Sehr gute Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom stärksten Bereich.
Komfortable Zimmer und freundliches Personal
Unser Flug ging spät aus und sie haben uns den ganzen Tag die Taschen gehalten und haben uns sogar in die Spa-Zone gelassen, eine Dusche zu nehmen.

Ich hatte einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel Catalunya.
Die Zimmer waren unstumpfig und komfortabel. Das Restaurant serviert typische Gerichte, mit frischen Zutaten und unglaublichen Service.
Insgesamt machte die Gastfreundschaft und die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details mein Aufenthalt bequem.

Gut gelegen , in der Nähe der Marine von Orosei , die Stadt hat nicht viel zu tun, nur Boote Touren durch den Golf von Orosei, die durch ein Zeichen schön ist.
Das Hotel hat Restaurant, Pool, ist alt, aber gut gepflegt. Gute Kosten x Gewinn.

Muy bien todo, aunque a nuestra llegada tenían un problema con la electricidad por lo que no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación puesto que sin el ordenador no supieron decirnos que habitación teníamos.
Si tenéis un SUV el parking del hotel es bastante estrecho asi que decidimos dejar el coche aparcado en la calle.
La ducha algo estrecha
A parte de estos dos detalles, el resto perfecto, la recepcionista muy amable, las habitaciones bien, desayuno también, repetiría estancia en este hotel sin problemas

GGastnutzerAVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.

GGastnutzerYou get what you pay for. Has all the basics, no frills. Staff friendly and assisted with my case as there is no lift.
TV remote was temperamental, reported this and was told I would be getting a replacement the next day, no replacement forthcoming but wasn’t a big deal as only Italian channels.
Coffee machine in the room was pre-filled with water but coffee pods have to be purchased separately.
The wash basin had cracks, the shower was initially hit but soon went quite cool almost cold. The white bath towel had marks on it!
The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses which were not adjoined therefore, mid sleep the two parted company by some 6 inches .The street is reasonably quiet evening time however, early morning sees the nearby businesses empty the previous evening empty bottles into the bin directly positioned below my room. There is also a school nearby where the little ones gather waiting for the doors to open, the excited chatter didn’t bother me but it might some people.
Great location for good shops/restaurants/cafes, train and buses and easy walk to the beautiful Marina.

GGastnutzerWe stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

FFlyTorpedoThe hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby.
The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back.
Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy.
It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

HHayley PheifferWir hatten eine fabulöse Nacht hier vor unserem frühen Morgenflug am nächsten Tag. Wir wurden von den freundlichsten Gastgebern begrüßt, die uns schnell ins Lager gebracht haben. Wirklich gute Kommunikation überall.
Wir konnten einen Parkplatz nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß finden, der nur wenige Euro kosten (kostenlos nach 8:00 Uhr) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, einfach und ein Kühlschrank mit einigen komplimentären kalten Wasser und einen Koks, der ein wunderschöner großzügiger Touch war.
Das Badezimmer war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Sauber mit frischen Handtüchern.

TV mit Netflix, die unserem Teenagersohn gefallen.
Das Apartment hatte wunderbare Aussichten vom Balkon!
Bei der Frage empfahl die schönen Gastgeber die wunderschönste Pizzeria für das Abendessen.
Lage - einfach zu Fuß und in der Nähe von vielen Bars und Restaurants. Cagliari ist eine so schöne Stadt.
Ich würde es sehr empfehlen, hier zu bleiben.

LLCA23Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist bequem und das Hotel ist sauber, was ich wirklich geschätzt habe.
Ich hatte gehofft, dass die Atmosphäre etwas heißer ist. Während die Mitarbeiter freundlich und professionell waren, fand ich sie manchmal etwas vorbehalten. Ein wenig mehr Wärme, Lächeln und Energie hätten einen langen Weg gelaufen, um die Erfahrung zu begrüßen.
Leider hatte ich während meines Aufenthalts keinen Zugang zum WLAN, was ungünstig war. Auch die Klangfestigkeit im Hotel könnte verbessert werden Ich konnte deutlich Geräusche von anderen Gästen hören, einschließlich Menschen, die laut in den Hallen sprechen.

Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
Obwohl das Hotel noch recht neu ist, hatten die Fugen im Badezimmer schon Schimmelflecken und der Toilettenpapierhalter war locker.
Das Zimmer war schön aber minimalistisch möbliert. Ein Schrank wäre toll. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
