Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu.Bardzo dużo podróżuje,lecz rzadko trafiam na aż tak cudowne miejsca.Poczynajac od obsługi,czystości,wystroju wnętrz i świetnego SPA.Minusem dla mnie jest restauracja Polka,z wysokimi cenami i bardzo przeciętnym jedzeniem,aczkolwiek miła obsługa i świetnym wystrojem.Przepiekny kameralny hotel położony w pięknym miejscu.Bede wracał!!!

Bardzo udany pobyt.Korzystałam podczas podróży służbowej.Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone,klimatyzowane i ciekawie stylizowane,dla gości jest dostępny basen,jaccuzi oraz sauna.Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone,sporo owoców i ciast,a także duży wybór soków i jogurtów,bardzo dobra kawa.Przy obiekcie znajduje się płatny oraz bezpłatny parking.Dobra lokalizacja,blisko Stadionu Śląskiego,Legendii,Parku Śląskiego,a także blisko do głównej drogi,skąd niedaleko do Katowic.Bardzo polecam ten hotel.to był udany pobyt.

Basen dostepny na 2godz to jakas pomyłka. To jest basen hotelowy czy plywalnia ogolnodostepna? Mam ograniczony czas a pozniej doplata! Za co brane sa te pieniadze skoro sauna platna a basen bezplatny tylko 2 godz. Obsluga w barze lobby dramat czeka sie na napoje 30 min i jeszcze zdziwnie ze nie zostaly przyniesione. Sytuacja miala miejsce 2 krotnie wiec to nie byl przypadek. Rezerwacja w hotelowej restauracji to tez stanie pod wejsciem bo nikt nie odbiera telefonu od gosci z pokoju a na recepcji twierdza ze lokal ma full rezerwacji z czego okazalo sie ze dalo sie wejsc po odczekaniu paru minut a kilkanascie stolikow bylo puste i nie mieli gosci. Brak organizacji i przede wszystkim pravownicy sa wogole nie przeszkoleni i na kazdym kroku sa jakies bledy.

Kolejny raz korzystam z tego hotelu i nie ostatni. Odpowiada mi i zaspokaja wszystko czego oczekuję.

Alles ist gut. Frühstück ist großartig, sehr gut und hochwertiges Essen. Zimmer sind richtig konzipiert, geräumig, ich denke, jedes Zimmer hat einen Blick auf die Berge. In der Nähe Radrouten, Ski-Pilz ist ein Stück weiter - mit dem Auto/Bus fahren. Nettes Untergrundparkplatz. In den Stunden der Spitze auf den Aufzügen müssen Sie länger warten und wenn sie ankommen, ist es gefüllt.

Sehr glücklich eine Reise. Eine schöne ruhige Stadt. Die Hotelservicepersonal war enthusiastisch und hilfreich. Außerdem half es uns, die polnischen Gerichte zu finden. Das Hotel hat fünf Tage lang einen kostenlosen Musikfestival im Untergrund eröffnet. Das macht den Nationalen sehr glücklich. Im unteren ist eine Essstraße. Die verschiedenen Gerichte kommen beim nächsten Mal in Katho Ich muss hier bleiben.

Als wir ankamen, ging ich sofort nach unten in die Sauna und den Pool (das ist der einzige Grund, warum ich dort gebucht habe) und wir entdeckten, dass die Sauna nicht aktiv war und es dauerte eine Weile, bis sie sie aktivierten und es möglich war, sie zu verwenden. Das Hotel ist außerdem gut. Die Rezeption ist schnell und gut, und der Auscheck ist morgens.

일주일 숙박했는데 친절하다 조식은 매일 동일한 메뉴이고 저녁은 메뉴로 스테이크. 사슴 고기등이 있고 많은 향식료를 첨가한 것 같다 유럽이 다 그런건지 칫솔 치약이 없고 슬리퍼도 없다 샴프. 바디케어 바디로션이 제공되고 물은 탄산수 와 물 500ml 각각 하나씩 제공 된다
