If your travelling and would like to be close to Laoag Airport, this hotel is a good choice. The room is spaciuos and bathroom has cold and hot water. Split type airconditioning and clean and comfy bed. For solo travellers like me. It is convenient as the hotel has food hubs just located outside. The staff is friendly and approachble. Highly recommended for couple or solo traveller who would want to explore Laoag

Meine Buchung wurde irgendwie in ein Studio mit zwei Einzelbetten geändert, sodass mein Partner und ich die Betten zusammenschieben mussten. Netflix funktionierte nicht mit der Fernbedienung, wir waren auf irgendwelche Kabelsender angewiesen. Das Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde behoben, das war super. Ich konnte die Angestellten draußen vor unserem Zimmer herumschreien hören. Ich glaube, das Bedbox Hotel wäre die bessere Wahl gewesen.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Es liegt etwas abgelegen, mit nur zwei Restaurants in der Nähe und keinen Geschäften. Ideal zum Entspannen, aber recht weit von Vigan entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist charmant und freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der sehr schmutzige Pool, der nie gereinigt wird. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Es war ok. Aber für diesen Preis könnte man einen 4-Sterne-Reise in Thailand erhalten.

The Hotel is VERY AFFORDABLE, clean and has nice environment. It feels cozy, and the staffs are nice and accomodating. The food in the resto is also affordable and yummy. Best for travelers lodge in place with family or friends. They also have videoke spots and events place. Highly recommended!

Location is not bad. They have a pretty decent wifi good enough for working. They just don't have amenities. They also don't have a mini ref. But all in all, good value for a cheap price.

Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

I thought we got upgraded to 6 pax room, but its a downgrade because its more congested, the facilities are under maintained, No sound proofing, so you can hear the people outside. Made us wait for over 30 minutes just to check in.
