Zimmer gibt, was mich ein wenig traurig macht, da ich erwartet hatte, eine zu haben. Aber die Gesamterfahrung ist gut. Ich liebe den Ort und das Personal ist freundlich. Ich liebe auch den Sonnenuntergang und den Sonnenaufgang. Besonders im Island Bar Restaurant. Ich werde auf jeden Fall dorthin zurückkehren.

Wenn man direkt rausgeht, findet man zahlreiche Restaurants.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good and location is superb, next to Batam Ferry Centre. Most importantly, service staff are friendly and smiley. Staff Asri stood out on my 1st day of checking into the hotel. Her service is excellent and her willingness to accommodate my request of having a room on high floor. Overall experience is favourable and will definitely come back again in my next Batam trip. Keep up the good work, team of Harris Batam Centre Hotel.

Everything is just right, the price, location,spacious room and bfast is amazing (except lontong sayur. .lontong is good..but the soup..too salty n too much water...pls fix it ^^ ( should be curious when the qty is still a lot whilst the other menus r kept being refills ), cleanliness 👍however the access card is killing..ONLY ONE, we travelled as family.. so when one of us was out of room at night or breakfast whatever..one of us has to standby.. couldn't sleep at time, and rush our time in bathroom or toilet to open the door for our fam member. Not efficient at all.. eventhough I was willing to put deposit for additional card, the front desk rejected bcos of d house rule.

Es ist sehr bequem und erlaubt uns, nach dem Hotel zurückzugehen, um zu prüfen, ob unsere Wohnung war bereit. Wir verbrachten den ganzen Nachmittag im Keller und konnten endlich einchecken! Das Wohn- und Essensbereich war riesig, so waren die Schlafzimmer und Balkon! Es war sauber und komfortabel. Bringte die Kinder zum Schwimmen und die Strandhandtücher! Der Pool hat einen sehr schönen Blick und wir könnten den schönen Sonnenuntergang sehen! Wenn wir nach Batam zurückkehren, würde ich gerne hier nochmal bleiben!

ive enjoyed my stayed and honeymoon here and because of this place i fell in love with batam..the staff were very helpfull and well trained...can understand and converse well either in bahasa malaysia and english...the place is clean and disable-friendly with ramp and etc...the spa was nice,the pool is cleab,room and ambiece is really fresh...would love to stay here again...suitable for stress free enviroment even its a bit far from any famous spot in batam but perfect for healing and relaxing

Zunächst haben wir Woda Studio, das ein extra Bett mit Gebühren beherbergen kann, wir sind 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Rezeptionist bestand darauf, dass wir auf 2-Zimmer-Villa und nur Cos gibt es 4 Personen, also bedeutet, dass diejenigen mit 4 Personen 2-Zimmer-Villa buchen müssen??? Und das auch während der neuen Jahres Peak-Periode Gebühren, die wirklich unfair ist Bei der Buchung ihrer Dienstleistungen z. B. floating Frühstück und Milchbad insistieren sie, dass wir zuerst für die Dienstleistungen zahlen. Sie din bieten WiFi Slip bis wir sie während der Nacht gefragt haben Massage package will costly Buffet Frühstück war sehr schlecht, nicht viele Wahlen Nichts Komplimentars für die Buchung einer 2-Zimmer-Villa, die während der Spitzenzeit gezwungen wurde, zu aktualisieren. Sehr unzureichend!!!

Nice hotel and friendly customer service. Breakfast so good with a lot of varieties. Grab are so much easier and fast. Can short cut to Nagoya but the slope staircase not convenient but you can also go short cut by the road side very near. During CNY we received orange and packet ang pow with notes and token $$ for luck.

Ich war in diesem Hotel viele Male geblieben, aber diese Zeit wurde ich nach dem Renovierungsraum neu gebaut. Das Zimmer viel kleiner als das alte Zimmer, das noch existiert. Insgesamt ist dieses neue Zimmer mit Licht aussehen dimmer, aber das Toilette ist heller als das alte Zimmer. Dieses Hotel verdient den Aufenthalt und empfohlen.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Der Service ist gut, effizient und schnell. Ich bekam ein neues Zimmer, als ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängerte, und ein Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk. Aber ich schätze, das Housekeeping-Team hat es versäumt, die Toilettenartikel, Shampoo, Duschgel und Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen. Ich schätze jedoch, dass ich an diesem Tag Pech hatte, da es mehrere zeitweilige Stromausfälle gab!! Aber innerhalb von 30 Sekunden war der Strom wieder normal!! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Sehr bequemer Fußweg zum Einkaufszentrum, zu Massagezentren und zum berühmten A2 Foodcourt Center. Mit Grab zurück zum Fährterminal zu kommen ist einfach und schnell.

The whole experience was very amazing. The service was excellence! From the moment we stepped foot into Bintan Ferry terminal, we were greeted by the friendly staff and they just made us feel comfortable till the moment we stepped foot out of Bintan Ferry terminal. The moment we stepped on board the bus, we were given biscuit and cold towels and not forgetting the free wifi throughout our 75mins journey to the Resort. When we reached we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately we were lead to a room for our welcome drinks and check-in. The check-in process was fast but no room were available at 11 plus. We were told that our room would only be available at 2pm (it is already earlier as check-in timing is at 3pm) and the staff had advised us to walk around and go for our lunch first during the waiting time. It the end, we managed to get our lunch at 1pm (earlier then what they told us). What I like about the resort is that they update their activies and replies all through whatsapps. When we entered into your room, our luggage was already delivered there and the aircons were on. So it was already cooling.....weather in Bintan is HOT in Dec. Hahhahaa. The room was very beautiful and spacious. It was so amazing and romantic. It really make me don't want to leave the room. The food there was nice too. Although there is only two restaurant but they do have a great range of variety. And every evening, they have different dinner theme. The night I was there they had pasar malam night. Food stalls were setup at the open with tables and chairs and understand from the staff that the following night they were doing BBQ by the sea. Too bad, I'm only there for a night. They also have a huge breakfast spread. There are live music at the pool bar. Beside drinks, there are food serve there too. The live music is GREAT! It is really a pleasant stay!

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home. The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough! I’m planning come back in future.

Overall a pretty decent stay. We super love the service and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating to all of our requests and many last minute changes. The room is quite clean and the aircon is super strong. Very convenient to have the pool outside, good privacy while you take a dip/play in the water. They have Netflix, Disney+, etc but you need to sign in to your account. Downside is we are disconnected to the signal/no internet for the TV. Ended up using our phones to watch shows.

Das Zimmer ist eigentlich ziemlich neu und schön und der private Strand ist schön. Personal sind v freundlich. Getränke sind gut. Aber wird Banyanbaum nächstes Mal für bessere Villa-Stil berücksichtigen. Aktivitätskoordinator Benny ist gut, aber die Aktivitäten, die er organisiert, werden nicht angekündigt. Bessere Werbung und richtige Fitness/Studio wird empfohlen. Wir hatten jedoch eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung mit den Hotelzimmereinrichtungen. Es gab 4 Stromreisen beim Einchecken. Der Luftkon wurde mehrmals aufgelöst, dass wir den Ingenieur weiter anrufen müssen, zu kommen und zu reparieren. Schlimmer ist, dass der Schlauch und das Duschewasser tatsächlich braun ist. Wir waren so grob aus! Denn wir haben uns in ihm geduschen, ohne zu wissen, nur nach dem Auschecken realisiert. Sprechen Sie mit dem Hotelpersonal, aber sie können nichts kompensieren, weil ich durch trip.com buche. Hoffentlich trip.com kann mit dem Hotel kommunizieren, um uns zu kompensieren, vielleicht ein weiteres kostenloses Aufenthalt oder Upgrade nächsten Besuch.

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

3D2N Aufenthalt zu feiern unser Hochzeitstag. Komplimentarer Shuttlebus zum Hotel & Fährterminal. Ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungen von allen Mitarbeitern des Natra Bintan Hotels, sie waren so warm und willkommen! Unser Zimmer war dekoriert und ein Stück Kuchen wurde angeboten. Frühstücksverteilung war gd & lecker, Zimmer war sauber, Personal macht immer Zimmer täglich so, wenn Sie nicht wollen, Zimmer besser auf die Türmantel ”Stör nicht” Zeichen aufstellen. Kann nicht hören Nachbarn, Aber du hörst Flugzeuge fliegen Lärm in der Mitte der Nacht, Vögel Chipping bei 6am plus, so dass wenn du ein leichter Schlafer dann kannst du es schwer zu einem GD Schlaf zu bekommen. Hotel bietet buggy Services, um uns ins Zimmer zu bringen, verschiedene Teile der Schatz Bay. 20% off Aktivitäten in der Treasure Bay für die Gäste von Natra. Nur 3 Restaurants, die im Natra, Anmon & Treasure Bay Aktivitätszentrum sind. Hatte einmal westliches Mittagessen im Hotel Anmon, aber das Essen war durchschnittlich, Natras Essen war viel besser. Wird sicherlich Natra für unsere nächste Bintin-Reise wegen der hervorragenden Mitarbeiter berücksichtigen!

Habe meine Familie für einen kurzen Wochenendausflug mitgebracht und den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert. Der Strand war sauber und ein guter Ort zum Entspannen und Spazierengehen. Meine Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Schwimmen im Meer und im Pool. Der Pool ist groß, schön gestaltet und verfügt über einen Whirlpool. Der Service im Resort ist wirklich hervorragend, denn man erkannte, dass es der Geburtstag meiner Mutter war, schenkte uns einen kostenlosen Geburtstagskuchen und schickte ihn wie gewünscht um Mitternacht auf unser Zimmer. Schade, dass alle meine Kinder nicht kooperierten, da sie sich weigerten, die Augen zu öffnen und für ihre Oma zu singen. Haha An dem Tag, als wir auscheckten, wurde mir klar, dass ich vergessen hatte, meinen Reisepass mitzunehmen, der im Safe in meinem Zimmer verschlossen war. Das Resort war so freundlich, es abzuholen und zum Terminal zu schicken. Vielen Dank, Nirwana Garden Resort, wir hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt im Resort. Wir werden es unseren Freunden und Verwandten empfehlen und beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Booked the hotel for a one night trip to Bintan for a birthday occasion. The hotel goes out all the way in helping decorating the room when requested and they also prepared a delicious birthday cake ! That is so sweet of them and I really do appreciate it a lot. The room is also very clean and the air conditioning gets cold really fast. It’s an 10/10 experience.
