Tolle Lage, besonders wenn Sie eine Pilgerfahrt zu nahegelegenen Schreinen unternehmen. Der Flughafen-Shuttleservice hat mir auf jeden Fall gefallen (obwohl ich eine Weile gebraucht habe, um den Mann mit dem Schild zu finden, weil er im Meer der Taxifahrer nicht so offensichtlich war und auf der anderen Straßenseite statt an der Ausgangstür war). Die Essensauswahl war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Mayon war während meines Aufenthalts in Wolken gehüllt, aber gegen Ende des Tages hatte ich Glück.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

Schöner Fitnessbereich und schöner Pool. Service des Personals war ziemlich gut und freundlich. Wir hatten jedoch nach dem Braunschweiß kein heißes Wasser. Wir wurden ersucht, 30 Minuten zu warten. bis eine Stunde nach der Elektrizität zurückgekommen. Wir warten 2 Stunden ohne heißes Wasser. Der Duschebad ist überhaupt nicht sicher. Es war zu hoch und gefährlich. Es gibt keine Anti-Schleifen und das macht es sogar gefährlich. Ein anderes ist, es gibt keine elektrische Ausfahrt auf der linken Seite des Betts, die es schwer macht, das Telefon zu laden. Auch ich bat um eine Box von Gewebepapier und ich erhielt 2 Toilettenpapiere. Ich wurde informiert, dass sie nicht Gewebepapier liefern. Von allen Hotels, die wir geblieben haben, ist dies das teuerste, aber kann nicht Gewebepapier liefern. Wir werden nächstes Mal eine UMA versuchen.

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

Second time to stay. Loved the bicol express. Staff are acoomodating. Stayed for the 2nd time in the apartment type room, 2-storey facing the pool. may accommodate up to 8 pax, comfortable sleeping. Easy to access, with wide parking space.
