Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.

Tolle Lage, besonders wenn Sie eine Pilgerfahrt zu nahegelegenen Schreinen unternehmen. Der Flughafen-Shuttleservice hat mir auf jeden Fall gefallen (obwohl ich eine Weile gebraucht habe, um den Mann mit dem Schild zu finden, weil er im Meer der Taxifahrer nicht so offensichtlich war und auf der anderen Straßenseite statt an der Ausgangstür war). Die Essensauswahl war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Mayon war während meines Aufenthalts in Wolken gehüllt, aber gegen Ende des Tages hatte ich Glück.

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

Good location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.

The staff don't know how to say no. 🫡
They will cater to your needs.
The pool is cold. I hope they will make it warm especially at night.
Some features might need maintenance. Like the CRs.
Overall, it was a really good place to stay before we went to the hot springs nearby.

AAnluiLocation is just a 5-min drive from SM.
Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy.
There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be
okay?
Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.

GGastnutzerExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

DDrakeVinceExcellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from
the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
