這個酒店整體不錯，與內蒙古自治區其他地方酒店一樣，做的不錯就是硬件差點 ，尤其是衞浴設施有些毛病，估計是浙江義烏產品，總是有毛病，讓人無所措手足 一般來説五星級酒店的衞浴都是世界名牌產品，用的比較順手。 酒店大廳的服務周到，也很熱情，進到店發鑰匙鏈也很温馨 走到最後還給一個蒙古包也很不錯，這一切都説明這個酒店想做好自己的本質工作 希望在硬件下功夫，取得更大的成績。

Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Es war sehr sauber, schöne Atmosphäre und hatte sogar ein Jurt zu essen. Die Gerichte waren enorm groß und sehr lecker. Ich ging zusätzlich für einen Fahrer, der vom Hotel organisiert wurde, was die beste Wahl war. Ich würde es definitiv an jeden, der sich umherziehen möchte empfehlen. Der Fahrer (Chinesisch-Sprache) war sehr sorgfältig, erklärte alle Arten von interessanten Dingen, nahm Fotos für Sie (sehr gute!) und gab ihr das Beste, um Ihre Erfahrung so groß wie möglich zu machen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und Fahrerservice ernsthaft. Sie halfen mir bei meiner Reise von Anfang bis Ende und ändern wirklich den Zeitplan an Ihre Wünsche. Thank you so much!

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wir gingen auf einer Familienreise in dieses Hotel und reservierten eine Unterkunft. Wir kamen nach Dunkelheit, das Hotelteam war hilfreich, uns zu unserem Wohnzimmer zu bringen, obwohl die Sprachbarriere klar war. Transport wurde mit elektrischen Wagen durchgeführt. Die Unterkunft war freundlich und komfortabel, mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Aussicht auf Feuchtgebiete. Gute Betten und ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Es war sauber. Das Abendessen, das wir hatten, war gut für Menschen, die chinesisches Essen mögen (wie ein chinesischer Grill). Das Frühstück war auch chinesisch, was vielleicht ein Problem für Menschen, die in traditionellere westliches Frühstück sind. Das Buffet war vielfältig, viel zu wählen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist groß, viele Aktivitäten für Familien. Wir waren dort während der Goldenen Woche. Perfekte Temperatur (10-15 Grad), blauen Himmel ... Wir können dieses Hotel und seine Einrichtungen empfehlen und würden wieder zurückgehen.

This place is perfectly situated within the Wulanhada volcano park. It is 2 mins walk away from the 北游客中心. You can take the tour bus to get to the accoms if you are not driving. The hotel design is unique and looks beautiful at night. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful! They have a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. If you are lucky, you can see the fireworks while having dinner and sheep outside your door in the morning ❤️

Fancier than the typical yurt lodging with attractive fittings inside, a private bathroom with shower and a small outdoor sitting area with two chairs. The power was off from 11 pm to 7 am - not sure that’s always the case, it may have been because of heavy rain. It wasn’t a huge deal except you couldn’t flush the toilet because it’s a fancy electronic one. The free breakfast was plentiful and you can order from an extensive menu at other times of the day. It’s across the road from Shangdu Lake, which you can see from the elevated outdoor area outside the dining yurt. It’s about 50 minutes from the Yuanshangdu (Xanadu) historic site and a six-hour drive from Beijing. Not 5-star luxury but a nice place to stay if you want to experience the grasslands.

The staff were professional. When l booked the mini room which indicated as single double bed, the staff advice to upgrade to standard as my son were not exactly small size. The room was great. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious.

This place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!
