We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. This hotel is clean, modern with spacious rooms. The hotel staff was quick to resolve any issues that we had and they also provided free airport transfer. The restaurant provided breakfast as well as in room service at a good rate.

Das Hotel war viel besser als erwartet und ich bin so froh, dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade für unser Zimmer bekommen haben – super zufrieden! Ich hatte erst Bedenken wegen der Schallisolierung, aber obwohl es mitten im Viertel liegt, war es überhaupt nicht laut. Die Doppelverglasung und die dreifache Tür isolieren perfekt gegen Lärm und Kälte. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, die Damen und Herren waren alle herzlich und aufmerksam. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Wasserqualität unter der Dusche war sehr angenehm, das hat mir gut gefallen! Sobald man aus dem Zimmer kommt, sieht man eine riesige Schneelandschaft – sehr schön für uns Südländer. Das Frühstück war einzigartig und konnte sogar aufs Zimmer gebracht werden! Die Lage ist auch top, direkt im Barockviertel, und die U-Bahn ist gleich nebenan, sodass man überall bequem hinkommt! Das ist keine gekaufte Bewertung – wenn ich wieder nach Harbin komme, würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

Overall, it’s okay — I’d rate it as moderate. The hotel has an outdated design, including the elevator. The lighting in the room is rather dim and yellowish. The room isn’t very spacious, more of a standard size — enough to open two pieces of luggage. It would be better if there were less cigarette smell in the corridor. The location is good, right in the city center with plenty of shops and easy access to food. The receptionist and security staff were friendly and helpful.

Das Zimmer ist schön. Die Dekoration gefällt mir sehr gut. Es ist komfortabel und ruhig zum Wohnen. Das Badezimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt und die Heiztemperatur ist angemessen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, weniger als zehn Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Harbin entfernt. Auf Reisen ist es bequem, ein Taxi zu nehmen oder die U-Bahn oder den Bus zu nehmen. (Die Steppdecke auf dem Bild wurde von mir selbst angehoben) Es ist gut, außer dass der Preis in der Hochsaison etwas teurer ist.

Die Umgebung ist großartig, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr dank der nahegelegenen U-Bahn-Station hervorragend, und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und sehr sauber. Der Projektor ist groß und das Bild gestochen scharf. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastic. Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.
