Ich bin hier einmal im Jahr, da es nicht weit vom NEC in Birmingham entfernt ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, so nahe der Autobahn, aber es fühlt sich so ruhig und entspannt, wie Sie im Land sind. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Ich war in diesem Hotel viele Male im Laufe der Jahre und nur einmal den Schwimmbad, der die einzige Nebenanlage zu diesem Ort ist, benutzt. Ich würde nicht wieder als nicht die entspannende Hotelerfahrung, die ich erwartet hatte, wie sehr beschäftigt, nutzen. Die Zahlung der öffentlichen Ausgaben über die Hotelbewohner scheint vorrangig zu sein, und das Wechselzimmer war mit den verwendeten Handtüchern hoch auf dem Boden aufgetaucht. Die Mitarbeiter standen um, mit ihren Partnern zu lachen und mussten abbrechen, um zu fragen, wo man Handtücher bekommt, dann musste ein anderes Mitglied der Öffentlichkeit fragen, wie man die Lockeln öffnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterhin verwenden, aber nicht riskieren den Schwimmbad wieder.

Die Lage war perfekt in der Nähe von New Street Station, Meereslebenszentrum, Lego Discovery Center, Kunstgalerie und Museum. Das Hotel war sehr schön und freundlich, wir kamen früher, aber sie waren froh, dass wir ins Zimmer gekommen waren. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Wir waren für ein paar Nächte in Birmingham und hatten uns vom Hotel leider mehr erhofft. Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig: Der Teppich war voller Flecken, in der Dusche und auf der Bettdecke waren Haare – das war wirklich unangenehm. Auch der Ausblick war alles andere als schön, unser Fenster zeigte direkt auf ein Schotterdach. Insgesamt wirkte vieles besser dargestellt, als es tatsächlich war. Für ein, zwei Nächte und mit kleinem Budget ist es gerade noch okay, aber wer ein bisschen mehr Komfort möchte, sollte lieber ein paar Euro mehr investieren und sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ich würde nicht nochmal wiederkommen.

Ein schönes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine Kaffee- und Teestation im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer fehlen jedoch ein paar Haken für die Handtücher. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden etwas überschwemmt und der Dampf wird nicht richtig abgezogen. Von den Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Da wir spät Abends eingecheckt haben, am nächsten Tag den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und am darauffolgenden Tag sehr früh wieder abgereist sind. Die Mädels an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde am Vortag ein Taxi für 6.00 Uhr morgens organisiert, dass uns zum Flughafen brachte. Ein Kollege aus der anderen Schicht wollte, dass wir uns am Abreisetag 30 Minuten vorher an der Rezeption melden, damit das Taxi gerufen wird. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt.

The location of the hotel was great, I quite enjoyed not having to hassle too much to get to the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and was checked in right away. We were on the 7th floor which was great, had a beautiful view from our room. I only have two problems with this hotel, the elevators were really slow and the AC in our room was leaking!

Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von M42, kostenfreie Parkplätze, leichter Zugang zur Rezeption check in war einfache Aufzüge auf allen Etagen und das Zimmer war perfekt sauber und warm. Selbstservice für Frühstücksbuffet gute Vielfalt für jeden Geschmack. empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel für Freunde und Familie.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind groß und sehr komfortabel. Es gibt 3 Fenster im Zimmer, von denen 2 geöffnet werden können. Die Heizung ist gut und die Temperatur ist angemessen. Der Bahnhof Xinjie ist 60 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es ist sehr einfach, das Hotel zu finden. In der Nähe befinden sich die Stierkampfarena, das M&S, der Indoor-Markt usw. Es gibt auch die Kathedrale von Birmingham. Die Bibliothek, der Victoria Square und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in der Nähe, so dass man leicht herumlaufen kann.
