Really a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile. We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes. Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room. Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try. If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you. The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Fortunately the staff were exceptional, and I soon received another room. One staff told me that because the room was ”Japanese Style”, and that I had to take the bedding from the closet, move the low table and make up my own futon. I live in Japan and I know what a ”Japanese Style” room is. Ryokans of a good grade will have staff make up the futons. When a hotel is too large, the work of making up the futons for all rooms becomes onerous, however, one wonders why ”five star hotel” if one has to make up one's own futon AND receive education on what a ”Japanese Style” room entails [ I am in the hotel business]. The lobby is bleak and looks cheap. No style, no charm. The seating is ugly and cheap. There are real plants here and there but no cut flowers. Cut flowers are very expensive in Japan. Too expensive for this hotel. The final point is that I booked this specific hotel in order to take a swim. Although the weather was fine, the pool had closed the day before I arrived. The pool was still full of water, perfect and peaceful, but ”closed”. No doubt, this saves on staff and other expenses, in the same way that making up one's own futon does . . . all this is fine for a hostel, but not for a luxury hotel. I have been generous with my star-giving because I like to be kind, and because several of the staff were truly exceptional in their kindness and service, however, we hope that the management will note our comments. Please pay for more staff and please keep your pool open as long as the weather permits. Global warming means pools can stay open longer. :-)

Es war sauber. Ich wollte zwei Tage bleiben, aber am Samstag war es zu teuer, also blieb ich nur einen Tag. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich einen Umweg gemacht habe, daher dachte ich, es sei weit. Später war es tatsächlich besser, den richtigen Weg einzuschlagen. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Wasserreiniger. Bei einem Preis von über 200 Ende Februar lohnt es sich meiner Meinung nach. Wenn Sie nach Kobe wollen, empfiehlt es sich, einen eintägigen Stadtrundbus zu kaufen.

Die Gesamterfahrung war sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung war schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und leicht zu kommunizieren. Viele Parkplätze. Abendessen und Frühstück waren nett. Die Würmer waren auch nett. Wir werden definitiv zurückkommen.

**Praktische Lage** Zunächst einmal ist die Lage fantastisch! Es ist ganz in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte und einiger großartiger Restaurants. Ich fand es toll, die Gegend erkunden zu können, ohne weit reisen zu müssen. **Einfaches und günstiges Parken** Ein weiteres großes Plus war das günstige Parken. Es hat mir das Leben so viel leichter gemacht, vor allem, weil ich mir keine Gedanken über die Parkplatzsuche machen musste. Es war ein echter Bonus! **Sauber und komfortabel** Das Hotel selbst ist eher klein, aber es ist super sauber und gut gepflegt. Mein Zimmer war gemütlich und hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage fantastisch – sie hielt das Zimmer schön kühl, was nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen perfekt war. **Abwechslungsreiche Atmosphäre** Ich mochte auch die vielfältige Mischung an Gästen, darunter viele Reisende aus dem Ausland, die dem Ort eine lustige Atmosphäre verliehen. Das Personal war freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen, sodass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel in Kobe wärmstens empfehlen! Mit seiner tollen Lage, den kostenlosen Parkplätzen und den gemütlichen Zimmern ist es ein wunderbarer Ort für alle, die die Stadt genießen möchten.

The ideal hotel experience… really I feel like a princess! Everything is so nice and well thought out, even in the economy room, there are nightgowns and slippers and even a shoe shine kit, they even provide a 3-type charger in the room. The beds are perfectly comfortable. The bath is so deep and relaxing, and the shampoo and conditioner are really nice quality! There are even vending and ice machines on every floor, I recommend to pair a cold drink with your bath. The view looks onto the Flower Road and it’s very nice. The breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious and very well thought out. The omelet cooked by hand and the cake of the day were the highlights, there is also a very nice salad bar. I recommend the rose hip tea to pair with your breakfast, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have too much sugar. The hotel is also only 2 minutes walk from the Takarazuka Grand Stage, we were able to have a relaxing breakfast, leave our luggage in the lockers near reception, and then stroll over for the 11am performance.

Hat nicht verstanden, dass es auf einem Hügel sein wird. Wir haben den Zug aus Kansai verspätet, also kamen ein bisschen zu spät nach Arima, versuchte, um ein Shuttle zu rufen, aber es war uns nicht gelungen, so liefen wir auf den Hügel, der wir nur eine kleine Entfernung gedacht hatten, aber es war viel, wir sind endlich am Hotel um 7: 30 Uhr etwas früher als ihre letzte Check veröffentlicht zu 8:00 Uhr. Wir wurden gesagt, dass Abendessen nicht nach 7:00 Uhr serviert werden, wir haben den ganzen Weg für nichts gehauen. Sie hätten auch veröffentlicht haben, dass auf der Website, um Menschen wie uns zu vermeiden, eine Reise nach Arima zu erleben, um von den Essen entfernt, aber auch für die traditionellen japanischen Mahlzeiten zu erleben. Nach den Verhandlungen servierten sie uns doch das Abendessen und es war schmackhaft und schlau. Neben der kleinen Frage zum Abendessen ist dieser Ort sauber und ruhig, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und aufmerksam, die Onsen sind entspannt und wir haben eine sehr gute Nachtschlaf. Wird noch dieses Hotel empfehlen, aber erinnere dich daran, ihnen über die Ankunftszeit zu erzählen und den Shuttlebus zu buchen.
