Haustierfreundliche-Hotels in Zhejiang, China

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Wir hatten ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und bietet einen phänomenalen Blick auf den See. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht, unsere achtköpfige Gruppe zufriedenzustellen. Ich empfehle die 74 bis 93 m² großen Zimmer für zusätzlichen Platz. Es war einer unserer schönsten Aufenthalte in China. Wir vergeben 5+ Sterne, insbesondere für die Rezeption und die Hotelpagen.

Komfortables Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Da der Hotelname aus dem Chinesischen übersetzt wurde, dauerte es einen Moment, bis wir das richtige Hotel gefunden hatten. Auf dem Schild steht „Color Story“ (nicht „Painting House Hotel“). Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Flur stehen den Gästen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.

被二手煙嗆得不行的一次體驗 雖然房間窗户是過道，但是能不能讓那些吸煙的不要站在樓層盡頭的窗户，一整層都在呼吸二手煙，房間門打開都是煙味實在無語。但是飲用水，每天一次性用品和掛衣服的地方都有，樓下用餐極其方便。

I liked the high ceiling and the beds. Chinese-style breakfast was delivered to the room. It was so good! And lots of diners nearby. A supermarket is right in front.

特別好比預期中要好的多，還有機器人送餐服務，點外餐入酒店還不用麻煩人拿太方便了，沒想到快捷酒店的機器人也這麼給力

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Check-in geht sehr schnell. Die Lobby ist einladend. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Smart-Toiletten, Klimaanlage, Warmwasser und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Bett ist bequem. Die Lage ist ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt. Die Gastgeber haben mir ein Geschenk gemacht 🎁 Ich bin so glücklich, hier zu sein und werde wiederkommen. Ich werde meinen Aufenthalt verlängern.

The hotel is in a good location just make sure to get a room with a view, the service was amazing they give you their contact info and you can ask for any details about the city, good places to visit, food,etc. So in a final note it’s good. you get the value of your money.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut und einladend und es ist ein sehr kostengünstiges Hotel. Freunde um mich herum empfehlen dieses Hotel, wenn sie hierher kommen, und ich werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir in Zukunft Kunden haben.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, der Service war hervorragend. Das Sonnenlicht im Zimmer war ein herrlicher Anblick. Ich spielte Arcade-Spiele und kochte sogar in der Küche. Der Besitzer und die Rezeption waren sehr nett. Das Hotel ist geräumig und wir konnten uns sogar einen Roller für einen Tag ausleihen. Sie gaben mir sogar eine Tasse Kaffee, weil die Nachbarn malten. Dies ist ein sehr gutes Hotel für diese Preisklasse und ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.
