SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

YYanggaomeinvWir haben uns mit unserem Kind nach Harbin gewagt, und die erste Station war das Xana Hotelle Harbin Central Street Sophia Church. Die Lage des Hotels ist super praktisch, es liegt mittig bis nördlich an der Central Street. Zum Zhaolin Park sind es nur 100 Meter über die Straße im Osten, und die Hauptstraße der Central Street ist nur 50 Meter westlich. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es etwa 500-800 Meter zu Fuß. Die Hotellobby ist super gemütlich und bietet Stempel zum Sammeln und Nachmittagstee an. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir unsere Reise nicht geplant hatten und spontan unterwegs waren, fragten wir nach Besonderheiten in Harbin. Eine Mitarbeiterin schickte mir extra über WeChat Tipps für Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung in der Hotelumgebung. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hat alle Ernährungsbedürfnisse für eine Reise mit Kind abgedeckt, inklusive Fleisch, Eiern, Milch und Obst. Am Abreisetag haben wir spontan entschieden, Fotos mit unserem Kind bei der Sophienkathedrale zu machen, was die Check-out-Zeit verzögert hat. Das Personal hat uns kostenlos bis 14 Uhr verlängert. Alles in allem hat uns die erste Station in Harbin ein warmes Gefühl gegeben. Wenn Sie hier an der Central Street übernachten, ist das Xana die beste Wahl! Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Peking habe ich es schon vielen Freunden empfohlen. 😙😙😙

DDil888The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

CChan Soon CheeDo not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

FfizahafizaSehr günstiges Hotel im Winter. Die Heizung funktioniert gut. Es ist einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station. Ich empfehle jedem, der Harbin besuchen möchte, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Die Besitzer sind so freundlich, auch wenn sie nicht ganz Englisch sprechen. Aber alles läuft so reibungslos. Man kann sich auf Englisch mit ihnen verständigen. Wenn ich eines Tages wieder nach Harbin komme, werde ich wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

KKoudanMein bester Freund und ich entschieden uns für ein Vier-Personen-Zimmer im Nordosten mit beheiztem Kang. Obwohl wir ebenfalls aus dem Nordosten kommen, waren wir erstaunt, wie „schön“ es ist. Die großen roten Blumenvorhänge und das große grüne Blumenbeet waren für uns die besten Motive zum Fotografieren. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war angemessen, besonders wenn wir bis Mitternacht schliefen, wärmte das heiße Kang immer noch unseren unteren Rücken, was wirklich angenehm war. Die Toilette ist sauber und hat keinen Geruch.
Der Service der Vermieterin war aufmerksam und enthusiastisch, und ihre Einstellung war wie eine Frühlingsbrise. Sie organisierte einen Fahrer, der uns am Flughafen abholte, zeigte uns die Reiseroute, arrangierte eine angemessene Reisezeit für uns und sorgte für ein kostenloses Frühstück hat meine Schwestern sehr glücklich gemacht.
Ich freue mich darauf, nächsten Juni wieder ins Arctic Village zu kommen!

NnurelyaChose this apartment because kids would like to have a room with a slide and jacuzi. The apartment smaller than the one we stayed before even in the same building, and the price are expensive than the bigger apartment. There are too many things inside the room, so not so clean and limited space to put the bags and move around. No response from the host before the check-in until I almost want to cancel the booking. But he did replied the night before we check-in and attended to my queries. My daughter lost her phone in the ball-pit at the slides area just before we check-out. We are rushing to the airport, hence we just gave up after 30mins could not locate the phone between the balls. Texted the host about it and request help from the cleaner to look for it when they do the clean up. Initially the host told me they found the phone but the next day told me again its another guest's phone and they have picked up. So not sure if the host or cleaner honest or not. We used find my phone and the phone still in the building when they first informed the phone was found and we were so happy and requested the phone to be shipped to us. Did not expect he changed to not found after that. Lost my trust and will not recommend this apartment to others.

GGastnutzerIch wurde eingeladen, zu Abendessen zusammen zu haben kostenlos.Vor Ankunft im Innenhof,Wir kommunizierten durch Wechat,der Boss nahm mich auf der Straße in der Nähe des heißen Frühlings.Wir wurden Himmelskleidung geleistet und geliefert, um kostenlos zu sammeln. Der Boss half auch zu transportieren Von Yabuli bis Snowtown und von der Snowtown bis zum Snow Village.Nach dem Auschecken wurde ich auch an den Bushalteplatz geliefert.Danke.

2. Das Hotelambiente ist erstklassig, die Sauberkeit tadellos und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption freundlich und effizient. Das Zimmer ist hell und gut belüftet; insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!
3. Der Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hell, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, und die Pflegeprodukte waren von guter Qualität. Die Umgebung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, ruhig und sicher; es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
4. Der Service war aufmerksam und sorgfältig, das Zimmer sauber und geruchsfrei, und das Bett war sehr weich; ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, verkehrsgünstig gelegen, und der Preis ist ausgezeichnet; sehr empfehlenswert!

SShaafiezaWe are family of 5 from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The location is very convenient, near the Beima Road Station (200 m). The apartment is quite spacious equipped with basic kitchen, washing machine and refrigerator. Definitely worth the stay and highly recommended to anyone visiting Harbin.
