Excellent all things in this hotel. I have lunch set at Garden restaurant that the portion of food is quite large with reasonable prices. All food and desserts is taste good.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel für eine Nacht weg, die Einrichtungen waren ausgezeichnet in Zimmer, Bar- und Freizeiteinrichtungen. Parkplatz war auch ein Brise. Nur geringfügige Griff war Zimmer 249 die Sofa schien ein Sofabettrahmen und wurde so schwierig ralxing in der Loungezone gebrochen.

Mir haben die Einrichtungen im Hotel und das Frühstück gefallen. Mir hat es nicht gefallen, fürs Parken zahlen zu müssen, und die Lage ist sehr schlecht. Sonntags fährt jede Stunde ein Zug oder alle 20-30 Minuten ein Bus ins Zentrum von Cambridge. Wenn man schon fürs Parken zahlen musste (und es ist ein Bahnhofsparkplatz, also nicht billig), muss man noch mehr zahlen, um nach Cambridge zu kommen. Ich bin enttäuscht, dass sie nichts haben, was es den Leuten ermöglicht, kostenlos zu parken, wenn sie im Hotel übernachten, da die Lage so schlecht ist und es so gut wie nichts um einen herum gibt. Ich war auch überrascht, dass die Hotelbar keine AMEX (oder Bargeld) akzeptierte.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times now, and every time the receptionist Izabella has been both helpful and friendly in every transaction whether it be by telephone or in person at the desk. In an industry where this is pretty rare her consistency should be noted and is an asset to her company. The hotel itself is good. No complaints.

We had such fun weekend every body had was happy and would like to come back for longer period.All stuff are friendly and Breakfast was all gd. Would recommend friends to Delta Hotels

On the second day, I went to the reception and explained the situation regarding how his colleague had handled my booking. The receptionist was understanding and informed me that I could simply move from one room to another without having to check out and wait to be checked into a new room. This made the process much smoother and highlighted that the inconvenience I experienced the previous day could have been avoided with clearer communication.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, the paint in the room was peeling, and there was visible rust on the door hinges, which made the space feel poorly maintained. The most frustrating issue was the smoke detector going off with false alarms several times, including in the early morning. When I tried calling the front desk for assistance, no one answered, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I expect from Holiday Inn. I hope the management takes steps to address these maintenance and service issues for future guests.

Große Landschaft und Personal waren professionell von dem Zeitpunkt an, an dem wir angekommen waren. Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Kochen Frühstück war von guter Qualität, obwohl das kontinentale Frühstück ein wenig minimalistische war. Der Parkplatz war reichlich und war leicht von der Hauptstraße zu erreichen, obwohl Sie eine enge Straße um ein Feld zu fahren mussten, um zum Hotel zu kommen. In der Regel sehr glücklich mit meinem Aufenthalt hier im Quy Mill.

Freundlich, willkommen und sehr hilfreich Rezeption Personal. Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber das Bad kann gründlich gereinigt worden sein und ein paar Fliesen musste repariert werden. Im Allgemeinen ist es ein sehr schönes und komfortabeles Hotel.
