I had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

Ich habe wiederholt im Concorde Hotel Shah Alam geblieben und hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, mit allen grundlegenden Einrichtungen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit im gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Lage war bequem für die Exploration von Shah Alam. Insgesamt würde ein zufriedenstellender und entspannender Aufenthalt noch empfehlen!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und sehr gut gepflegt, so dass es während meines Aufenthalts sehr komfortabel ist. Der Highlight war definitiv die wunderschöne Stadtblick Aufwachen bis zur Himmelslinie und genießen die Lichter in der Nacht war wirklich erfrischend und entspannend. Das Gebäude bietet große Einrichtungen, darunter ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter, ein Schwimmbad und einen sicheren Zugang, der zu viel Komfort und Frieden hinzugefügt hat. Alles war leicht zugänglich und gut verwaltet. Insgesamt ist Mutiara Villa ein toller Ort, um in Cyberjaya zu bleiben, vor allem wenn Sie einen schönen Stadtblick mit modernen Einrichtungen und einer ruhigen Umgebung genießen. Ich empfehle es für kurze und lange Aufenthalte.

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Personal ist freundlich und kostenfreier Parkplatz, obwohl wir Stunden nach der Abreise ausgegangen sind. Beds sind angemessen und sauber.

This canvas hotel use to be my favourite I have no complain but this time I need to said something. This time I was with my aunt who back from California for vacation. The room they stay in is not clean they found hair at the toilet , floor and bed the reason the gave is part time staff who do the cleaning. Is ok we accept than they change the room for them but the second room is cover with grey dust at the table and bed and we ask they said sorry this might be is because before the refrigerator explode . Last is the fourth rooms is the only satisfy with the cleanliness this already like 45 min. I need as so embarrassed so the canvas management please take note hopefully next time I stay it getting better

The hotel is clean and comfortable, everything is just nice for the price. The service staff is also very friendly. But the parking is quite pricy during weekend as it counted by per time.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Das Hotel liegt neben The Curve, in der Nähe von Ikea, Harvey Norman und Lotus. Kann auch zu One Utama gehen, muss aber ein Fahrzeug benutzen. Reinraumzustand. Die frische und schöne weiße Farbe lässt den Raum geräumig und komfortabel wirken. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum, ein Kinderzimmer und einen Swimmingpool für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die in diesem Hotel übernachten. Was die Qualität des Essens angeht, gibt es zum Frühstück viele einfache Buffetoptionen, aber der Geschmack ist nicht enttäuschend. Insgesamt 4/5 für diesen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war einfach großartig und wunderschön. Man hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und die Stadt. Ich habe meinen ersten Aufenthalt im Hilton PJ sehr genossen. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine praktische Unterkunft, da es in der Nähe viele Geschäfte zum Essen gibt.

Die Lage ist mit dem Starling Mall verbunden - superb. Zimmerdesign ist modern und schön, Einrichtungen sind alles gut, lieben alles über dieses Hotel. Danke für die schönen Erinnerungen
