Einer der schönsten Hotels in GenSan. Der Flughafen-Shuttle-Service war gut und billiger als Grab Taxi. Als strenger Vegetarist war ich enttäuscht, dass ihr Frühstücksbuffet nichts anbietet, keine frische Salatoptionen, oder gekochte Kartoffeln, süße Kartoffeln, nicht einmal heiße Tee. Mein Frühstück war ein Glas Wasser.

The room was big! free breakfast pa. kaso, simple breakfast lang. i mean, rice, egg and 2 slices of ham. tapos papaya and coffee. pero for its price, good na goods talaga. the room didn't have hot and cold shower. pretty bad for those who can't tolerate cold water wala dn prepared na towels. i had to ask the front desk pa. pero accommodating naman sila. Good stay for its price, promise! .

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was affordable. However, affordability should not be an excuse for poor cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, especially the comfort room, which was very disappointing. Even the hotel surroundings were not well-maintained. Amenities were also very limited. I hope the management improves the cleanliness and overall facilities for a better guest experience.

Service was great! From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff were very accommodating. However, the window lock in our assigned room wouldn't lock, though it didn’t cause any issues. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Super gute Lage ist es in der Nähe von Malls und Krankenhäusern und viele Restaurants. Der Eincheck ist glatt und das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Nur unten zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts sind die laufenden Renovierungen, die wir in unserem Zimmer hören können, aber es hält während der Nacht an. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde auch in ein nahe gelegenes Restaurant umgeleitet, so dass wir ein wenig zu Fuß gehen mussten, um dort zu kommen, aber so nah nicht wirklich ein Problem. Die Lebensmittelauswahl im Frühstücksbuffet ist ein wenig unterwältigend, obwohl ich denke, fair genug für den Preis. Überall ein empfohlener Ort zu bleiben in GenSan!

I have travel all iver the world and stay in many hotels and I can honestly say that the staff are exceptional in evthey do..made to feel so welcome and before even ask gor anything needed they already offer you it.yes marks Sheena and other 2gentlemen work there are truly the best staff I've had in any hotel ...brilliant at their job and go above and beyond. I ca by recommend this hotel enough..Wirth every penny..I'll be staying there every time back in gensan...tha k you so much for your help service and lovely manners impeccable work...excellent 10 out of 10..from Davie a well traveled scotsman...

Der Ort war großartig. Aber sie müssen einige Einrichtungen hinzufügen, die für Aufenthalte geeignet sind. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Aufenthaltsort wollen, dann können Sie dort bleiben.
