If your travelling and would like to be close to Laoag Airport, this hotel is a good choice. The room is spaciuos and bathroom has cold and hot water. Split type airconditioning and clean and comfy bed. For solo travellers like me. It is convenient as the hotel has food hubs just located outside. The staff is friendly and approachble. Highly recommended for couple or solo traveller who would want to explore Laoag

Das Personal ist so warm und willkommen. Das Zimmer selbst ist sauber und hat alle grundlegenden Dinge, die wir brauchen. Zusätzlich sind die kostenlosen Frühstücksmahlungen Bomben. Eine Mahlzeit kann für zwei Personen sein, sehr großzügig zu bedienen.

the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!

The Hotel is VERY AFFORDABLE, clean and has nice environment. It feels cozy, and the staffs are nice and accomodating. The food in the resto is also affordable and yummy. Best for travelers lodge in place with family or friends. They also have videoke spots and events place. Highly recommended!

The facilities is good near to calle crisologo... The staff is helpful all the way my stay... Parking is a no problem... Overall worth for the money spent.. Will definitely will come back the soonets.

Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

The room I got was on promo. And it did not disappoint for a solo traveler. Rooms are clean and has 24/7 info desk which were very nice and welcoming. Would recommend this place and would consider re-booking the next time!

Schönes und sauberes Hotel,übersicht über die Uhrturm Kirche, nur das Wasser aus der Dusche ist nicht so stark genug,für eine Schnell Dusche

Die Lage ist perfekt auf dem Strand vorn gelegen. Aber die Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind nicht vorhanden. Grundsätzlich genieße ich meinen Aufenthalt, aber ich brauche einige Verbesserungen.
