Hotels mit Parkplatz in Kalimantan Timur, Indonesien

Für zusätzliche 400.000 Rupiah erhielt ich ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer im neuen Gebäude. Das Essen war köstlich. Leider rochen die Kissen auf dem Bett und dem Sofa sehr unangenehm. Vermutlich wurden sie nicht oft gereinigt oder ausgetauscht, sodass der Geruch hartnäckig war. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Hotel was tired and staff are inexperienced in the hospitality industry. Room: stayed on 8th floor. Pillows had strong sweat smell and looked like they havent been changed in a while. Room decor was pretty basic with basic laminate flooring. In the bathroom there was complimentary shower gel and shampoo but when the bottles were pressed, it was very watery and seemed like the staff had simply topped it up with regular water. Room internet was also extremely poor and I gave up after half an hour of trying. Breakfast was a big spread but not of high quality. The bubur was lumpy. Fried chicken was tasteless (possibly indicating being frozen for some time) and the chefs cooking the indomie simply threw the noodle cake into a half filled water bath and did not stir or monitor the cooking resulting in half cooked indomie. Breakfast section also smelled like a massive cigarette factory as there were smoking sections. Upside: Great location as part of a mall development. There is a comfortable lounge in the lobby conducive to meetings and afternoon catchups. Staff at the lobby lounge were very pleasant and efficient and went out of their way to clear our cups quickly and take new orders. Always smiling. This hotel is a very stark contrast to the mercure semarang where we spent the previous night.

Compared to other hotels in Balikpapan, Ibis is very affordable. Nevertheless, this hotel offers good amenities, such as a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. However, the shower cabin is too small. You can barely move around in it. I also miss a refrigerator. The Indonesian breakfast is excellent. Many Westerners stay in this hotel, but strangely enough, the breakfast is geared exclusively towards Indonesians. For Westerners, there's only cheap white bread with sweeteners like jam and chocolate spread. I miss good-quality wheat bread, rolls, cheese, and sliced meat. Strangely enough, the hotel isn't geared towards Western tourists at all. FO doesn't know where to rent motor cycles and they don't have any information about tourist attractions. They foist overpriced excursions with a guide and car on every tourist. Dear Ibis personnel, please understand that many Western tourists want to rent motor cycles and find their way to excursions via Google Maps. In short, Ibis management, do some research on Western tourists, provide brochures with excursions to FO, and make sure FO has information about motor cycles and car rentals. In summary, Ibis is a fine hotel for a reasonable price, but unfortunately not sufficiently focused on Western tourists.

The hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however,  the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

Ich reise mit ihm allein. Es ist sehr schön und es gibt einen Stromübertragungsnetz. Es ist vor der Moschee, so dass ich den Preis billig finde, aber es ist ein gutes Hotel, das Sie zu einem höheren Preis übernachten können.

We had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

Das Zimmer ist ok, genug für 1 Person. Genau wie Bild Einzelzimmer für 1 Person.. Reinigungsteam machte eine gute Arbeit ... Zimmerboden war sauber, sauber Bettblatt und riechen gut Handtücher 👍 aber die Einrichtungen waren sehr begrenzt. Kein Haartrockner. Das Front-Service-Personal war freundlich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gibt noch Sorten zu wählen. Die weise Lage war gut. Danke. Insgesamt sind 7 von 10 Personen.

Ein großes modernes Hotel in Samarinda. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (20 Minuten Fahrt während der Verkehr niedrig und 30-35 Minuten in der Drehzeit). Obwohl es gerade über dem Big Mall liegt, hat das Hotel schlechte Zugänglichkeit, vor allem für Fußgänger und Online-Food-Kuriere, weil sie durch die Autobahn gehen müssen, um in die Hotelvordertür zu kommen! Das Zimmer ist modern, sauber und verfügt über große Einrichtungen. Aber der Lärm von außerhalb des Zimmers kann leicht gehört werden, da es schlechte Soundproofing hat. Als ich anmeldete, dauerte es mehr als eine Stunde, da ich in die Warteschlange gestellt und der Prozess selbst eine lange Zeit dauerte. Es war die längste Zeit, die ich für den Eincheck verbringt! Die Warteschlange ist nur fünf Personen vor mir und sie haben alle Schecks in Zählern geöffnet.

Pentacity Hotel Balikpapan offers great value for its price, combining a strategic location, friendly service, and family-friendly facilities. The check-in process was smooth and quick, with professional and friendly staff at the front desk. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities — including a minibar, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of Indonesian options, and the taste was good overall. I’d gladly stay here again on my next trip to Balikpapan.

Apartemen sesuai dengan Buget menengah, lokasi jauh dari mall dan tempat makan, kebersihan lumayan sebab apartemen yg sudah cukup lama usianya dan masih butuh pemeliharaan lagi, termasuk fasilitas perlu ditingkatkan serta Pelayanan yg masih kurang Maksimal.
