Located in the center of Solihull, bars, pubs, and shopping areas are all within walking distance. The parking lot is large enough, the amenities are good, and the breakfast, kitchen, and bar are all of excellent quality.

It is a very cosy and comfortable hotel but a bit far from the airport. It is not within walking distance unlike the two other hotels just outside the airport. I had to take a taxi which took about ten minutes to get there. The hotel itself is great with comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. The room was bright and clean. The price was very good value. I needed to be near the airport but was disappointed that it wasn’t really walking distance. There was a free shuttle bus in front of the hotel but it was only meant for the people who parked in the parking lot which was opposite the hotel.

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

Ein schönes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine Kaffee- und Teestation im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer fehlen jedoch ein paar Haken für die Handtücher. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden etwas überschwemmt und der Dampf wird nicht richtig abgezogen. Von den Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Da wir spät Abends eingecheckt haben, am nächsten Tag den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und am darauffolgenden Tag sehr früh wieder abgereist sind. Die Mädels an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde am Vortag ein Taxi für 6.00 Uhr morgens organisiert, dass uns zum Flughafen brachte. Ein Kollege aus der anderen Schicht wollte, dass wir uns am Abreisetag 30 Minuten vorher an der Rezeption melden, damit das Taxi gerufen wird. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt.

Ein angenehmes Aufenthalt mit komfortablen Zimmern und Einrichtungen, einschließlich des Fitnessraums mit Pool, wenn Sie sie verwenden möchten.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would happily go back. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to actually relax. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed but still felt calm. Overall, great value for money and a very easy, pleasant stay.

I stayed here at the end of May 2025 as a solo traveller. Quiet location with buildings in very nice landscaped grounds. All areas of the hotel I experienced were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive in all areas at all times. Bed was comfy and room facilities all I needed. Would happily stay here again.

Booked here through trip.com for twin room. Arrived at hotel who said been booked as king room. Were very helpful and changed room and put single bed in with double as no twins left. Receptionist stated frequently have this issue with agents booking hotel. Issue resolved easily. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds comfy. Great location for NEC, BP PULSE LIVE AND AIRPORT.

Regular traveller and I always choose this hotel. Safe and clean . 24 hour desk service. Rooms are clean and spacious . Comfortable beds. TV , kettle and iron in room. Meals served up to 9pm and staff are so accommodating to your personal choices. Breakfast included in hotel charge.

Das Hotel liegt im Campus der Birmingham University in Edgbaston, so gut für akademische Konferenzen / Besuch der Universität, auch kurze Entfernung zum Zahnkrankenhaus, Kricketplatz, Tenniszentrum usw.. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze einschließlich blauem Schild und EV-Abrechnung. Eincheckung war schnell und effizient. Angela, die uns angemeldet hat, war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine große Bar, die kleinere Mahlzeiten während des Tages serviert und auch ein Restaurant am Abend. Die Bar-Food-Rezeption war durchschnittlich Preis für Hotel-Food (£12+ für Sandwich mit einiger Suppe) und durchschnittliche Qualität. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, mit moderner Dekoration. Es war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit Sitz und Tisch, Eisenbrett, viele Kette, Pokale Kaffeemaschine und viele Kaffeetaschen, Teebeutel usw. Black out Blinds funktionierten gut und es gab minimal Lärm aus anderen Zimmern / Korridor. Wäre sicherlich wieder in der Edgebaston / Birmingham-Zone.
