Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway.

Hotel in der Stadt Kuala Terengganu. Erleichterung des Zugangs zum fast Shop. Umgeben mit fast vertrauten Bank in der Stadt. Sauber ist super. Zimmer mit Fan und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Kann sich zu Fan wechseln, wenn es zu kalt ist. Geeignete Familie mit Kind. Gute Arbeit.

Geräumiges Zimmer, sogar ein bisschen alt, aber sauber. Alle Toiletten sind vorhanden. Haartrockner, Eisen und Eisenböden, kostenfreies Parken, Buggy-Service und wir haben sogar kostenfrei Frühstück. Warmwasser und Wasserdruck sind gut, Dusche und Badewanne sind getrennt, TV ist nur lokal Kanal, aber WiFi ist verfügbar. Safe Box und Kühlschrank sind auch verfügbar. Wir haben im Zimmer 1603 geblieben, Klimaanlage ist auch großartig besonders heißes Wetter. Ruhig und gemütlich. Sie können sich außerhalb am großen Balkon entspannen. Zimmerservice für Lebensmittel ist bis 11:00 Uhr verfügbar und der Preis ist vernünftig. Die Lage ist etwas von der Stadt entfernt, aber es ist gut, von Husten und Büsten entfernt zu sein. Gute Meerblick kann Drawbridge von weit entfernt sehen. Hat nicht zum Schwimmbad gehen, so kann ich nicht kommentieren.

At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

I always stay here whenever i come to Kuala Terengganu.. Comfortable and very satisfied with the environment.. Location wise. City centered. Easy to get food and the malls just walking distance.. Beautiful view..the sea and the drawbridge. Satisfied. Ive a pleasant stayed..

Ein angenehmen Aufenthalt mit guter Lage N Frühstück Das Paya Bunga Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums von allem.. Der Busbahnhof,Pasar Kedai Payang und auch UTC, machen es super bequem für Reisende und Urlauber.Kudos zum Hotelpersonal, die so vollkommen Sopan und Friendly sind.Vielen Dank für die Erhöhung meines Zimmers auf ein größeres.Dieses Hotel ist eine gute Wahl für Diejenigen, die auch eine gute Auswahl an Frühstück suchen.. und bevorzugen lokales Essen.

Great Facilities: The hotel facilities are solid, including a very convenient café located on the ground floor—perfect for a quick bite or coffee. Prime Location: This is the hotel’s strongest suit! Everything is within walking distance, including plenty of eating places, a self-service laundry, and convenience stores. You really have everything you need right at your doorstep. Final Verdict: I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decently priced stay surrounded by endless amenities. I will definitely be back!

Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time. They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
