Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Nice Stay, close to a few chinese restaurants, the bbq restaurant is really good. The only issue I had is when they gave me water bottles that were 3/4 full (someone already drank in it). Just have an eye on this.

For frequent travelers like me, this level of convenience saves a lot of time and effort. The service deserves special mention. The staff are professional, polite, and familiar with repeat guests. Check-in and check-out are always smooth, and any requests are handled efficiently. Many of the staff speak good English, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Their attitude is warm but not intrusive, creating a relaxed and reliable atmosphere that makes me feel at home. The hotel’s facilities also meet the needs of business travelers very well. The breakfast is varied and well organized, offering both Asian and Western options. The gym, pool, and other amenities are clean and well maintained, providing a good way to unwind after work. 4성급 호텔이지만 지은지 오래되어 올드한 느낌임. 위치는 최상급. 객실에 사용하는 방향제 냄새만 좋게 개선하면 좋겠습니다. 향이 없는게 더 나을 듯 싶습니다. 조식도 주고 이 가격에 가성비는 최고 👍

Stilvolle und geräumige – Groß für Business-Stay Das Hotel ist ein brillantes Hotel mit einzigartige Architektur, das es wirklich getrennt setzt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, und die Lage ist bequem nahe der Stadt, so dass es ideal für Geschäftsreisende ist. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist das Fehlen eines Fitnessstudios, das ein großer Zuschlag gewesen wäre. Dennoch macht das Gesamterlebnis, Design und Komfort es eine solide Wahl für einen arbeitsbedingten Aufenthalt.

Ich war angenehmen überrascht von der Professionalität des Front-Desk-Personals, das Chinesisch sprechen könnte. Ihre Fähigkeit, in meiner Sprache zu kommunizieren, machte den Eincheckprozess reibungslos und bequem. Es hat wirklich meine Gesamterfahrung verbessert, und ich habe ihre Bemühungen sehr geschätzt, mich zu begrüßen.

Das Hotel ist ideal für Ihren Aufenthalt in Bac Ninh. Große Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank und Kochausstattung, großartiges Frühstück und Restaurant auf der Website, sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, groß und gereinigt, der Kellner ist sehr freundlich und die Lage ist auch sehr gut zu finden, an dem wohlhabendsten Ort im Zentrum der Stadt, die heutige Rezeption ist besonders stark, weil ich die Reise änderte, sie wollte eine Möglichkeit, mich aus dem Zimmer zu verlassen, sehr sehr warm, Das nächste Mal wird hier sicher kein anderes Hotel bleiben! Es ist hier sicher!!

Die Damen an der Rezeption sprechen ein wenig Chinesisch und der Onboarding-Prozess verläuft sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber; Da es direkt an der Autobahn liegt, kann es nachts etwas laut werden. Der Hotelfernseher hat auch die chinesische Version von CCTV, hahaha; Das Frühstück wird mit einem speziellen Auto zum Hotel nebenan geliefert, was sehr praktisch ist. Das rote Gebäude schräg gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt „GO!“ mit einer großen Auswahl an Artikeln und nicht teuer, was ihn zu einer guten Wahl für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs macht.
