Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in Bahnhofsnähe und bietet eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Die Etagenbetten sind ideal für Freunde oder Familien und vermeiden unangenehme Situationen, die durch das Teilen eines Doppelbetts entstehen. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind ruhig und komfortabel. Es gibt mehrere Toiletten, die nicht an einem Ort konzentriert sind, was für Gäste in verschiedenen Zimmern praktisch ist. Überraschenderweise sind die Duschen mit Duschabtrennungen ausgestattet, sodass Sie sicher und komfortabel duschen können, ohne sich Sorgen um nasse Kleidung machen zu müssen. Auch Spa-Anwendungen werden angeboten, was dieses Hotel besonders empfehlenswert macht.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, voll ausgestattet, nur Slips, die Sie fragen müssen. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Frühstück und das Restaurant ist so lecker.

Ich würde die King Suite nicht empfehlen, da die Treppe steil ist und ich morgens (im Halbschlaf) beinahe ausgerutscht bin.

Beautiful exterior, but the interior feels very dated. The whole place would benefit greatly from some investment. Economy rooms resemble dorms: creaky floors (charming at first, but disruptive at night with people using the shared toilets), sagging mattresses, a broken bedside light, only one chair, no decorations, and no ceiling light. I realize we booked an economy room, but this felt extremely basic. On the first night, a party went on until 1:30 am. Guests should be informed in advance, and events shouldn’t run so late if the property also functions as accommodation. It’s also a shame that tours of the abbey come at an extra fee; this could easily be included for guests. Overall, the place feels more focused on making money than investing in guest experience. Lots of potential, but currently disappointing.

Sehr zufrieden! Direkt am Eingang des Bahnhofs gelegen, das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut. Zum Frühstück gab es auch chinesische Garnelenknödel. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der TEFAF-Shuttlebushaltestelle. Ich werde dieses Hotel nächstes Jahr wieder wählen.

Very nice reception guy , it is not his job because you have to check-inn by yourself ,  but he helped us out ..Rooms are a bit old and must be updated. We understand what they like todo with the old furniture but this can be done better. The small carpet(?) in the front of the bed was not clean and full of dirty spots. The floor had a lot of wear and tear, TV is not big, more laptop size and our remote control was not working, also the shower is with very low water pressure , better take your time. By the way there is a very  nice ”breakfast”  woman, who wished us a great day. This Hotel has a lot of potential but needs an upgrade, broken chair in the hall first floor is not the best income to your room. 4 star rating is not the right level..for the total..

Assez bien situé, le prix était tres abordable pour le réservation a la dernière minute. Hôtel propre, lit comfortable, seul bémol c'est que le chauffage ne marchait pas, le chambre était froide.

Ich habe kürzlich in einem Hotel übernachtet und wollte meine Gedanken mitteilen. Für den Preis war es ein recht ordentliches Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, besonders wenn Sie die Universität Maastricht besuchen. Auch wenn es vielleicht keine ausgefallenen Extras bietet, ist es eine gute Wahl, wenn Sie einen preisgünstigen Aufenthalt wünschen, ohne auf Komfort zu verzichten.

Sehr gute Erfahrung, diese Saison ist sehr komfortabel, die Umgebung ist sauber und schön, die Einstellung ist auch sehr gut, die Gäste sind sehr glücklich mit dem Rückkehrerleben, Dad und Mom spielen sehr glücklich

Good stay near Valkenberg station, but tight for early conference goers The hotel is conveniently located near Valkenberg station. My room was nice and clean. I especially liked the leather chair – it's soft but still firm enough to sit and work for long periods, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was good, even though the variety was somewhat limited. However, breakfast starts at 7:00 AM. Since I had a conference at MECC (about a 14-minute walk plus a 20-minute train ride), I had to rush every morning to get there on time. If you have an early start, just be aware of that. Overall, a pleasant stay if your schedule allows a bit more flexibility in the morning.
