Fortunately for The Lead Hotel, I am going to leave a review because I was impressed with all aspects of your property.” ”The Hotel and Room - The hotel is located perfectly away from the inner city and closer to one of the beaches, which I appreciated. Cosmetically, the hotel is well-manicured and secure. They clean the hotel grounds, trim the bushes, and paint the scuffs every day like they do at Disneyland (impressive). Secondly, I was upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen, washer, and dryer inside the room at no cost because the hotel was crowded. (That has nothing to do with the review.) The room was very clean and up to my standards. The hotel has day and night security guards.” ”The Staff - I reached out to the hotel a few weeks before I arrived in Freetown concerning transportation to the hotel, and the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. They provided transportation from the Sea-coach Docks. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive to my schedule, and regardless of what time I left, the room was pristine clean when I got back. The front desk staff and the managing partner or owner were all very friendly and went above and beyond to address any questions I had.” ”The Pool - Loved the pool. I was there every single day, basking in the sun. The pool boy was there every single day cleaning the pool. It’s the closest thing to an infinity pool.” ”Restaurant - Now, this I think can be improved a little. Not so much the restaurant itself, but the menu. The whole menu was western food (burgers, pizza, etc.). When you are in Sierra Leone, you might want some of the local staple food. Have some local dishes on the menu as well for those of us who are curious about the local cuisines.”

Ich verbrachte den Wochenende im Hotel und ließ mich 5 Stunden nach Hause. Als ich ankam, merkte ich, dass ich 2000 neue Löwen unter meiner Matratze vergessen habe. Ich habe das Hotel angerufen und wurde von der Rezeption informiert, dass das Hausbetreuungspersonal das Zimmer gereinigt und nichts gefunden hat. Ich war im Zimmer 127 und ich glaube, das Hausbetreuungspersonal hat mein Geld gefunden. Ich glaube, jedes Personal, das für die Reinigung des Zimmers zugewiesen wurde, sollte untersucht werden. Intakt, ich musste den Empfänger 3 mal anrufen, bevor sie meinen Anrufen antworten konnten, als sie die Anrufe nicht mehr anrufen. Sie sind sich bewusst und ich würde handeln, wenn das Hotel nicht handeln würde. Ich bin seit etwa 5 Jahren im Hotel und glaube, dass das Personal die Reputation von Radisson Blu in Frage stellt.

The hotel was alright in general. However, some of the staff do need re-training or discipline. When we were checking out early in the morning, the male receptionist claimed we owed the hotel more 1000 dollars for food, which we never had. When we told him that, he just backed out, saying we didn't have to pay.

Im Zimmer ist ein Klimaanlage und warmes Wasser verfügbar. Ich buchte mit Frühstück. Das Hotel hat mir jedoch gesagt, dass das Frühstück nicht in die Buchung aufgenommen wurde. Der Preis und die Lebensmittelqualität sind schlecht und teuer. Das Essen wird kalt serviert und dauerte zu lange, um zu servieren. Und der Teil war sehr klein.

The hotel manager Ahmed was very helpful and tried to resolve most of my concerns. The apartment are not to standard at all. Thanks to Ahmed and the hotel staff that helped moved me from the apartment building to the main hotel. The food is good.

A bit pricey but I enjoyed my stay. They got 2 lovely pools. AC works well. Breakfast was nice, too.

The  staff were very professional, friendly and hospitable from the cleaners, restaurant staff, security personnel and reception staff. The food was excellent and the breakfast sumptuous.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the amazing sea face view right from the window.

Das Bett ist sehr alt und gekleidet ist als pro Bild gefärbt. Einchecken war sehr hektisch, es dauerte 2 Stunden, um sie meine Reservierung von der Reise zu finden. Com
