The best view with the worst hotel.

Me and my family booked through agency two rooms for 7 nights. From the first look it was a good hotel with beautiful hall and hospitably good personnel. BUT it was just an appearance. Let's talk about advantages and disadvantages. DISADVANTAGES: 1. Staff were fake. All of them are showing just that they do care, but in reality you need to ask for again and again. One of our rooms didn't have a wall that could cover the inside look of toilet. There is just a glass between toilet room and bedroom! We asked three times to replace it and they were just saying yes, but doing nothing. And that not just it, there were plenty issues... 2. Room were clean when we arrived, but at the third day, sink in the bathroom start leaking water and we need to call a service. After "fixing it" it keeps continue leaking and start smelling gross. The room cleaner didn't even clean the bathroom, she just change the towels and left the room. 3. The ac was not working all time. Sometimes it was showing an error even after "fixing it". 4. There is a cafe near by beach that is working 24/7. Food was not delicious at all, and I have to wait for my order for 40 minutes. ADVANTAGES: 1. Hotel is near by beach and has direct access to it. 2. Even though food in the cafe outside was delicious, not every hotel has it. And if you are hungry you can go there and order a meal from list and it's free! 3. Staff that are working on the beach were true hospitably. 4. View and location is really good. 5.
