Hotels mit Parkplatz in Terengganu, Malaysia

This used to be my favourite hotel for business trips, but sadly, it’s no longer well maintained. The floor was dirty, and the mosaic tiles in the bathroom had turned yellow. The bed I slept on smelled damp, as if the bedsheet wasn’t fully dried — very uncomfortable. The bedroom floor was also not clean. I really hope Payang management will look into these issues and bring the hotel back to its previous standards.

I went here for a convention and I stayed for 2 days and 3 nights. The room is very spacious and clean. A big plus for me is that the rooms have no carpet. Affordable and fast room service. Easy checkin and checkout. The only con I see is that the rooms are not that soundproof. I also tried their gymnasium, they have a cable machine, free weights, elliptical, stationary bike and treadmill. Also, another con is if you like to do your laundry in a hotel, their laundry service is sooo expensive. They charge per clothing, not per kg. But nevertheless, staying here is value for money. Its walking distance from the airport (less than 1km). But if you want to explore the city center, this place is quite far from the center.

Beim Einchecken im Hotel informierte uns die Rezeption über anstehende Renovierungsarbeiten, die zwischen 8:00 und 18:00 Uhr zu Lärmbelästigung führen könnten. Man fragte uns, ob wir stattdessen ins benachbarte Ming Paragon Hotel wechseln möchten, und ich stimmte zu. Beide Hotels teilen sich denselben Parkplatz. Bei der Buchung wurde angegeben, dass das Parken kostenlos sei. Tatsächlich wird jedoch eine Gebühr von 2,20 RM pro Tag erhoben, was an sich akzeptabel ist. Das Problem ist, dass wir jedes Mal, wenn wir den Parkplatz verlassen, die Rezeption informieren müssen. Heute Morgen reiste ich frühzeitig ab, und die Rezeption war unbesetzt. Es war zwar eine Telefonnummer angegeben, aber als ich anrief, war das Telefon ausgeschaltet! Da ich keine andere Wahl hatte, musste ich abreisen und mir wurden 8,00 RM Parkgebühren berechnet. Als ich ins Hotel zurückkehrte und dem Rezeptionisten die Situation erklärte, teilte er mir mit, dass dies die Gebühr des Parkplatzbetreibers sei und das Geld nicht erstattet werden könne!? Ich bin extrem wütend!

The hotel is located on the main street. The sound proof of the window is quite bad, we can clearly hear the motorcycle, car, lorry driving sound and morning wake up by the prayer sound. If you are noise intolerant person, please reconsider before booking it. I think the owner can improve the sound proof system. Another is the toilet bowl, it has a smell of sewerage, it is like overflow the sewerage gas from the pipe. So we have to close the toilet seat cover all the time, but when you want to use it, prepare to smell it. To remind, there is only staircase, no lift, we didn't notice it during booking. Luckily we do not have big and heavy luggage to carry. The staff is very friendly. There is a water dispenser and a small dining area if needed. We travel during the long weekend (after Haji before Agong birthday). Outside is quite jam but it is hard to call a grab or other e-hailing. I think you may avoid travelling during those biggest Muslim festivals like Hari Raya and Haji.

Einige Zimmer war ok, aber Toilette es ein wenig schmutzig. Personal helfen nicht Kunden, inchecken und Gepäck Sie müssen von sich selbst zu dem Zimmer oben bringen. Personal im Restaurant ist gut hilfreich. Niedriges Aussicht, aber ein wenig alt.

Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average.

Sehr zufrieden im Urlaub hier. Bei Ihrer Ankunft im Resort werden Sie mit dem Schlag eines Gongs begrüßt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn Sie durch das Resortgebiet laufen und das Personal treffen, werden Sie „Hallo“ sagen. Fordern Sie eine Deko für Ihre Flitterwochen an und erhalten Sie mehr als das. Sie servierten uns sogar handgemachtes Kokosnusswasser aus der Region und dekorierten einmal die Badewanne. Schönes und ruhiges Meer, geräumige Zimmer und viele interessante Einrichtungen und es gibt sogar Aktivitäten in diesem Resort. Es gibt kostenlose und es gibt kostenpflichtige. Nur der Service ist etwas langsam. Die Anfrage nach einem Bügelbrett dauerte fast eine halbe Stunde, und das Abendessen im Restaurant Atas Sungei war für mich ganz normal. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gab Laksam, Nasi Lemak mit Thunfisch, glaube ich, Roti Canai, Desserts, Pfannkuchen, Joghurt, Obst usw. Insgesamt werden wir unsere Reise nach Tanjong Jara auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederholen. Jeden Cent wert!
