Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

Very nice big room..nice new hotels with good facilities...But the service and the staffs guest relation skills to be standardize. Not try the breakfast, but indeed the buffet dinner far below the IHG even the National 4 start standards.

Fantastisches Hotel , schöne moderne Zimmer, großes Bett , großes Badezimmer und schöne warme Dusche . Super freundlich und effizientes Personal. Alles in allen einen sehr nützlichen Aufenthalt , Ich werde zurückkehren Das war das schlimmste in meinem Leben, schreckliche Massaker, sie ging für einen Essenspause, dann ein Toilettenpause, war ständig auf ihrem Telefon. Bleib hier, aber bekomm keine Massage!!

the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

It was a good night for me and my friends.

Everything is great will repeat again

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

Auch ohne Eintragung in die Liste ist der Hotelservice sehr freundlich und sehr gut, jedoch kann unser SDH das Hotel betreten, indem er nur den Buchungs- und Zahlungsbeleg über die App vorzeigt. Mantappp würdigt den Service im Sahid Hotel in Bandar Lampung
