We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service. The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

Overall the hotels is nice close to many places. The minus, there some noisy in sometimes due to some renovation in other room. The shower blow quiet slow but still acceptable.

Mit einem Spotless-Bett und einer renovierten oder gründlich gereinigten Matratzen wäre diese Eigenschaft für mich leicht eine 5‑Stern-Wahl innerhalb ihrer Kategorie.

The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.

Das Hotel ist gut , der Klimaanlage ist auch kalt . Alles war in Ordnung . Nur der Abstand ist im fast Reise, weil eine der Fliesen ist tatsächlich los und hinterlässt eine große Lücke .

Der Service muss wirklich verbessert werden, der Raumreinigungsantrag muss mehrmals gefragt werden, bevor es getan wird & die Ergebnisse sind auch nicht zufriedenstellend, Der Klimaanlage ist nicht kalt, es wurde von der Ingenieur geprüft und sie versprach es zu ersetzen mit ein anderes Zimmer, aber wartete bis die Auscheckung bis 2 N nicht erfüllt war. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich komplett und lecker, das Menü ändert sich jeden Tag.

AC im Zimmer war heiß, obwohl bereits down16c. Wifi nicht überall im Zimmer, nur im Essensbereich können Sie es nutzen. Das Essen war so, aber der Preis hält sich als Prämie. Rezeptionist sehr freundlich und hilfreich.
