Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staffs incl. the valet assistants are very friendly and professional client oriented. Th situation of the hotel was perfect, not in the city center but close to it. Accessibility is also OK. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

Ich kann kein anderes Wort finden, um dieses Hotel zu beschreiben, das mehr passt als Exceed Expectation. Ich blieb hier sechs Nächte, und fast jeden Tag machte der Haushalter einige schöne Tierhandschuhe im Zimmer, um nicht zu erwähnen, dass das Zimmer brandneu und sauber war. Wir reden über Frühstück. Ich war überrascht, wie weit die Sorten von Frühstück waren, beginnend mit authentischen Solo-Delikatessen, indonesischen Gerichten und einigen westlichen Optionen. Neben diesem, alle waren Yummy! Für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe. Werte die Gelder. Wenn ich es mit einigen Hotels vergleiche, die ich außerhalb Indonesiens geblieben habe, ist Solia Zigna immer noch der Gewinner. Am zweiten Tag meines Aufenthalts erinnerte ich mich an das Personal von Front Desk, das mir etwas Schokolade ins Zimmer schickte, über einen außergewöhnlichen Service reden! Vielen Dank. Ich würde sagen, dieses Hotel ist sehr geeignet für jemanden, der auf Urlaub kühlen und eine kurze Geschäftsreise nach Solo machen möchte. Neben dem Hotelgebäude gibt es Canting Londo Restaurant, der perfekte Ort, um einige Geschäftstreffen oder mit einigen Kunden zu treffen. Später ist es schön, um Kamung Batik Laweyan zu gehen, direkt hinter dem Hotel (Ausgang von der Front Desk Tür ). Insgesamt verdient dieses Hotel Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung von mir. Für den Preis - Lage - Lebensmittel und Getränke - und Service, IT SO WORTHED! Ich sehe Sie wieder, Solia Zigna. Danke für alles. PS: Eine kleine Anmerkung, ich wünsche mir, dass sie Pflanzenbasismilch für eine Lactose-Intoleranz-Person wie ich bereitstellen. ( selbst wenn es nicht frei, aber zumindest sie bieten einige ) Aber keine Richter, die meisten Restaurants oder Kaffeegeschäfte in Solo haben keine Pflanze Basismilch.

The location is great, the room is clean and quiet enough despite its proximity to 2 main road. Downsides are the room is rather old, furnitures show some wear and tear, and the hair dryer didn't work at all.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

Firstly this hotel was very cheap and so I did not expect a lot. It seems like an hotel that is either due to close or getting ready for major renovation. So everything needs a deep clean and a facelift. Having said that, because it is cheap it is actually very good value for money. The staff was very helpful, the room was grubby but nice enough and the bed very comfortable. I was really impressed by the food, we ate dinner in the hotel and had breakfast, both were great. If you can turn a blind eye to the ‘tiredness’ I would recommend this hotel.

Had a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

The hotel is so good! Good location (near to go to practically everywhere), good facilities in the room & bathroom, very good service staffs, and best breakfast choices. We came to check-in and passed all of our luggages to the hotel receptionist, and they arranged to bring our luggages to our hotel room, while we went out. Breakfast spread & choices were so good, especially it has the Semarang unique food (nasi ayam, nasi gudeg, tahu gimbal, nasi pindang, nasi soto etc etc). We also like the Sido muncul jamu, although a bit too sweet for us. Concierge staff also helped us to pack our box at night time before our flight to Jakarta the next day. Unfortunately for our corner room at 7th floor, somehow the traffic noise was quite loud. We also hope the Tentrem mall will have many more shops for our shopping spree, else we still prefer to go to Paragon City mall :)
