Haustierfreundliche-Hotels in Quintana Roo, Mexiko

Initially our room was not very nice- damp bed, broken toilet handle, intermittent hot water and generally tired. However the management did address the issues by moving us to another room. The maids did a lovely job at creating new animals out of the blankets and added flowers on arrival. Unfortunately the first evening meal was a disaster. One main meal was overcooked and served before starter (which was incorrect) and the 2nd main meal was served incorrectly twice. Finally, the front desk resolved some of the issues but no ‘compensation/ token, for the errors was offered.  The following days were better, the breakfast was good and the staff made an effort to make our stay better. Although the hotel needs some renovations it was a chill and pleasant stay. Small beach but sunsets were beautiful.

We loved our bungalow, as it was well-designed, had a functional kitchen, and many useful gadgets like an iron, a hair dryer, or umbrella for sunny weather. The shared area had a lovely vibe and was perfect for recharging mentally with all the greenery, pool sounds, and chirping birds. We could even squeeze some physical activities into our routine, as the place had a dedicated space for yoga with mats, small dumbbells, and resistance bands. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, although the presence of the security guard was comforting. Our host was friendly and helpful, answering our questions on WhatsApp or providing tips on hustle-free navigation in the Tulum jungles.

Excelente glamping enmedio de la naturaleza, limpio, ordenado y para disfrutar de una tranquilidad absoluta. Mala suerte, las obras del tren que dificultan el contacto con el entorno. Cenotes propios en el hotel abiertos 24hrs y hay mucha fauna... Una familia de monos, nos acompañó durante horas en el recinto del hotel. El restaurante está muy bien, cenamos y desayunamos allí, todo perfecto.

Casa Kaoba ist ein schönes Hotel. Ich blieb hier für eine Nacht. Die Lage ist ziemlich weit von allem entfernt, aber es ist sehr friedlich. Das Frühstück war gut mit mexikanischen und westlichen Speisen. Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig. Das einzige, womit ich ein Problem hatte, war der Abschaum auf dem Duschkopf im Badezimmer. Ansonsten war alles andere in Ordnung.

Fantastische Erfahrung Gutes Personal und große Einrichtungen Zimmer sind besonders groß für Paare, sehr romantisches Aufbau Ich wünsche mir, dass der Eingang besser gelegen ist

Was für ein fantastisches Aufenthalt in Casa Teka! Wunderbar kleines Boutique-Hotel! Sehr nett und sorgfältig Personal! Wach auf und in der Lage zu springen in seinem privaten Centote ist unpreisbar. Eine Bemühung des Managementteams hat uns das Gefühl, dass wir Freunde besuchen. Die Lage ist eine Spazierweiterung zu den beliebtesten Restaurants und Bars. Besondere Dank für meine Geburtstagsüberraschung. Unsere Erfahrung konnte nicht besser sein. Sicherlich wieder zu bleiben. Sehr empfohlen. Alexandra und Natalia
