It was my third stay at this hotel. I was very happy with my first ones. This time I was unlucky getting a very noisy room . I believe there is a problem window . because previous times my room was also facing the road but it was pretty quiet inside. This time it felt there was no widow at all. Tried to open and shut it again multiple times but it did not help

Das Hostel ist nicht nur in einer tollen Lage, sondern hat auch ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Warschau. Man kann angenehm zu Fuß in die Altstadt gelangen. Die Badezimmer und Aufenthaltsräume wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Genügend Handtücher sind vorhanden. Es ist leider sehr hellhörig. An unserem letzten Tag hatten wir Pech, weil 3 Schulklasse im Hostel unterkamen und nachst um 03:00 Uhr der Meinung waren, sie müssten Wettrennen im Flur durchführen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.

Beim Einchecken waren die beiden Mitarbeiter nicht freundlich, obwohl ich sie begrüßt und angelächelt habe. Martin war beim Auschecken jedoch sehr nett, deshalb habe ich dem Service keine allzu schlechte Bewertung gegeben. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, kein Taschentuch und kein Trinkwasser, auch keinen Tee oder Kaffee, und im Badezimmer gibt es nur 2-in-1-Seife. Aus dem Badezimmer kommt ein komischer Geruch, und es gibt nur einen Duschvorhang, sodass Wasser überall hinspritzt (es gibt kein Fußhandtuch). Die Kissen auf dem Bett sind wirklich klumpig und unbequem. Der bereitgestellte Hocker war schief, also habe ich mich nicht getraut, ihn zu benutzen. Die Vorhänge lassen sich nicht vollständig schließen, sodass das Sonnenlicht immer noch hineinscheinen kann. Werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch nicht hier übernachten.

Schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in etwa 30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

This is a budget hotel and you don't get the carpets in your room but you do get decent vinyl flooring. The shower isn't as good as the normal Ibis hotels but it's perfectly good enough. It's warm, fast and I loved mine. You don't get a kettle (or at least I didn't) and I must admit I missed it. What you do get is a comfy bed, not so good pillows but again, good enough.... You getting the idea? If I was with my partner I would have chosen the standard hotel. I would still take the budget one though if I was alone. You pay your money and make your choice. One thing I will say though is the staff are every bit as good in both hotels. The rooms are as clean and if you're on a budget you'll be happy enough! The girl called Julie at mine was wonderful and very helpful with advice about the area. Happy holidays!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Very good staff. Clean and tidy hotel. The most thing I enjoyed is very delicious breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and specifically having breakfast in this hotel. Special thanks to cook for delicious breakfast really yummy.

Greta accommodation! Very good location with a lot of quality shops and restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and comfy. Well equipped kitchen.

Excellent location. 3 minutes from the train to & from airport. 5 minutes from train station to other cities. Service is good, hotel is clean, breakfast is above average. Bed a little bit too soft for me. I will recommend this hotel for Warsaw!
