Hotels mit Pool in Bicol, Philippinen

Wir haben vom Juli 11–13 im Misibis Baygarden Resort geblieben und haben eine wirklich entspannende und nützliche Erfahrung. Das Resort bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre und schöne Umgebung perfekt für die Entspannung. Es gab eine kleine Frage mit meinem Antrag auf unbekannte Linen und keine Luftfresser wegen allergischer Ereignisse, die zuerst nicht behandelt wurde, aber das Personal schnell für sie gebildet, indem wir uns auf ein anderes Zimmer, das wir geschätzt haben. Ein Bereich für Verbesserungen wäre der Internet-Dienst, der während unseres Aufenthalts völlig unzuverlässig war. Insgesamt war es immer noch eine angenehme Erfahrung, und wir freuen uns auf die Rückkehr

Buffet breakfast was fine. Hotel amenities also okey. They have airport service upon request in which i suggest must avail. They also have spa with great massage service.

Ich ging mit der Familie für eine vierteljährliche Überprüfung unseres Sohnes. Ich kam früh in Naga und fragte das Hotel, ob wir frühzeitig prüfen können, weil die Klinik des Arztes war lang und die Wartefläche war heiß. Sie stimmten mit keinem zusätzlichen Gebühren zu. Unsere anderen Kinder haben sich geruht, während wir in der Klinik des Arztes waren.

The Mayon view from The Oriental Legazpi was truly beautiful, and I appreciate that my request for an upper room with a view was granted. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The staff were not very approachable, restaurant service was poor, water was not readily offered, and we were even told to call the staff when we were ready to order. There was also loud noise from a lobby photoshoot, weak water pressure in the shower that took around 30 minutes to resolve, broken tiles and visible maintenance issues, no menu list in the room, and the breakfast buffet felt rushed even before the stated closing time. The view is excellent, but good view alone is not enough. Guests pay not only for scenery, but also for service, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality. If not because of the Mayon view, I would not return.

Had some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

Location is great accessible to bar, restaurants, fast foods and grocery. Lobby, rooms and pool are clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable, bathroom complete with all the amenities you need..

Große Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Sehr schöner Ort speziell der Strand. Ich konnte den Fitnessraum nicht versuchen, weil wir nur für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt woanders geblieben waren. Das Essen, das wir bestellt haben, ist Szechuan-Rindfleisch. Es ist so gepickt, nicht ein normales Gepickt, sondern unsöhnlich Gepickt. Wir haben versucht, es zu essen, weil es bereits da ist, aber es ist wirklich untragbar. Alles ist eine angenehme Erfahrung außer dem speziellen Essen.

The pale and bucket are slimy

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome! The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it. I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
