Die Service war hervorragend. Die Dame half mir, die Jacuzzi Suite zu verbessern und zu bekommen, weil das Zimmer, das ich ursprünglich reserviert hatte, sagte, es hätte eine, aber es war nicht, und ich dachte, ich müsste das reservierte Zimmer annullieren und sie fixierte es, so dass ich nicht. Das Zimmer war eines der schönsten, die ich in einer langen Zeit für ein Super 8 gewesen war. Das Bett war so weich und komfortabel und ich war sehr cool und war überhaupt nicht heiß. Ich werde sicher sagen, wie gut mein Aufenthalt war und auch in der Zukunft wieder dort bleiben. Das Foto war, wo das Zimmer, das ich reservierte, einen Jacuzzi in ihm hatte es gesagt, als ich es reservierte, aber es nicht, als ich zum Hotel kam. Das muss repariert werden. Das war, was ich für gezahlt und reserviert hatte und es zeigt klar, dass ich ein Heißrohr hätte.

Das Hotel ist alt und sehr wenige Verbesserungen. Nur ein Anschluss für das Telefonaufladen und es ist im Desklight. Das ist nicht einmal nahe, war Ihr Bett ist. Das so genannte Teppich ist älter als ich glaube. Badezimmer-Sunk hat keine funktionierenden Sunk-Stopper, weil der Sunk-Fall nicht gemacht wird, um einen. The workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

Das Zimmer hatte einen Flachbild-TV, aber die Fernbedienungen funktionierten nicht. Wir wollten den Vordertisch anrufen, aber das Telefon funktionierte auch nicht. Als wir zum Vordertafel gingen, um ihnen zu sagen, sagten sie, sie wussten nicht, dass die Zimmer Telefone hatten. Sie gab uns eine neue Fernseher, die auch nicht funktionierte. Es gab nur 1 Waschbecken und Handtücher im Zimmer, aber sie gab uns mehr, als wir zum Vordertafel gingen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Pool war offen, aber nicht wie angekündigt erhitzt.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Ziel, Westtown Mall, Starbucks, tj maxx, das Waschhaus Waschmaschine, etc. Es gibt nur so viele Unternehmen innerhalb von 100 Fuß dieses Hotels ist so bequem für alles!

Das Hotel ist alt, vor allem in der Wolke, und es fühlt sich nicht sauber. Aber es ist sehr gut, der Parkplatz ist groß, das Zimmer ist groß, der Service ist gut, das Frühstück ist auch gut, weil ich es kenne, habe ich dieses Haus mehrfach gelebt. Einmal war ich neben dem Hotel Wanhoo, obwohl das luxuriöse, aber das Zimmer klein ist, gab es zwei Feueralarms in der Mitte der Nacht, der Preis ist zu niedrig und die Erfahrung ist zu schlecht. Also wohnen Sie oft in diesem Haus.

Großes Hotel, große Lage! Hausaufbewahrung ersetzte nicht die Artikel im Zimmer (Wäschepapier, Tassen, etc.), aber das Zimmer war sauber.

I know that reviews seldom lead to any improvements, but hopefully this one will help save someone some money if they were planning on staying here. The young man at the counter named Sean was very pleasant and efficient. That was the highlight of the stay. The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t bother me as long as it’s maintained, as this property USED to be. Now, clearly there are different owners with a much lower standard of cleanliness. On the surface, it appears clean, but if you look closer, you can tell that the details aren’t there. It’s the start of a slide backwards into unclean and unsanitary conditions that often occurs when those with lower cleanliness standards run a hotel. The shower floor was almost black. It was clear that it hadn’t been scrubbed or thoroughly cleaned in a long time The breakfast was sad, paltry and meager. There was some bread, a generic flaked cereal, an odd steamed egg substance and greasy, unappealing sausage patties. There was a waffle iron, but the mixture tasted funny. The coffee is in an automatic type machine. It tasted horrid and was lukewarm coming out. Based on the lack of cleanliness in the rest of the hotel, I doubt this complex coffee machine is regularly sanitized. The bed was hard. That may appeal to some, but it was very uncomfortable to me. The pillows are small little throw pillow sized things with no shape or support. Spend $30 more and go right up the road to the Holiday Inn or Hampton. You’ll be glad you did.
