This hotel has seen better days unfortunately.. Maybe it was once a main hotel chain but the current owners are struggling to keep on top of issues. .The first room offered to me had a mouldy damp smell. The second option was better . But overall I couldn't recommend a stay here.

Das Einchecken war großartig, das Design und die Dekoration der Zimmer sind sehr gut, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt relativ wenige Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück. Als ich auf einen Frühstücksempfang mit einer unprofessionellen Einstellung traf, war es schon früh, aber nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Einstellung war gleichgültig, so dass mehr als 10 Minuten verschwendet wurden, um den Zug zu erreichen, und das Problem ist aufgetreten dem Hotel gemeldet worden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sicherlich der stärkste Punkt, sehr bequem und leicht zugänglich zu Schlüsselbereichen. Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, kann aber in einigen Bereichen verbessert werden. Service braucht Aufmerksamkeit, da die Mitarbeiter reagieren langsamer als erwartet.

The room was spacious, much more than I thought that it would be. It was also very clean. As we were out most of the time, we couldn't really get to use any of the facilities, if any in the hotel. As it's right smacked within the Coventry Club Football Arena, I can imagine it being a good accomodation for football fans whenever there's a match. The downside is that it's a little out of the way from the city centre. Unless you have a car, it might not be convenient to go to the city centre from this hotel.

My 2nd time staying here. Service and environment beautiful. Set in the grounds of university of Birmingham. Very peaceful as not of a public road. Staff are very friendly, decor has a Scandinavian feel. Food is reasonably priced.

Located in the center of Solihull, bars, pubs, and shopping areas are all within walking distance. The parking lot is large enough, the amenities are good, and the breakfast, kitchen, and bar are all of excellent quality.

I arrived on Saturday afternoon and spent the evening, then left on the Sunday morning. The WiFI is not functional in this room, which is not good. The weather is a little bit hot but thankfully there is a fan in the room to keep the room cool at nighttime. The bed is large (big enough for two people) and the room is spacious with desk and chairs. The bathroom is obviously dated still the facilities are working just fine, the pipes seem to be a bit old so there might be some smell coming out. There are plenty of TV channels to choose from. You can see some buildings and the highway and the bridge outside of the window and the scenery is nothing to write home to. I walked through the Coventry city centre to get to the hotel and the streets are interesting to look at.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel viele Male geblieben und genießen immer meinen Aufenthalt. Große Einrichtungen schöner Pool und Spa, die kaum jedes Birmingham Hotel haben. die Bar ist auch wirklich schön. Frühstück im Hyatt ist immer eine Behandlung 😄 Allerdings scheinen einige Bereiche des Hotels ein bisschen müde zu werden und benötigen eine Aktualisierung angesichts der Zimmerkosten.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, groß und der Service ist sehr gut; Check-in ist sehr bequem, sobald Sie den Namen an die Rezeption angeben, können Sie sofort die  Zimmerkarte nehmen; das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sauber und komfortabel; Es lobenswert ist, dass das Hotel kostenlose Fahrkarten bietet, es ist wirklich toll 🤗🤗 Die Lieblings-Hotelhalle und Garten, so schön, erinnern Sie sich viel an Fotos und hinterlassen Sie eine gute Erinnerung 🤗🤗

Lovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.
