Das Hotel ist modern, gepflegt und komfortabel. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ideal, um nach einem Tag in Agra zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren hilfsbereit, professionell und herzlich. Das Team organisierte für uns sehr freundlich einen Ausflug mit Fahrer sowie anschließend unseren Transport nach Delhi. Das war unkompliziert, zuverlässig und komfortabel und für uns eine große Hilfe. Sehr froh waren wir auch, dass wir das Abendessen direkt mitgebucht hatten. Das Buffet war schön angerichtet, bot eine große Auswahl an indischen und westlichen Speisen und war für unseren zweitägigen Aufenthalt ideal. Nach einem Tag voller Eindrücke mussten wir am Abend nicht mehr überlegen, wo wir essen möchten, sondern konnten den Tag entspannt im Hotel ausklingen lassen. Für einen Besuch in Agra ist das Hotel eine hervorragende Wahl: komfortabel, zuverlässig und mit sehr gutem Service. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

I had an amazing two days stay with a really good breakfast buffet, the rooms were so clean and quiet, they have all the amenities you would need, it might be one of the best hotel at this price range, peaceful and comfortable, really good staff as well, including dining and other services.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

I’m a solo traveler who has been to many different places in India, and I can highly recommend this hostel for your next stay. The staff here is very helpful with everything you need. The rooms are very nice, and the air conditioning works properly. The bathroom in our room was cleaned by the staff every day. I enjoyed the food here so much that I ate here every day. The hostel also has an app through which you can order food and beverages and open the door to your room. I liked it so much that I’ve also booked stays in Rishikesh and Jaipur with the same brand, as I hope they are just as good as this one in Varanasi.

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Der Aufenthalt war komfortabel , Ich blieb mit meinem Bürokollegen, war dort für eine Geschäftsreise, Imagine Situation, wo eine Person im Zimmer kann klar sehen, die Tätigkeit des Badezimmers durch die Schiebetür, es war sehr beschämend und braucht sofort Aufmerksamkeit

Große Lage. Ich ging hier gerade nach Taj Mahal. Das war mein größtes Zimmer in allen 3 Hotels, die durch Indien allein reisen. Ich glaube, sie haben mir das modernere und kürzlich renovierte Zimmer gegeben, weil ich einige schlechte Feedback über dieses Hotel gelesen habe, das alt ist und dass es renoviert werden muss. Auch hat es einen Blick auf Taj Mahal am Dach. Ich hatte das nicht erwartet, weil sie es nicht offen in den Posts angekündigt haben.

Wir hatten ein halbes Board-Paket reserviert und der Aufenthalt und das Essen waren ausgezeichnet.Das Rezeption Personal war sehr aufmerksam und immer eifersüchtig, die Komfort des Gastes zu sehen. vor allem die Geschäfte Manager Frau Prachi war sehr hilfreich und mit Keen überwacht Interesse und kam vor, um zu sehen, dass die Gäste niemals unbehaglich waren. Das Restaurantpersonal war immer auf ihren Tüten und trotz einer großen Anzahl von Abendessen, wurde mit Lächeln serviert und es gab keine Verzögerung bei der Ausführung der Bestellungen. Die Kochen waren Auch begeistert, zu helfen und zubereitete Gerichte, die nicht im Buffet gestellt wurden. Das Abendessen war gut mit vielen Sorten und war sehr schmecklich.
