Went for my grandma's birthday dinner on 1 st Nov '24.We received exceptional service from the restuarant manager Mr.Deshraj and team.They made it a very special and rememberable moment for us.All the servers and managers sang for her and related her mood.The hospitality was very warm and welcoming as expected from Taj group.I wish the team all the very best and keep up the fantastic work!!!!

Ins Trident kommen ist für mich inzwischen wie zu Hause ankommen. Das Hotel hat einen extrem guten Style, sehr minimalistisch und wirkt zu keiner Zeit jemals hektisch. Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr guter Service. Zentraler Pool mit Gym, ich bin persönlich aber am meistem von dem 900Meter Jogging Pfad durch den Rosengarten/Garten begeistert. Das ist echter Luxus im hektischen Indien durch die Gartenanlage zu joggen und frische Luft einzuatmen. Internet sehr schnell.

The location boasts stunning greenery, while the rooms are impeccable. The hotel staff are courteous, with special mention to Prabhashini from housekeeping who consistently goes above and beyond. The restaurant offers a delightful variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, thanks to the talented kitchen chefs and restaurant team. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience staying here.

My stay was assowm Bhubaneswar last 3 days was so comfortable,That I didn't feel for a second,that i am 1120 km away from my home thanku so much all for your help the best part of the hotel is the food quality is great service was really very nice friendly staff amazing ambience comfortable stay at the hotel thank you cozzet for your amazing great stay.....all front office staff like Swati and Rajalakshmi and Santanu they are very helpful thanks

Stay is comfortable, hospitality is good, food options are good but comes with higher price. Swimming pool is under renovation

Today we came to Ira by orchid bhubaneswar really nice hotel and nice Service everything is osm 👌 ..specially food was nice and staff maneer also very well everything is Good....I attended most of hotel in bhubaneswar but this hotel is different because of Service and food...everything is Good ambience and hotel to station and airport is very near all are facilities is Good

Die Umgebung des Hotels in der Provinz ist in Ordnung, das Frühstück ist großzügiger und der Kaffee ist nicht gut. Aber der Preis ist relativ hoch, aber einige Hotels in Bhubaneswar werden zu diesem Preis gebucht. Meine indischen Freunde übernachteten hier für nur 400 Yuan pro Nacht und fanden, dass der Hotelpreis zu stark schwankte.

Stayed for one night at regenta central. I didn't expect such a wonderful stay. I have booked a hotel randomly through mmt. Since arrival you feel special. The building looks fresh and clean. It's facing the sea. On arrival the bell boy took the luggage. At reception, i was welcomed with fresh water and check in was quick. The room is small, but the space is utilised very well. Bed is adequate size and good quality matters and linen. Ac is great. Sufficient drinking water is available. The bathroom is really good. Well lighted, ultra clean, no smell, nice water pressure, hot water 24 hr, drains are clear (many times it doesn't work in 5 star property) all the toiletries are available, you don't need to carry anything. Recently in one of 5 star property, there was no accessories in the bathroom. The best part is the service, the reception is always pick up calls and attending with compassion. The housekeeping team is lovely. Anything i need was available in minutes. The sleep was very undisturbed and noise was very minimal. Restaurant is great. Overall i found very smiley, willing to take care of guests attitude of the staff.

The property is relatively new. The rooms are well appointed. Bed linen was spotless. The service staff was new and little clueless. Hotel is located on the Grand Road which is around 1.5 kms from Lord Jagannath Temple. The breakfast was not for me. Overall a good hotel at a great location.

Probably this young hotel management graduate is currently the best asset possessed by Hotel Golden Tree, Puri. Outstanding service: The in-house service of Hotel Golden Tree, Puri can be best described with only one English word – OUTSTANDING. Lovely ambience: With a very large reception area consisting of soft & comfortable sofas and centralized air conditioning system, Hotel Golden Tree, Puri has a spacious lounge where easily 20 guests can wait and sit during check-in and check-out ***** with their luggage. Yes, this hotel still has a fully working hands-free sanitizing system installed right next to the main entrance door. Delicious food: The in-house well decorated, clean and air-conditioned restaurant offers a wide spectrum of delicious food items from across the country both during the complimentary buffet breakfast (worth mentioning that the buffet breakfast has a well thought of cyclic menu for different days of the week) as well as during the other time of the day. The quantity of food per portion in the à la carte menu needs to be increased by at least 30% so as to match up with the high price tag, which, we’re sure the hotel authority will make a note of this point after reading this review. Excellent rooms / amenities: All the rooms in this hotel are equipped with a soft memory foam spring mattress king size bed with four soft foam pillows (you may ask for more which they will readily provide) and two cushions and a soft blanket with white linen cover. Other complimentary guest supplies in the rooms include – a) 2 packaged mineral water bottles & 2 Reverse Osmosis purified water bottles per day. b) electric kettle with enough amount of tea/coffee/sugar/sugar free sachets (more will be provided if needed). c) 2 glass tumblers, 2 cups with a number of wooden stirring sticks. d) a cookie jar which is refilled on a daily basis. e) a box full of face tissues. f) a Godrej safety locker with customizable combination numerical locking system. g) a large LED television with working cable connection. h) a working mini refrigerator. i) a large wardrobe with 4 hangers and a laundry bag (they provide you with same day in-house laundering service). j) intercom and free Wi-Fi facility. k) a scribbling pad with a pencil. l) 3 electrical charging points with 3-pin 16 & 6 ampere socket options. Well, the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was rude. Food orders took more than a month to be served, lack of staff was evident. Surprisingly, they wanted to throw us out to 18th March 2023 even after having booked the hotel until 19th March 2023. It was little surprising. It was clearly understood that their intention was to con us. I guess that is how they cheat people to make extra money. The rooms were very small and it was untidy. The bedding in both the rooms were smelled like rotten fish. We had literally beg them to have it changed. This whole exercise took approximately 12 hrs. The rooms also had cockroaches resting on the bed and admiring the beautiful 🕸️ spider’s web . I have the images in case you need them. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed with my family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don’t go for it even if you get it for free. If you don’t want to ruin your holidays / trip avoid staying in this property.

The Hotel was impeccably clean and well appointed. service, cleanliness and behaviour of staff is all very good. Everyone was very helpful. the pool is neat and clean. beach is easily accessible. However, the only negative is the food. the food is extremely costly and the taste is not good. compared to price, food is not tasty at all. the pricing is absurd and with a motive of profiteering. One Roti/chapati costs 75/- rupees whereas it is not worth 5/- rupees. similarly rice is 325/-. Even in 5 stars rice is not 325/-. Otherwise everything was good.

The hotel is located outside the main market area of the city. However, it is on the sambalpur-rourkela highway. The hotel rooms are spacious and have amenities like swimming pool, parking etc. It has a lot of open space. The hotel badly needs renovation and internal painting. Bathroom is not at all good. It is very simple and doesn't match with standard. Food is okay. The breakfast is dominated by south indian menu. Hotel staffs are okay, they need to be a bit more professional.

Excellent well designed rooms with great in-house dining facilities makes this one of the best places to stay in Sambalpur. They also have limited free parking and for those arriving by train, the proximity to the railway station is a huge plus. We loved everything about the hotel. The rooms are not big, but they are cosy and comfortable. The service is excellent - we had a 4 am start the next day and the staff even gave us a packed breakfast at 3:30 am in the morning. The bar on the top floor is quite nice too and a great place to chill out in the evening. The hotel is also only about half an hour away from Gandhi Minar by car.

Amenities in the hotel is excellent. One vegetarian resturant is attached to the hotel n the food and services are very very good. However, you are agency charging higher rentals then prevailing at hotel. Please desist from such unethical business codes.

I I liked the restaurant so much the ambiance is cool staffs are really good and the taste of food they serve us is mouth-watering and I recommend atleast once visit the hotel and one of their staff named Abdul is very nice and good😊.

Die Lage des Grundstücks - war wirklich gut zwischen der Marktlage für Arbeit. Lebensmittel - auch durchschnittlich. Nicht so gut oder nicht so schlecht. Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards - auch durchschnittlich, nicht bis zum Marke. Zimmer - Wandfarbe war so alt und Bruch. Nicht gut. Als pro Zimmerpreis für einen Tag ist sehr hoch von meiner Reise. Sie bieten direkt ihren Zimmern an Kunden direkt bei Hotel @ rs. 1000 - + g. S. T. Extra. Aber ich buchte es von mm t so habe ich insgesamt fast @ rs. 1800 - )inklusive. Gst) dies ist nicht gut mm t Sie auch mit Ihren eigenen Kunden beim Preis der Hotels betrügen. Bitte überprüfen Sie das Hotel mit Ihren eigenen Augen und stellen Sie dann den Preis der Hotelzimmer;

I had gone for an assignment to Sambalpur and the institute booked me this hotel. I was skeptical when I saw the photos but believe you me I was really surprised seeing the quality of rooms & special mention of the food quality and taste. The only improvement they need is the breakfast spread rest everything is awesome. They have an in-house spa, I used the services but it is below average and expensive for the service they offer. The hotel was superb, I stayed in 311 and my room was amazing and I had a very good experience. Recommended
