Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gebeten, 10 £ für Parkplätze zu zahlen, was seltsam erscheint. Ich könnte verstehen, wenn Sie nicht ein Gast waren, aber wenn Sie bleiben, verstehe ich nicht, warum Sie zahlen müssen. Die Rezeption war einfach und bequem. Das Zimmer war wie erwartet. Sauber und komfortabel. Ich musste um zusätzliche Teebeutel, Milchzucker als nur ein paar im Zimmer bitten. Gut geschlafen. Kein Lärm. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnete Auswahl und nicht fette.

I stayed at Arden before a flight, it was close to the airport and suited my needs for somewhere to sleep. The check in staff were helpful and processed everything smoothly.

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen (auf dem Weg von London nach Birmingham) und wir fanden das Personal zu Alles sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten komfortabel. Und wir hatten auch ein wirklich gutes Frühstück. Meine einzige leichte Kritik ist, dass wir unsere Doubletree warme Cookie nicht bei der Ankunft bekommen - aber wir Check-in nach Mitternacht! Wir würden sicher nochmal bleiben.

Das Personal der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich, bis auf die Lage, obwohl mit dem Airport-Shuttle zum Flughafen war auch das auch kein Problem. 🙂🙂🙂 Falls ich noch mal ins UK fliege. War das Holiday Inn Airport NEC genau das richtige um noch mal zu entspannen um entspannt nach Hause zu reisen. Danke noch Mal an an das gesamte Personal.

I’ve been in this hotel for like 4-5 times, i would recommend, It’s quiet, comfy, the rooms are clean…however there’s been times where i asked to change rooms since the heating wasn’t working and cause one room had a slight broken window and this was during January…would’ve froze to death. There’s rooms with a large bed.. and other rooms have like the standard double size bed. I give this like 4/5.

Nice hotel. Booked the superior king room. Nice room with some issues. The ceiling is quite low in the bathroom so when you’re standing in the bathtub, my head was quite close to the ceiling. I’m around 6 ft 2. The shower itself is quite good. There was a crack on the wall in the shower which needs to be fixed. Maybe installing a walk in shower would be better. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. They use two beds and stick it together to make one king size bed. Uncomfortable when sleeping as the beds tended to separate slightly when sleeping so you’re slightly sinking in the middle. They should have made this clearer. It would be much better if they have a proper king size bed. The view was really nice from the room. Breakfast was extra and it was very good. It’s a buffet style breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although I did t use it, the spa facilities were included in the price which is nice. Lots of parking available and safe. The hotel close the gates at midnight but you can press the buzzer and they’ll let you in. The hotel itself is a listed building so no lifts, but you can probably ask for help if with bags. Hotel itself is beautiful. Would I visit again? Yes

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Same as other Village Hotel with good service and facilities, and great to have free carpark and swimming pool sauna on weekend

Die Gesamterfahrung war gut, ich war ein paar Mal, aber das Zimmer, in dem wir waren war nicht das beste das WLAN war schwach, so dass wir uns mit unseren Telefondaten verbinden mussten und die Duschegarten waren schmutzig notwendig ersetzt.
