GGastnutzerThis is one of the nicer, quieter accommodations right at the end of the beachfront with a great view of the shore. It is a small boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. There is a tourist attraction right below it. In the evening, you can sit at the viewing deck to relax into the night.
The small crew of live-in staff are great. They helped us with a very challenging situation and were very quick to provide general assistance even up to very late at night. They were communicative on Wechat.
The only downside is that the hotel is some distance to the main area at the library building. There is a buggy which brings you there and back which the hotel staff arrange very quickly and enthusiastically. This is a small problem as the hotel staff are very quick to support but you must be aware to factor in an additional 10-15minutes travelling time to reach the library building to go elsewhere. Do also note that at the library building, cars cannot wait too long if you are planning travel activities.
The hotel also houses two cute cats as pets which are friendly to guests. There is a nearby cafe affiliated to the hotel which is nice to relax in and the coffee is fine. The beachfront shops are about 10-15 minutes walk away along the shore.
The toilet in the rooms have bidets. The rooms have good unobstructed views, which should be better compared to other hotels around them. In addition to usual complimentary water bottles, small snacks are provided in the rooms.
The hotel staff are excellent. They had a high energy level, were engaging and genuine in wanting to support hotel guests.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Lage ist in Ordnung, aber die meisten der nahegelegenen Straßen mit ihren Imbissständen sind geschlossen und schlecht besucht.
Die Toilette riecht stark nach Abwasser oder dem Abflussrohr aus dem Duschraum.
Das Nachbarzimmer ist laut, da die Tür ständig geöffnet und geschlossen wird. Die Schalldämmung ist miserabel und sehr störend.
Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig; es gibt weder warme Suppe noch Nudeln, also ist es praktisch wertlos.
Man bekommt nur einen Zimmerschlüssel, vermutlich um Strom zu sparen, was unpraktisch ist; es ist immer dunkel, wenn man das Zimmer betritt.
Beim Einchecken wird eine Kaution fällig, und man muss auf die Auscheckzeit achten, wahrscheinlich um die Gebühren leichter abbuchen zu können. Ich verstehe nicht, wie diese Bewertung in Xiamen zustande gekommen ist; das Hotel ist nicht einmal vier Sterne wert.

GGastnutzerIch ging vor dem Frühlingsfest zum Wuyi-Berg, umrundete den Gipfel und buchte drei Zimmer. Nachdem ich zuvor so hohe Bewertungen gelesen hatte, dachte ich, es könnte sich um eine Fälschung handeln. Nach meinem Einzug erfuhr ich die Wahrheit. Es war wirklich gut und machte seinem Namen alle Ehre. Ich habe dort auch zu Abend gegessen und es hat gut geschmeckt. Die Einrichtungen sind vollständig, sauber und die Umgebung ist gut. Es gibt auch einen Schach- und Kartenraum und eine Teestube. Ich werde hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Wuyishan gehe. Vielen Dank, Chefin, für das kleine Geschenk! Voller Herz!
Ausstattung: Komplett und neu, das Zimmer ist groß und sehr sauber.

GGastnutzerI rarely say this on my reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Minsu. When I come back to Quanzhou for another family holiday, I will book this place again.
Firstly, the location: It is unbeatable. It is near enough to be in the midst of the action in Quanzhou (near the walking street, eateries, restaurants, shopping etc etc), yet very quiet for us to enjoy a good night’s rest, or a good conversation at night over tea.
Second, the nice balance between an authentic cultural home and modernism. We had the entire Minsu to ourselves, 6 rooms in total. Renovated about 3-4 years ago, the Minsu gave us the experience of living in an authentic Chinese inn, yet the amenities were modern….comfortable beds, modern toilets, refrigerators available etc….The courtyards were also beautiful. The entire Minsu was tastefully done…..plus it was spotlessly clean.
Thirdly, the owners. They were so friendly and helpful. They met us at the drop off point, and brought us to the Minsu when we checked in, helping to move some of our luggages (and they did the same thing when we checked out). They went out of their way to help purchase traditional puppet show (木偶) tickets (at a small discount somemore). After we checked out, my son left his hoodie in the room. The owners assisted to courier the jacket to the next city we were heading to (we were already in the train at that time). And lastly, every morning and every night, either Mr Du, his son or his daughter in law would invite us to join them for tea. They would then proceed to serve tea the traditional way, while having a conversation with us. They also taught us certain traditions, protocols and rules when serving tea. They have a cat called TangYuan (汤圆), in which the kids in the family enjoyed playing with.
The only thing to note is that public transport (via taxis and buses) only can drop you off at a spot about 5min walk away. Also, they provide disposable towels, not the regular towels given at hotels. If it is an issue, just bring your own towels.
Otherwise, this place deserves 5 out of 5 stars.

BBaiMaWangziIch reiste mit meinem Hund während des chinesischen Frühlingsdienstes nach Xiamen und nahm einen Tagsreise nach Kinmen Island, Taiwan, gerade vor der Küste.
Das Hotel war in der Tat ein Apartmenthaus mit mehreren Managementgesellschaften, die Zimmer auf verschiedenen Etagen vermieten. Das Gebäude war insgesamt in einem schrecklichen Zustand von Reparatur.
Zunächst versuchte das Front Desk mich in ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock zu setzen, das aus einem Schreckfilm aussehen ... Stains auf dem Boden, Wände, Schmutz und Schmutz überall .... Ich fragte, ob das das gleiche Zimmer ist, das ich reserviert habe und ein anderes weibliches Personal bewegt Ich bin zum 9. Stock, der zumindest sauber und aktualisiert war, im Halle. Das Zimmer war ok, und das Bett bequem, aber ich habe nie in einem Hotel geblieben, das Blätter direkt auf die Matratze ohne einen minimalen Pad zwischen ... Glücklich keine Bettbugs.
Das Zimmer hatte 3 von 8 funktionierenden Lichtboote, so war es sehr dunkel. Der Heizgerät erhitzt das Zimmer nicht einmal auf Max-Ebene, die den ganzen Tag laufen.
Alles war alt und dyngy... Nichts wie die Fotos
Ich hatte am ersten Tag keinen TV- oder Internet-Service, bis ich ihn gebeten habe, repariert zu werden.
Insgesamt ist kein Wartungsproblem.. Aber zumindest die Frau am Frontdesk war hilfreich und freundlich
Dass nur die echte Erlösung Qualität des Zimmers war die Ansicht ... Aber das Fenster war so schmutzig, es war meist dunkel.

Die Details von Haushaltstoiletten sind immer noch nicht gut; die Klarheit Die zugehörige Projektion reicht zum Ansehen von Filmen nicht aus; das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist aus Zement, zu hoch und gerade für Komfort, der Wasserdruck im Duschraum ist schwer zu kontrollieren und das Wasser ist etwas trüb;
Hygiene: sauber und ordentlich, mit frischer Luft;
Umgebung: In der Landschaft des Vier-Gemüse-und-Eine-Suppe-Landschaftsgebiets ist die Umgebung durchschnittlich, genau wie in einem Bauernhaus. Das Erscheinungsbild des Hauses ist durchschnittlich und das Innere ist besser als die gewöhnlichen Volksbräuche. Dies ist jedoch definitiv nicht der Fall den Preis wert. Seien Sie nicht zu anspruchsvoll für ein B&B in dieser malerischen Gegend. Hoch, nicht kosteneffektiv;

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist sehr gut und befindet sich im Bereich der Twin Towers. Die Meerblicke sind ausgezeichnet und hat alle Einrichtungen. Mein Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer, ein komfortables Bett und gemütliche Kürbis in der Nähe des Fensters, um die Meerblicke zu genießen. Es gibt auch einen Projektor für die Filmaufnahme.
Der ursprüngliche Service war gut, obwohl später es leichte Verzögerungen bei der Antwort gab. Eincheckung erfordert einen Gesichtsscan, während der Auscheck einfach ist Sie müssen einfach eine Nachricht an Ihren Butler senden. Es ist besser, früher zu buchen, um einen guten Deal zu erhalten.

The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛
Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!

GGastnutzerWe really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was big and sunny, very silent, the bed comfortable, the heating worked really well and the shower gets nice and hot if you wait for a while. It’s off season right now, but we were still surprised to see that the hotel was practically empty, it deserves more clients.
It’s one of the few hotels inside the park which is very convenient, and much nicer than the ones outside of the park that look really sad and ugl. We much preferred waking up with a view on the tea plantations. The staff doesn’t speak English at all but they’re very kind and will try their best to understand all your needs through translation apps. We ended up staying a day less and they were kind enough to give us the breakfast for free. They will also offer you to taste their local tea in the hall, which is delicious and served in the traditional way which is fascinating to watch.
The furniture and overall look of the hotel might be a little dated, but we actually liked it, it gives character compared to all the ultra modern, aseptic hotels. The breakfast was really abundant and delicious, typical of the area which we loved. The only real inconvenience is that didi won’t be able to leave you at the hotel entrance, it will be stopped at the park entrance which is a 10 minutes walk on a road busy with all the park’s buses. The solution is either booking the car directly through the hotel, or ask the hotel to register your didi’s plate so it can enter the park. We did this when we visited the nearby Xiamei village and it worked.

She also sent us back and forth from the bnb to the tourist attraction place, from the evening we arrived till the next morning right before we went to our nx stop. She brought us to the world's smallest tulou and saw a tulou with 三公六院. We were treated with a hearty and typical Chinese style of breakfast.
