Очень приличный отель. Удобное расположение в центре города. На крыше отеля есть открытый бассейн с лежаками. Вид сверху на город - великолепный. В номере есть всё необходимое- холодильник, микроволновка, кофеварка с кофе и чаем, вода питьевая в лобби, туалетные принадлежности. Качественные матрасы и подушки, телевизор-кинотеатр. Единственный минус - окна номера выходили на глухую стену.

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs. Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

Returning to this awesome Hotel for a second time. It's walking distance to the Baseball stadium. They offer valet parking and everyone is always so nice. Love that you need to a key card to get in and use the elevator!! The rooms are so nice and kept fresh. Decor gives an away from home feeling but simple enough and to theme. We will of course be returning in the future.

A fine hotel, but definitely not the best Hilton has to offer. Communal trash cans were small and overflowing, room service was delivered in styrofoam and a plastic bag, and overall everything felt completely average.

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing.

I was never in a Virgin Hotel before. But this was a good experience. Hotel is close to Dallas design district where most of famous furniture’ brands have their show rooms. Rooms are clean , quite. and with an impactive design. The reception staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant at ground floor offers a very limited and very america menu: hamburgers ,french fries and staff like this. Nothing special but at least they serve you food till 23,

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, und das Väter und das Bellhop Personal waren außergewöhnlich freundlich. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt am Riverwalk, und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Der Dusche hatte einen großen Wasserdruck; aber wenn Sie hoch sind, ist der Dusche Kopfplatz nicht idealmy Mann ist 5’10” und musste es zu benutzen. Wir würden uns noch einmal aufhalten, aber am letzten Morgen war das Toilettegehäuse geschlossen und überflüssig auf den Boden. Das war frustrierend, vor allem, weil sehr wenig Toilettenpapier verwendet wurde. Die meisten Menschen würden einen Überfluss von Toiletten als dringendes Problem betrachten, das sofortige Aufmerksamkeit erfordert. Wir forderten Hilfe, aber niemand kam je. Es schien, als ob die Mitarbeiter davon ausgingen, sie könnten warten, da wir ein paar Stunden vor dem checkout hatten, was enttäuschend war. Als Ergebnis musste mein Mann zum Boden gehen, um das Schlafzimmer zu benutzen, und wir mussten um das Toilettenwasser auf dem Badezimmerboden fahren, während wir bereit waren.
