Schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt von der Dachterasse aus. Das Zimmer war für zwei Nächte auch völlig in Ordnung. Direkt nebenan ha man einen kleinen Laden, in dem man die wichtigsten Dinge kaufen kann und nicht weit hat man verschiedene Straßenstände und -cafés.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

Die Lobby ist komfortabel und hat einen Sitzbereich im Freien. Die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer auf die Berge war großartig. Das Zimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, die Raumaufteilung war gut, mit heißer, starker Dusche. Der Swimmingpool ist klein, hauptsächlich für Kinder, aber die Aussicht ist großartig. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen an eine Swiss Belinn-Kette. Nicht viel Auswahl und mein Wunsch nach einem weichgekochten Ei wurde hartgekocht.

Mein Aufenthalt ist ziemlich gut. Neo hat gute Aircon, dass viel Komfort in Pontianak heiße ob. Ich habe Rauchraum am Tag 1 aber sie wechseln sofort auf nicht rauchen Zimmer, sobald verfügbar, dank Bak Mala, das mir viel während meines Aufenthalts helfen. Bewahren Sie Ihre Gastfreundschaft auf 👍

Overall the hotels is nice close to many places. The minus, there some noisy in sometimes due to some renovation in other room. The shower blow quiet slow but still acceptable.

The man on frontdesk so low attitude , and mood swing , haven't a good hospitality ; the room is large but a little old , the hotel located in central of the city ; near with coffee street , ”Ligo” supermarket walking around 10 minutes, and flamboyan traditional market nearest by walking 5 minutes 😊 overall the breakfast so good simple but complete •
