Hotel is next to star casino and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years. The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full. Without this drama, this hotel is good.

Dated but well kept. Pool and BBQ although I didn't use them were a good facility. Location middle of Cairns meant I could walk everywhere easily and on the level.....even the airport was in my walking range at 5.4 km. Staff were excellent and the management Excellent and able to resolve all issues I had with onward travels and other countries online travel document requirements, which is so helpful to an older less technical traveller like me.👍 Mervyn

Dieses Hotel liegt zentral an der Esplanade, und das ist seine Hauptplus. In allem anderen verliert es nach meiner Ansicht nach aus dem Hilton , zu dem ich nach ein paar Tagen bewegt. Mein Zimmer riecht so weit, dass es mich unwohl fühlt. Die beiden Schwimmbads, die sie benutzen, sind ein Witz. Im ersten Glaspool sind Sie vollständig an alle auf der Esplanade ausgestellt, weshalb niemand schwimmen kann. Im zweiten können Sie nicht schwimmen, wenn es jemand anderes im Pool gibt, es ist so eng. Der Spa ist ein privates Massage-Gemeinschaft. Am ersten Tag wurde mir ein Parkplatz ohne Fernseher gegeben und als Ausnahme erlaubt zu parken - ihr Parkplatz ist zu klein, um ein Hotel dieser Größe zu beherbergen. Es hat keine Ev-Gebühren. Das Frühstück ist nicht so gut wie die Hiltons. In jedem Fall habe ich all diese Probleme durch die Bewegung behoben.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer sehen und zum Pier sind es nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Diesmal fiel es zufällig mit dem Sturm in Queensland zusammen. Der Flughafen und die Straßen waren gesperrt, und die Touristenattraktionen waren mehrere Tage lang geschlossen. Glücklicherweise war es ein gutes Gefühl, am dritten Tag an einem sonnigen Tag durch die Stadt zu schlendern. und schließlich konnte ich auf Green Island schnorcheln und schwimmen gehen.

I was mostly happy with the resort. There were some things missing like more food options (only two restaurants) and small luxuries like a sauna for example. It’s also hard to rate the staff as you had some incredibly helpful staff and then some real depressing ones that were just rude. The only other thing that was a bit of a shock was that the beaches were just full of dead coral and no sand. I hadn’t been to one of the islands in the Whitsundays so I was surprised to see that. The photos of the resort did not show this so it would have been nice to know so it didn’t lead to disappointment. Some positives though is that the resort was beautifully designed and they offered a lot of free water activities like kayaking for example. The buffet breakfast was also really nice.

Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr gut, am Fluss, in der Nähe des Surfers Paradise Zentrum und Spaziergang zum Strand. Es hat viele kostenlose Garage und auf dem Parkplatz. Es hat Tennisplatz, schöner Pool mit heißem Außenpool, Fitnessraum und trockene Sauna. Alle Service-Desktop-Kerle waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Nebenan ist, dass das Resort alt ist und viel Wartung braucht. Alle gemeinsamen Bereiche brauchen einen Gesichtsaufzug. Alle Einheiten haben individuelle Eigentümer. Die Einheit, die ich blieb, hatte im Badezimmer gesunken und die Bettmatrix im Schlafzimmer war ausgezogen und auf einer Seite sagging. Glückwunsch konnte ich auf der anderen Seite schlafen!

Location is good for getting around Brisbane cbd, but quite a bit of traffic noise at night. Bathroom had a smell that I think was coming from the drain. Apart from the noise and smell the apartment was great. The fitness facilities were excellent

Das Hotel ist gebürdet, sehr zufrieden. Der Rezeptor ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam und die Aufenthaltsverfahren werden schnell behandelt. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und die Toiletteneinrichtungen sind neu und das nächste Mal wird es sicher sein, dieses Hotel zu wählen!
