Beste Hoteldienstleistungen, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr schnelle Nahrungsmittellieferung an Ihr Zimmer bei Bestellung, Sicherheits-Top-Notch für ausländische Reisende, insgesamt sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt, nichts kann man besser in diesem Preisbereich überall erwarten. Ich brachte bereit, aus meinem Land Essen die kochen Koch und gab es mir mit ordnungsgemäßer Service (das Beste, das ich von der Mitarbeiter erwarten kann)

A unique old hotel where some rooms have a car garage. Fast and satisfying service. There is no elevator for rooms on the second floor. So those bringing large suitcases will be helped by the hotel staff. What I like about this hotel is its security, where there are security guards who always guard and supervise every guest. I especially admire the friendly and attentive female security guards. For the room, I said it was okay because it was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't write a review for it. This hotel is close to a small jeepney terminal and a night market, there are also many restaurants and malls nearby. Just a 10-15 minute walk. When I checked in, I was asked for a 5,000 peso deposit (very large). Since I didn't have enough pesos because I was leaving Manila the next day, when I said I was giving a deposit in Ringgit, dollars, or yen, they allowed me not to give a room deposit. I also don't understand why the deposit was so large. When I gave Ringgit and asked for a receipt, the officer at that time didn't give it and returned my Ringgit. It was very suspicious not to want to provide proof of receipt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen, allerdings ist das Personal völlig anders als das Personal im Hotel Ava-Cuneta. Ehrlich gesagt sind sie nicht besonders freundlich und haben uns im Vergleich zur Cuneta-Filiale auch keine Begrüßungsgetränke gegeben. Das Zimmer ist zwar gut, aber nicht besonders sauber. Außerdem funktioniert das Licht im Esszimmer nicht. Das Personal hat versucht, es zu reparieren, aber es hat trotzdem nicht funktioniert.

The room is huge. It even has a karaoke inside. The jacuzzi never failed me. Used it 4 times in a 24hrs stay. The bed is huge and the food tastes really good. The toilet flush is a bit weak. For the lightings, your option is either to have all lights in the bedroom on or off. No option to just turn on a lamp. But my overall stay is worth it.

Our stay at Victoria Hillcrest Hotel was very pleasant. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway.
