SSkyeDinnerWith a very warm welcome at check-in at usual, we had a great weekend for 5 families booking 5 rooms together at a very reasonable early bid price; the pool, jacuzzi, steam room were all great; and the dinner was wonderful too!

GGastnutzerThis hotel was absolutely perfect! Me and my daughter booked this hotel to see Louis Tomlinson at the Utilita. It was perfect location. 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 minutes from the arena. There is also a lot of night life so we managed to find a nice place just across the road to have some food and drinks. The room was lovely too! We had two double beds so we managed to sleep very well after the concert! Will definitely stay again if we have another trip to Birmingham!

NNSEJOKERAn amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed and all the basic amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bathroom was tidy and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area.
Overall, B&B Hotel Birmingham provides a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future.

GGastnutzerDieses Hotel war schön, wir mussten nach 9 Uhr zu spät checken, als wir zu spät hörten, aber der Personalservice war fantastisch sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich würde sicherlich bleiben hören wieder Frühstück war ein Buffet Frühstück helfen Sie sich das einzige, was sie nicht getan haben Have war gefrierte Eier aber sie hatten Eier geschrotet Sie hatte Tee Kaffee Hot Schokolade-Maschine und auch helfen Sie sich zu Apfel Saft Orange Saft viele Mitarbeiter rund um klare Bereich waren Menschen waren bereit für andere Menschen zu sitzen, wie haben Frühstücksbereich war Das Zimmer war klar und schön und schön Dusche und Toilettenbetten bequem hatten ein Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Sofabett .

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist wirklich zentrumsnah und man erreicht den Bahnhof in etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß.
Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr komplett und das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Allerdings muss man seine eigenen täglichen Toilettenartikel mitbringen, aber das Hotel verfügt über vorbereitete Toilettenartikel.
Der Aufzug ist einzigartig! Es gab mir das Gefühl, in der Zeit zurück zu sein! Aber die Erfahrung ist immer noch sehr gut! !
