Das Hotel war sehr schön, und das Personal war sehr nett. Es war sehr nah an der Station, so machte es seinen Job. Innen und Betten sind sauber.

Es ist ein verstecktes Juwel. Als wir am frühen Morgen von Malpensa anreisten, erwarteten wir nicht viel von diesem Hotel. Ich wünschte, ich hätte den Ort vorher gekannt! Es liegt nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt und bietet separate Zimmer (mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang), was super praktisch ist. Drinnen gibt es ein geräumiges Zimmer, sehr ordentlich. Ruhig, tolles Bett. Und das Personal war super nett und hat uns trotz unserer späten Ankunft „Frühstückstüten“ gemacht. Hat mir von allem gefallen, sehr empfehlenswert!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well

When you get to the building go inside the vehicle entrance and make your way to the door/stairway on the left side to access the reception Other than that check in process was nice. People at the reception have great comminucation skills. Room was bigger than expected. clean and tidy. Nice Carrefour nearby and a nice walk to the metro!

The hotel was fairly basic, but it was clean and well-maintained. Its location was very convenient, being close to the station and within easy reach of major sightseeing spots. I only stayed for one night, and for the price, it offered good value.

Das Hotel Armani befindet sich im Zentrum der stärksten Stadt. Die Hoteltür steht auf der Straße und ist nicht weit entfernt die Kathedrale. Der Lobbyhall im 7. Stock direkt in die linke Hand des Lobbyschranks. Der Lobbyschrank ist links umgedreht. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr gut konzipiert und ist insgesamt klassisch grau und schwarz. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, groß genug, so dass die Suite sehr ehrlich ist. Versteckte Kleidungsräume, verschiedene schöne Spiegel, perfekte Ipad kontrolliert alles im gesamten Zimmer. Das Netzwerk fliegt schnell, nicht richtig, ist schneller als fliegen. Die Atmosphäre des Badezimmers ist absolut elegant, mit Bodenheizgeräten, Betten und Schalen sind auch sehr perfekt, absolut die Spitze Italiens. Die Toilette ist rechtzeitig und tief. Was zerstört werden muss, ist, dass das warme Wasser wie ein Spiral-Mikrometer reguliert wird, oder es ist entweder schütteln oder kalt. Es gibt auch verschiedene Türen, die ein bisschen schütteln, wenn sie dekoriert werden, und sie können oft nicht schließen. Aber diese wirken sich nicht auf ihre Werte aus, sondern sind absolut die höchsten.

Basierend auf hohen Erwartungen und Erfahrungen mit Luxushotels: Freundliches Personal, überrascht, vor 11 Uhr Zugang zum Zimmer zu haben (ohne extra zahlen zu müssen), schätze es immer, wenn Hotels vernünftig sind und wissen, dass das Zimmer verfügbar war und warum nicht. Das Hotel war durchweg herrlich parfümiert und es wurden gute Geschichten erzählt; für entspannten Genuss und um unsere Zeit im Hotel zu verlängern. Das Zimmer war sehr hell, modern gestaltet und hatte komfortable, einfach zu bedienende digitale Steuerungen für Beleuchtung und Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls geräumig und praktisch. Die Bettwäsche fühlte sich für den „Hotelpreis“ luxuriös an. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, da ich schon oft in Mailand war und im Zentrum oder in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs übernachtet habe, mich aber entschieden habe, zur Abwechslung mal die Gegend um Navigli auszuprobieren. Die U-Bahnlinie war sehr praktisch, um nach Brera und tatsächlich zum Hauptbahnhof oder zum Flughafen Linate zu gelangen. Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und auch gefrühstückt; beide Male wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis UND köstliche, großzügige Portionen/Angebot mit ausgezeichnetem maßgeschneiderten Service!!! Werde wieder dort übernachten wollen!

Location location location. We had a layover at a different airport, so we decided to stay near centrale stazione. Got off the bus, and it was a minute away. The staff, the room, the spa, and the gym everything eas perfect. We were able to check in early for upgrading our room for a fee. But was worth it. Would definitely come back!!

This is a wonderful hotel that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in Milan. The accommodation is:  - immaculately well maintained; - Very close to the airport. Just 3 minutes on foot from Terminal One. - located in a vantage point shrouded in tranquility; - nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean; - very comfortable mattresses. You are  mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed!
