Die Hotelservice und die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut und cool. Es ist nur, dass die Parkplätze nicht ausreichen, Da Privatfahrzeuge auch die Besucher des Hotels müssen sicherstellen, dass die Parkplatz, nicht Wärme oder Regen.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

New & Sparking Clean . Top of city . Fresh air. Beautiful city and seaview . Spacious room 36 sq meter . Good gym and pool . Service top quality

Für Hygiene ist es nicht schlecht, es gibt nur einen kleinen Teil des Toilettes. Aber es ist immer noch bequem zu benutzen. Für die Matratze ist es ein wenig kompliziert, weil die Matratze einzeln ist, 1 Zimmer ist 2 Einzelmatratze. Eine kleine Familie mit 2 Kindern ist ein wenig schwierig zu schlafen. Ich denke, die Matrix kann gepresst und gemacht werden 1 aber ich kann nicht 🤭 Wenn die anderen gut sind, ist das Frühstück lecker.

The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.
