Die Bibliothek der Mogan Mountains ist ein Volk, der in der Bergwelt Tu Heilung ist voll! Die Tür wurde in den vollen Zimmersaft gedrückt, die riesige Tiibetin-Bücher mit chinesischen Büchern, die Bilder wurden riesig gemacht, die Fenster waren tiefer draußen, die Inneneindruck-Saft umgeben, ein Buch, ein ruhiges Aufenthaltsdatum, das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, die Essens- und Gastronomie, der Service war warm und intim, die Berge und die Buchsaft waren voll, Am Abend können Sie die Sterne im Garten sehen, und Sie haben auch die Feuerflamme getroffen, die wiederholt heilen wollen!

Super fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

I had an amazing stay at Yunhe Meet B&B. The Minsu is located in the village not far from the scenic spot ticket office. The owners are a lovely couple and their son, they are very caring and communication was not a problem. We used wechat and phone translate to take with the son and ladyboss. They offered me welcome snacks and more snacks after my hike. Breakfast was very very generous and freshly prepared for local dishes with local ingredients. I had a room with 2 single beds which are quite large soit didn’t feel like a single bed, recommended for a solo traveler if the queen bed isn’t available. Water was warm and shower had good pressure. Everything is very clean. Auntie took me to the park entrance with her electric mini truck to help me catch the morning bus. They also recommended some small hikes around the village and help me to find the return bus to Lishui. Thank you for the great stay ! Wish you the best !

Dieses Hotel befindet sich im Herzen der Hauptattraktionen, so dass es sehr bequem zu kommen, mit mehreren berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Walkweite. Für Reisende ist dieses Hotel zweifellos eine sehr kostengünstige Wahl. Auch wenn der Preis erschwinglich ist, gibt es keinerlei Fehler bei der Service- und Einrichtungen. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Mahlzeiten in der Nähe, oder Sie können die Fußgängerstraße nicht weit entfernt besuchen, die sehr lebhaft in der Nacht ist. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig und hell, mit guter Soundproofing, die jeden Abend eine ruhige und komfortable Schlafmöglichkeit ermöglichen. Das Front Desk Personal ist warm und aufmerksam, und der Eincheckungsprozess ist schnell und effizient. Von Buchung bis Checkout, bietet das Personal einen überaus gedankenvollen und professionellen Service. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist reichhaltig, und die Mahlzeiten können an den persönlichen Geschmack angepasst werden, so dass Sie sich wirklich zu Hause fühlen. Es war ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt!

In einem Nutshell, geeignet meist wenn Sie keine anderen Optionen haben (oder alles, was preiswert ist, ist alles für die Nacht genommen). Für mich war das, was mir am meisten (oder ich sage nicht überraschend, aber immer noch bemerkenswert wahr) die Tatsache, dass zwei verschiedene Mitarbeiter des Hotels (aka die beiden Rezeptoren, die während meines Aufenthalts beide wechselten) kein Wort Englisch sprechen! Wie, LITERALY nicht 1!!! Und ich weiß, ich weiß, “Dies ist China” und “Was erwarten Sie in einer 3. Klasse Stadt” aber immer noch, Jungs, es ist das 2026 Gottdammit, nicht 2006! Wie die Stadt, in der das Hotel liegt, ist praktisch die Welthauptstadt des Hausgerätehandels!!! Es gibt genug Ausländer, die in der Stadt reisen und sogar wohnen, um jeder selbst respektierende Hotelmanager besser zu wissen, dass sie ein englischsprachiges Personal anstellen müssen, das (sehr wahrscheinlich) auch einige ausländische Gäste haben. Noch einmal: niemand erwartet ein indigenes Englischsprachiges Niveau oder einige Doktoranden und akademische Fähigkeiten, aber zumindest die Basic Englischkenntnisse sollten in jedem entwickelten Land, insbesondere China, ein MUST sein. Das Hotel war OKish (berücksichtigt die Preisspanne). Es ist ein Schmerz im Arsch, als Fremder zu prüfen (es buchstäblich zu einer halben Stunde, mehrfach gefragt werden die seltsamsten Fragen wie “Woher kommen Sie?” oder “Was bringt Sie zu YiWu: Reisen oder studieren“, “Was ist Ihre Telefonnummer” (berücksichtigen Sie, dass der Kerl mein Pass in seiner Hand hatte und ich machte die Reservierung online, wo praktisch ALL diese Informationen weithin verfügbar waren). Ich musste zweimal ein Bild von mir nehmen (gedenken Sie, Ich wohne in derselben Stadt!!!). Ich musste nur kurz aus meinem Kondo verlassen, weil dort Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Jedenfalls sind die Zimmerausstattung ok und hatten keine anderen Hiccups als das. Denken Sie daran, Sie müssen 100 yuan als “Sicherheitsdeposito” zu hinterlegen/übertragen, die über WeChat/AliPay Transfer bei Abrechnen zurückerstattet werden.

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

We have arrived to the hotel mid afternoon and were informed we had to wait 30min for the room. We have waited and after said 30min the room was not yet ready. It took nearly 1h in the end, and we wanted to leave to proceed with our activities. Although the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, I had specifically asked for a non-smoking room since I am allergic to tobacco smoke and also pregnant - the corridor smelled like tobacco and there was smell entering the room through the ventilation. The hotel staff was very kind and available to support throughout our stay but there was not much they could do. It looked like the hotel was a renovation of an older building, the stairs were still very old and not pleasant, and there was quite some mess in the reception area (I guess a staff room behind would have been a good idea).

Youwang Meicen Homestay is conveniently located right next to Hefang Old Street, making it an excellent choice for travelers who enjoy being close to a lively walking street filled with various food stalls, eateries, and shops. The location is very vibrant and convenient, especially in the evenings. However, do note that there are stairs leading to the property, so it may not be ideal if you are traveling with a lot of heavy luggage. When we arrived, our room was not yet ready, so we took the opportunity to explore the surrounding area. The owner was very proactive and messaged us as soon as the room became available, and by the time we returned, our luggage had already been placed inside the room, which we appreciated. The room itself was spacious and uniquely designed with two levels: a living area downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. There were plenty of hangers, a clothes rack, and an open cabinet for organizing belongings. The mini bar included bottled water that was replenished daily, and the bathroom came with complete amenities. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, though I did notice a small face mask wrapper left near the bed. One highlight was the availability of staff 24/7. One night, our key card stopped working, but thankfully there was someone on-site who assisted us immediately. The property also has a vending machine, a 24/7 eatery, and a taproom near the street entrance that stays open late, adding to the convenience. Overall, Youwang Meicen Homestay offers a comfortable stay in a prime location, with spacious rooms, helpful staff, and easy access to food and nightlifeideal for travelers who want to experience Hefang Old Street up close.

Wir hatten großes Glück, diese Unterkunft zu bekommen. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und bat uns, ihn vor unserer Ankunft zu kontaktieren. Er bot uns sogar einen kostenlosen Abholservice vom Busbahnhof zu seiner Unterkunft an. Außerdem gab er uns einige Tipps, wie wir unseren Aufenthalt in Wuzhen optimal gestalten konnten. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, da es sich um ein Zimmer in einem traditionellen alten Haus in Wuzhen handelt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Es liegt in der Nähe des Westeingangs von Dongzha (Ostbezirk), und unsere Hintertür (und unser Fenster) gehen direkt zum Fluss (und zur Brücke). In unserem Zimmer gab es kostenlosen chinesischen Tee (leider hatten wir keine Zeit, ihn zu probieren). Das Badezimmer ist zwar klein, aber sauber und es gab fließend warmes Wasser. Und als Krönung des Ganzen brachte uns der Besitzer nach unserem Aufenthalt kostenlos zum Busbahnhof. Vielen Dank!
