Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic from start to finish. We returned here for the 2nd time. The staff at the front desk Mr. Ernie were incredibly professional, welcoming and gave us (family) the best 5 star service. His service was extraordinary with a compassion heart and kindness. Our room was spotless, the bed was remarkably comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver for sleeping in. After a long travel and tiredness we felt so refreshed the next day. On top of that, the hotel's location was perfect—just a short walk to the McDonald's, petrol kiosk and Subway. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet at the hotel, which had a wide variety of fresh options and food was super delicious. Staff Kimberly was courteous and helpful to serve us the best. It's so convenient to the Airport as they provide shuttle services. We were so happy and satisfied. Thank you Mr. Ernie for making our stay unforgettable and memorable. This hotel is highly recommend everyone visiting Los Angeles LAX!

Great location (next to Chinatown and financial district) and great view, amenities and services nice too. Neighborhood is pretty safe. Also a nice bookstore just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Sauber, guter Service und eine freundliche Rezeption. Es hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Automaten mit Sandwiches, Getränken und Wasser. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Eisautomaten, aber einige Etagen haben Störungen, sodass man Eis auf anderen Etagen kaufen kann.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a nicer property for the price point. Excellent value. Clean property. Transportation to Disneyland via ART bus. Right next door to the Outlet mall with plenty of dining options nearby. Friendly staff as well. On site bar and restaurant. There was live music in the bar in the evening. Parking was $35 a night for self parking. The lot was oversold and some folks parked wherever they could fit it. Only other criticism is the mattresses have outlived their lifetimes. They weren’t uncomfortable but they’re showing their age and could use replaced.
