Alle Mitarbeiter waren untergebracht, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich buchte ein Zimmer mit mayonnaise Blick, aber nach ihnen das Zimmer, das ich bekam, war nur ein de luxe Zimmer ohne mayonnaise Blick. Ich habe einen guten Kundenservice mit dem freundlichen Empfangspersonal erhalten. Sie gab mir einige Optionen und mit einem Mindestpreis habe ich das Zimmer, das ich wollte. Danke Miss Rezeptionist tut mir leid, dass ich mit Namen zu Schwierigkeiten habe, aber ich schätze Ihren Service und auch dem Pflegepersonal, der uns Schweinepinangat im Restaurant serviert hat. Kudos für Sie alle!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gemütlich und sie werden Sie von Morgen bis Abend mit warmen Lächeln und Grüßen begrüßen. Das Abendessen und das Frühstücksbuffet sind so gut, dass meine Familie so viel genossen hat! Die Aussicht und die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut für den Preis! Danke u für die Erlaubnis meiner Familie von 4 zu bleiben in Ihrem Doppelbett ohne zuzufügen irgendwelche Gebühren! ❤️ Wir werden sicher wieder sein!

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

The place is nice. Easy to find. No hidden charges. The staff don't know how to say no. 🫡 They will cater to your needs. The pool is cold. I hope they will make it warm especially at night. Some features might need maintenance. Like the CRs. Overall, it was a really good place to stay before we went to the hot springs nearby.

Rein und sicher. Aber es gab Tränen, die mir gut waren, aber meine Freunde schienen unbehaglich. Die Lage war nicht schön. Wir fahren einen Jeep aus der Hauptstadt für 1 Stunde. (Wir wollten einen Taxi bekommen, aber sie sagten, wir müssen 3000 pesos zahlen) Der Service war schön. Wir genossen einen Pool. Und wir konnten ein kostenloses Frühstück haben.
