Hotels mit Pool in Arkansas, Vereinigte Staaten

I stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts. We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day. As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5. Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days. The restaurant/bar was excellent.

Could definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

I usually stay at this hotel unless I'm camping when I visit Eureka Springs. It always has great service at the front desk, a really good breakfast, and rooms that are easily accessible from the parking lot. When I packed for my trip, I expected the same rooms and amenities that I usually get. This time was different. It was still a good location and provided a clean room except this is the only time I've been put around the very back on the very top floor and couldn't easily load and unload my suitcases from my car. The elevator was broken and I had a heck of a time finding my way around the winding floors of the building. Not only that, but the main reason for choosing this hotel was the hot tub and indoor pool. Both were closed for maintenance. The door to my room also did not seal well and I had to make sure it was pushed in physically in order to make sure the top lock would lock correctly. I had a wonderful breakfast and a quiet night. It was still a nice get away.

Ich kam da und ich musste mindestens 30 Minuten warten, bevor ich konnte mein Zimmer etwas passierte mit dem Computer-Eigentümer er hat mich anstelle von mir zahlen die $56, die ich vorher bezahlt hat er endlich erhoben mich nur $38 und das war gut Aber als ich da reinkam, war es Räume, die um das Essen schütteln, war im Bad Essen im Kühlschrank Drogen Kopf mit stetigen Schlag auf meiner Tür vielleicht unbehaglich, aber für den Preis war es wert, dass Sie nicht mehr um etwas bitten konnten sie hat ein großer tiefer Schwimmbad kein Wasser war in ihm wünsche ich, dass der Pool funktioniert, aber wenn sie keine Lotterie auf ihrem Besitz ihre Eigenschaft wäre viel besser, aber weil es eine Menge Lotterien und Drogen gehen dann macht es schwer und es macht die die dort wohnen manchmal besonders Angst, wenn Sie neu zum Staat Arkansas sind, aber insgesamt für den Preis zwischen 30 und 50 Dollar die Blätter waren sauber die Handtücher waren sauber

Ich hatte eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, machte mich das Personal willkommen und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt bequem war. Das Zimmer war spotless, geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was ich brauchte. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, und ich schätze die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Dekoration und Einrichtungen. Die Einrichtungen waren top-notch ruhig, entspannend und perfekt für die Entspannung nach einem langen Tag. Was wirklich herauskam war das Frühstück. Es war phänomenal! Es gab eine breite Palette von frischen, hochwertigen Optionen, von heißen Gerichten bis zu frischem Obst und Gemüse. Sie machen sogar frische, angenehme Omeletten. Alles war lecker, und die Präsentation war ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt überstieg dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall meine Erwartungen. Ich empfehle es jedem, einen erinnerebaren und hartnäckigen Aufenthalt zu suchen. Ich werde definitiv zurückkehren!

Family favorite! We've stayed here several times over the years given we have had two sons in Univ. of Arkansas, and this is more like a home away from home than a hotel. The staff are professional but personable and friendly. Coffee is brewing by 03:30 Am. Good breakfast with cereals, fruits, eggs (omelettes, scrambled), sausage and bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, breads, blueberry rolls, etc. And a Happy Hour with free food (meatball subs, salads, etc) and drinks. The rooms are large and spotless, and we especially like the suites with living room, kitchen (fully stocked), and two bedrooms with 3 large beds. They even give us microwave popcorn and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. Next time I'll take photos! Dr. Bill

I had requested early check in if at all possible as I am a stroke survivor and I had been driving all night. I got there about noon and told the girls up from o was there. The one young lady told me she didn't have any rooms available but would have one for me a son as she could. I got back in my car and hunkered down for a nap BUT within fifteen minutes the little girl was there telling me she had me a room ready. I was shocked and o so thankful! These young ladies at this front desk were so pleasant and so nice and made me feel so good and welcome. It was like like seeing old friends. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family

We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

We selected this hotel primarily for its convenient location, just a short drive from our daughter’s home, as well as its proximity to various shopping options in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help, making us feel right at home. Our room exceeded expectations; it was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and notably free of any musty odors that can often linger in hotel accommodations. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the attention to detail and excellent service.
