Hotels mit Spa in Northern Territory, Australien

Arrived to a sign in reception “back at 8pm” we had to wait half an hour (24 hour reception) so after a long flight this was not good. Reception area also smelt of smoke. No lift to the second floor so an issue if you have heavy luggage. Hotel was noisy at night with people in the courtyard area very late into the night. Pool looked unmaintained and dirty. Also WiFi only worked in reception. On the plus side the hotel is in a good location and the rooms were clean and spacious and had clean bedding and towels.

Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung gemacht. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Lage war praktisch für alle. Obwohl das Gebäude erste Abnutzungserscheinungen zeigt und einige Renovierungen vertragen könnte, war alles sauber und komfortabel. Zu beachten ist, dass das Gebäude von verbesserter Sicherheit profitieren könnte, da der Zugang derzeit offen ist und keine Schlüsselkarte benötigt – ein Punkt, der zur Beruhigung der Gäste möglicherweise sinnvoll wäre. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen könnte dieses Hotel noch besser sein.

The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces. The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff. Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season. The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness. Hotel restaurant food expensive unless ******** and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren kurzen Aufenthalt,. Sauber Zimmer-Aircondition war cool und sehr modern Zimmer. Awesome Außenpool und Spa reichhaltige Einrichtungen. Restaurants und Frühstücksbuffet und Zimmerservice ist ein Bonus, um auf der Website zu sein. ****** und Fitnessplatz, 15min zu Fuß zur Hauptstraße und auch zum Anmieten von Fahrrädern auf der Website. Waschmaschine und Trockner auf jeder Etage und einem Wellnesszentrum. Wird zurückkehren und bleiben.

Ein etwas älteres Hotel, aber sehr schön. Viele Gäste übernachten dort. Kostenlose Busse zu anderen Orten, man kann einen Rundweg nehmen und der Supermarkt ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Größe des Supermarkts ist auch in Ordnung und deckt im Wesentlichen den täglichen Bedarf! Das Hotelrestaurant bietet auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Nachmittags gibt es Nachmittagstee! Was mich jedoch nicht zufriedenstellt, ist, dass ich beim Ein- und Auschecken meine eigenen Koffer mitgenommen habe, aber ich habe gesehen, wie der Kellner für jedes Zimmer des Teams Gepäck trug! Es gibt einen Unterschied in der Behandlung! Vom Alter her bin ich über 50! Alles andere ist sehr gut! Ich war drei Nächte hier!

Alles war großartig, außer dass es keine Steppdecke im Zimmer gab und die Decke im Schrank eher wie ein Laken aussah, so dass mein Partner und ich nicht gut geschlafen haben, da es bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage so kalt war. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön und sehr zufrieden.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

The apartments was big and spacious in the Darwin waterfront precinct. good stay.
