It has a beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant is nice. Seats are inside in a Filipino style room, outside you can enjoy the spacious lush garden while have lunch/dinner. The rooms are large, beds comfortable. It is a bit older but the Charme of this resort is stunning. There is a shuttle boat to beaches at Samal island. Short ride to malls, with grab no problem at all. The breakfast is solid. I would say this was my best stay in Davao.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. To anyone looking for a place to stay: look no further. This is hands-down a highly recommended spot, and we can’t wait to come back!❤️❤️❤️

Die Lage ist gut. Direkt neben dem People's Park, wo die Einheimischen gerne spazieren gehen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Zimmer sind geräumig. Gleich nebenan befindet sich das sehr gute spanische Restaurant Wobbly Pan Spanish Bistro. Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

It was a really a nice stay in this hotel and it has a bridge connected to the mall that can be accessed in the 2nd floor just next to the elevator. The bridge has a nice view facing the mountain. The corridors are spacious and great interior design.The room is cozy with it’s king size bed.

Im Dusit Thani Residence Davao für eine kürzlich geplante Geschäftsreise geblieben, und es überstieg die Erwartungen. Die Lage ist sehr bequem nahe dem Flughafen, das perfekt für enge Zeitpläne ist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet für Arbeit, mit einem komfortablen Desktop-Einrichtung und zuverlässigem WLAN. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, es macht es einfach, sich zu konzentrieren oder nach einem langen Tag der Treffen zu ruhen. Die Service ist hervorragendPersonal sind professionell, aufmerksam und schnell zu helfen mit allen Anfragen. Die Einrichtungen, insbesondere der Pool und Fitnesscenter, sind großartig für die Entspannung nach der Arbeit. Insgesamt, eine solide Wahl für Geschäftsreisende, die nach Komfort, Effizienz und Top-notch-Service in Davao suchen. Sehr empfohlen.

As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

Das Hotel bietet einen exzellenten und schnellen Service beim Check-in, Check-out und Zimmerservice. Der Swimmingpool ist mit ca. 30 Metern Länge zwar schön, aber etwas schmal. Es kann zu Stromausfällen kommen, was aufgrund der manuellen Klimaanlage sehr unangenehm ist. Das Frühstück ist für einen Filipino in Ordnung, könnte aber für europäische Gäste etwas aufgewertet werden. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Morgenjogger, Spaziergänger und Radfahrer (Azuela Cove). Der Komplex liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davao who’s looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao. Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick. The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet. Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.
