Hotel ist gut mit allen Einrichtungen in der Nähe Aber Service sehr schlecht oder nicht erwartet das von diesem Hotel Sehr sehr sehr langsamer Service n nicht antwortet bis 2. Anruf Überprüfen Sie die Abfertigung, aber niemand kommt, um mit dem Gepäck zu helfen, obwohl es erwähnt wurde, werden sie die Unterstützungsperson in 5-10mins n schicken, bis die zweite Erinnerungsreception nicht störte, den Kerl zu schicken. Danke für die Jungs in Frühstückssitzung für ihre schnelle Antwort n Aufmerksamkeit für das, was für meine 78-jährige Mutter n nötig ist, machte sie bequem für ihre Wahl von Nahrung . Das Essen ist gut mit allen Arten von Frühstückswahl Seltsames, was ich zum ersten Mal bemerkt habe, ist während der Auscheckung der Rezeption niemand stört, um zu fragen, wie war der Aufenthalt 😃  Schließlich Jungs (rot)

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

The hotel is in a great location. Lovely view over the Taj Mahal from the rooftop. And if you’re tired of walking you can dip in the pool and refresh.

Ich habe hier ein paar Mal geblieben und hatte sehr komfortable Aufenthalte. Zu dieser Gelegenheit war das Hotel Gastgeber einer Veranstaltung, und sehr laute Musik wurde bis 3.00 Uhr gespielt. Ich bat den Manager, sie zu bitten, die Musik zu stoppen, aber sie weigerten sich, etwas über die Störung zu tun. Viele Leute klachten, aber das Hotelpersonal konnte nicht festhalten und die Musik ausschalten. Ich hatte am nächsten Morgen um 8 Uhr einen Flug und es hat meine Arbeit am nächsten Tag beeinflusst. Sehr enttäuschend, die Situation von dem Manager zu behandeln.

I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

(Besser) Der Hall ist sauber und schön. Die Mitarbeiter unterstützen, Kleidung und Service sind gut. Selbst wenn ich um 15 Uhr zur Abwesenheitsregelung gehe, kann ich auch normal für die Abwesenheitsregelung sorgen, selbst wenn ich um 12 Uhr gehe. Das Restaurant ist schön. Das Bett ist sehr entspannt und schläft sehr komfortabel. Guter Service Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das ist nicht das Niveau, das Sie nicht schwimmen werden. Das Frühstücksmenü ändert sich jeden Tag. Ich lebte zwei Nächte, aber ich bin froh, dass es sich verändert hat. (Schlimmer) Meine Freundin Ohrhörer sind im Zimmer gebrochen, aber nicht gefunden. Etwa 2 Stunden nach dem Austritt ... Der Windsauger ist alt. Der Bau lautet sehr gut. Zeit 々 Stromausfall (etwa 1 Minute dauert, um wiederherzustellen, aber die Frequenz ist sehr hoch ...) Hoteleinrichtungen (Dach, Wohnzimmer usw.) 々 Einige Orte sind nicht perfekt Im Allgemeinen ist es alt und düster. Die Landschaft des Fensters ist schlecht (Räuber umgeben usw.) Das Frühstücksbrett ist schlecht (Brot in der Ecke, Brötchen usw.) sollte verbessert werden.

The place was very cozy and comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had great food. The location was also excellent. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay.

Zuerst kam ich spät einchecken, weil das Zimmer nicht bereit war.. Ich musste 45 Minuten warten und dann auch TV nicht funktionierte.Sie kamen zu prüfen und kamen nie wieder. Auch für nur 1 Glas Eis sie leugnen und sie nahmen 15-20mins dafür. Wir haben ein Suitezimmer reserviert und so behandelt sie uns. Das Hotel war nur ein Frühstücksbuffet. Guys nur Leute aus Reservierungen halfen . Nicht das Personal des Vorbüros.

Outstanding. Exceptional value. Nice pool and bar. Free magic show and puppet shows as well. Comfortable. Clean  service was good especially Hemant. Breakfast was nice but ridiculously slow to get my chais.
