Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, but the problem is that 2 hotels use the same breakfast area, so in the morning you can barely find a seat, especially recently.

For frequent travelers like me, this level of convenience saves a lot of time and effort. The service deserves special mention. The staff are professional, polite, and familiar with repeat guests. Check-in and check-out are always smooth, and any requests are handled efficiently. Many of the staff speak good English, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Their attitude is warm but not intrusive, creating a relaxed and reliable atmosphere that makes me feel at home. The hotel’s facilities also meet the needs of business travelers very well. The breakfast is varied and well organized, offering both Asian and Western options. The gym, pool, and other amenities are clean and well maintained, providing a good way to unwind after work. Overall, Grand Phoenix Hotel Bac Ninh is a hotel I trust and return to regularly. It offers consistent quality, comfortable sleep, convenient location, and dependable service. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, tolle Aussicht im 15. Stock auf die älteren Teile der Stadt Bac Ninh. Hinter dem Hotel viel Lokalkolorit für alle, die zu Fuß auf Entdeckungsreise gehen möchten. Die historische Kathedrale von Bac Ninh ist in der Nähe und bietet weihnachtliche Beleuchtungsaktivitäten. Gutes Frühstück am Hotelbuffet, aber gehen Sie nicht zu anderen Zeiten hin, da nur wenige andere Gäste da sind und die Servierzeit lang ist. Es scheint fast so, als müssten sie den Chef rufen, um Ihr Essen zuzubereiten. Ein Burger hat dreimal fast eine Stunde gedauert. Bequemes Bett, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, aber der Teppich könnte etwas aufgefrischt werden. Sehr freundliches Personal.

4성급 호텔이지만 지은지 오래되어 올드한 느낌임. 위치는 최상급. 객실에 사용하는 방향제 냄새만 좋게 개선하면 좋겠습니다. 향이 없는게 더 나을 듯 싶습니다. 조식도 주고 이 가격에 가성비는 최고 👍

The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, groß und gereinigt, der Kellner ist sehr freundlich und die Lage ist auch sehr gut zu finden, an dem wohlhabendsten Ort im Zentrum der Stadt, die heutige Rezeption ist besonders stark, weil ich die Reise änderte, sie wollte eine Möglichkeit, mich aus dem Zimmer zu verlassen, sehr sehr warm, Das nächste Mal wird hier sicher kein anderes Hotel bleiben! Es ist hier sicher!!
