Das Hotel liegt 15 Gehminuten vom Syntagma-Platz entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich; ich kam um 12 Uhr mittags an und erhielt sofort meine Accor-Mitgliedschaft und wurde eingecheckt (normalerweise ist Check-in um 15 Uhr). Ich hatte meine eigene Zahnbürste dabei, aber es gibt auch eine im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein besonders großes Sofa, sodass es für eine dreiköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz bietet. Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Man kann kostenlos heißen Tee bestellen und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Obst.

Really good experience for one night if you have enough money. The buvet is the most comfortable I have tried in my life. The bellboy can store our luggage for free (seems that) which also save our time and money for traveling in other cities.

This Ibis is the definition of 'no-frills' done right—everything works perfectly and all the essentials are included without any unnecessary fuss. The location is truly second to none; being right next to the Juárez metro and steps from Alameda Central made exploring Mexico City so easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. At this price point, you really cannot ask for more!

Sehr freundlich, der bequeme, saubere Ort

Es ist eines der ”nicht zu preiswerten” Hotels in der Nähe des SFO Flughafens, aber definitiv der beste Wert für Geld wählen. Der Ort ist nicht mit vielen guten Lebensmittelwahlen in der Nähe überlastet. Das Zimmer ist Top-Rein und der Service ist sehr persönlich. Sie haben eine sehr gemütliche Lobby auf Ebene 2 mit einem Deckglas und das ist wirklich cool.

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

Negatives: Das Hotel hatte zwar WiFi, aber es ist immer abgebrochen oder ging gar nicht erst. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig. Das Badezimmer war undicht und nach dem duschen waren immer die Füße nass, sobald man ins Bad wollte und es hat geschimmelt. Im Zimmer war keine Klimaanlage. Es war zwar ein Ventilator bereit gestellt, aber keine Steckdose griffbereit. Positives: Die Lage ist extrem gut. Man kommt schnell überallhin mit dem Uber oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Personal ist freundlich, auch wenn es kein Englisch kann, oder nur schlecht.

I booked at the Exe Alameda Hotel for 3 nights starting on Friday, December 26. I was charged an additional $155 USD solely because the reservation stated two single beds, and I was traveling with my wife and my daughter. My daughter is 7 years old. I was charged extra for adding a third bed, which I consider was unnecessary because we could comfortably fit in the two beds, and I was also charged for a third person. They told me I had to pay because we were three people. Since I was very tired from the trip and did not want to move to a new hotel, I was forced to pay that amount. If you are going to use the Trip platform, I recommend carefully reviewing the conditions and/or services that each hotel offers.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.
