Hotels mit Parkplatz in Terengganu, Malaysia

This used to be my favourite hotel for business trips, but sadly, it’s no longer well maintained. The floor was dirty, and the mosaic tiles in the bathroom had turned yellow. The bed I slept on smelled damp, as if the bedsheet wasn’t fully dried — very uncomfortable. The bedroom floor was also not clean. I really hope Payang management will look into these issues and bring the hotel back to its previous standards.

Tmpt ok la .. nicht sehr sauber, nicht sehr schmutzig .. nur ein wenig laut, weil es ein Badminton Gericht rechts .. sbb Ich habe ein Neugeborenes .. aber insgesamt ok la keine Beschwerde sbb Urlaub xde Hotel rechts

Sehr sauberes großräumiges Hotel das sehr gut riecht mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Die Zimmer sind groß sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Etwas abgelegen in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Gerne wieder.

I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.

Beim Einchecken im Hotel informierte uns die Rezeption über anstehende Renovierungsarbeiten, die zwischen 8:00 und 18:00 Uhr zu Lärmbelästigung führen könnten. Man fragte uns, ob wir stattdessen ins benachbarte Ming Paragon Hotel wechseln möchten, und ich stimmte zu. Beide Hotels teilen sich denselben Parkplatz. Bei der Buchung wurde angegeben, dass das Parken kostenlos sei. Tatsächlich wird jedoch eine Gebühr von 2,20 RM pro Tag erhoben, was an sich akzeptabel ist. Das Problem ist, dass wir jedes Mal, wenn wir den Parkplatz verlassen, die Rezeption informieren müssen. Heute Morgen reiste ich frühzeitig ab, und die Rezeption war unbesetzt. Es war zwar eine Telefonnummer angegeben, aber als ich anrief, war das Telefon ausgeschaltet! Da ich keine andere Wahl hatte, musste ich abreisen und mir wurden 8,00 RM Parkgebühren berechnet. Als ich ins Hotel zurückkehrte und dem Rezeptionisten die Situation erklärte, teilte er mir mit, dass dies die Gebühr des Parkplatzbetreibers sei und das Geld nicht erstattet werden könne!? Ich bin extrem wütend!

The hotel is located on the main street. The sound proof of the window is quite bad, we can clearly hear the motorcycle, car, lorry driving sound and morning wake up by the prayer sound. If you are noise intolerant person, please reconsider before booking it. I think the owner can improve the sound proof system. Another is the toilet bowl, it has a smell of sewerage, it is like overflow the sewerage gas from the pipe. So we have to close the toilet seat cover all the time, but when you want to use it, prepare to smell it. To remind, there is only staircase, no lift, we didn't notice it during booking. Luckily we do not have big and heavy luggage to carry. The staff is very friendly. There is a water dispenser and a small dining area if needed. We travel during the long weekend (after Haji before Agong birthday). Outside is quite jam but it is hard to call a grab or other e-hailing. I think you may avoid travelling during those biggest Muslim festivals like Hari Raya and Haji.

erlebnis war cool, Service ausgezeichnet, Einrichtungen ok, Lebensmittel einfach und normal, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sollte ok .....no major issue

Pros- Die Lage ist gut und die Umgebung des Außenresorts ist auch gut.Auch der Strandblick ist erstaunlich.sowie ihr Frühstück auch nicht schlecht. Cons - ihre Zimmerlage ist sehr schlecht. Need to renovate. So alte Möbel und alles in der Room. feels like it will break now.Also smell.The door even the bed everything is half broken already. Even it was rusting inside. Ich werde sagen, es ist es nicht wert mit dem Preis, den wir für eine Nacht in diesem Zimmer zahlen.  Suggestion- Ihr Resort ist auch groß und attraktiv. Bitte machen Sie einige Renovierungen, damit Sie mehr Gäste anziehen können, können auch ihnen eine bessere Erfahrung danken.

Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average.
