Das Zimmer war schön und sauber und das Bett war wirklich komfortabel. Also, wenn wir in die Ramada kamen, war das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, dass sie uns nicht störten, und es wurde nicht auf der Website veröffentlicht, dass sie eine $75 Einlagengebühr, die zurückerstattet werden, wenn Sie verlassen. Und dann war das andere Problem mehr so ein größeres Deal so zu sagen, weil ich und mein Mann nur 10 Minuten spät schlau Frühstück sagten sie und zu dieser Zeit war es 9:10 Uhr, wenn ihre Zeiten geschrieben Frühstückszeiten sind von 6:00 Uhr bis 9:30 Uhr . Die Arbeiterin sagte uns, dass wir zu spät zum Frühstück und Toast waren, dass wir es verpasst haben und es gibt nichts, was sie tun könnte, um uns zu helfen. Denken Sie daran, dass sie alle Rest-Frühstücke wie die Sauce und Bäckereien und alles, was sie auf die Platte gelegt hat, reinigt und dann gehandelt sie, als ließ sie es in die Küche, um sie zu sehen, die ganze Platte des Rest-Frühlings nehmen Ich verstehe nicht, warum wir zumindest ein Restmengegericht haben konnten, weil ihre Zeiten für das Frühstück falsch gekennzeichnet waren und wir nicht spät zum Frühstück waren, wie sie veröffentlicht wurden, aber sie haben uns noch nichts gegeben.. Jetzt bin ich ziemlich sicher, dass Sie wissen, dass es keinen Grund war, dass sie so brutal sein, dass gewusst, wer bezahlte $80.00 für 1 Nacht und dann nicht einmal ein Frühstück überhaupt. Als ich sie sah, die Nahrung in den Müll gelegt kann nachdem ich uns sagte, wir konnten kein Frühstück haben, machte mich das Gefühl, ich will nie wieder da bleiben, weil ich $80 für eine Nacht bezahlt und ich nicht einmal das Frühstück bezahlt habe in meinem Hotel-Stadt.

Das Hotel ist sehr offen und nicht alle zusammen geklappt es ist tatsächlich über 4 Gebäude in einem Stadtgebiet. Der Vorderbüro-Typ war sehr hilfreich und hat mich in mein Zimmer zu früh um 9 Uhr gecheckt und das Zimmer war phänomenal!! Es ist sicherlich wert, die Suite mit dem Jacuzzi und Balkon zu bekommen. Wahrscheinlich die schönste Executive Suite, die ich geblieben habe und ich werde meinen Aufenthalt verlängern und auch eine andere Zeit zurückkehren. fdon't desk was nice and let us know where a good breakfast could be found do to the fact that they did not have any.when we used the microwave it tripped the brakes in our room but the awesome manger lady did get it fixed asap. the room was just run down wires hanging whhere thier should be a smoke detector. the spot for the phone/ internet line looked as if it had caught fire. as far as cleaning would say it had not had a deep clean in years. the location is great we had our two kids with us and the park with the pond next to us was great so nice to take a stroll and see the ducks. overall it was what u would expectfor the price.

This motel was so good. Even through if you are alone, you cn stay comfortable.

The Sandcastle overall was a great place to stay and we may return again in the future. I was very frustrated however that there was zero advisory that the Sandcastle was under construction. We arrived around 3:30pm on Saturday and it was very noisy in our room until about 7pm. After driving to the coast we had wanted to take a nap before dinner but that was not possible. With having higher rates on the weekends, I am very disappointed that they don't wait until during the week to do construction. We paid over $200 a night, where as during the week there are rates as low as $90. Other than the construction, our room was very nice. We enjoyed the ocean front view and fireplace in our room.

Beautiful hotel, right downtown, with truly exceptional service and delicious breakfast. I arrived very late after a long travel day, and accidentally left my key in the door, which could be dangerous in the city's downtown as a solo traveler. The hotel does hourly rounds, found my key quickly, and had it at the front desk for me first thing the next morning. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled with really nice details such as custom tile. The breakfast tasted home-cooked with eggs, bacon, and even fresh donuts. The only (minimal) downside was that I did not find a hair dryer in the room. I'll gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene!

Stayed overnight to finally see the Oregon caves. It was the perfect stop from Sacramento. Th lobby was clean and staff was welcoming. We arrived past 8 pm and was happy that they had hot water for tea and regular and decaffeinated coffee around the clock. I can’t say anything about breakfast since we slept through it. Our room was surprisingly spacious, linens were nice and clean. The room had a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a safe. There were face, hand and bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel and hand soap. Definitely one I will go back to should I need to stay overnight in the area.

Die Aussicht ist FANTASTIC. Das Zimmer braucht dringend aktualisieren/blasen und starten. Es gab Hundehaare auf der Couch, als wir ankamen, sie leerten es nachdem wir Beschwerden hatten. Der Dusch/Tube wurde am ersten Abend angeschlossen, so musste er früh am nächsten Tag für den Piloten aufstehen. Der Dusch wurde am letzten Tag angeschlossen ...decent Küchenette. Ein Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Bett im Wohnzimmer (2 TVs), und ein Sofa zieht aus dem Bett, das als Sofa bequemer schlafen war. Aber es gab genug Schlafplätze für die 5 von uns, und es war kein schlechter Preis. Wir würden noch mal dort bleiben, aber ich bin sicher, wenn sie mit dem Remodell gemacht werden, wird es viel besser.

Excellent stay experience in Medford with City Center motel. This hotel was randomly selected while driving to Eugene. Newly renovated just last year, all the room amenities are brand new and modern. With only a few rooms available, it's highly recommended to reserve in advance. The entire hotel is set up like a small estate, where you can park your car right in front of your room. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing us with very useful information and great recommendations. If we have the chance to visit Medford again, we would definitely choose City Center as our top-of-mind accommodation.
