The service was incredible. The whole hotel has tatami floor so you need to let the staff help to clean your baggage wheels and then take off your shoes before entering hotel. Hotel buffet dinner and breakfast were great. 

For a small town this hotel was very great. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. It was a great location to all izakyas and restaurants and the bus terminal to go to the Sand Dunes. It was also right beside the train station. The room itself did seem a bit old but the bed was very comfortable and the temperature controls in the room were easy to use. The hotel was clean. I didn't include meals with my booking but the area where people ate looked very nice.

제가 묵은 호텔중에 최고입니다! 온천도 무료로 이용가능하고 앞에 바다가 있어 너무 좋았어요. 유카타를 샤워가운(?)처럼 이용할 수도 있는데 너무 흡족합니다. 돈을 조금 더 추가하고 조식을 먹었는데 너무 만족스러웠습니다.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Tottori! Its location near the station made it super convenient for exploring the area. The place was impeccably clean and tidy, which really enhanced my stay. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and their good command of English made communication a breeze. I loved that they had an onsen, even though it wasn’t natural spring water. It was still a wonderfully relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel is a perfect spot for anyone visiting Tottori. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

Dies ist ein Hotel höherer Klasse als ein Business-Hotel. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort zum Übernachten, der perfekt ist. Seit diesem Aufenthalt ist die Parkgebühr auf 600 Yen pro Tag gestiegen. Normalerweise bleibe ich ohne Mahlzeiten, aber zum ersten Mal seit langem habe ich mich für einen Plan entschieden, der das Frühstück beinhaltet. Ich ging gegen 7:30 Uhr zum Frühstücksort, sodass ich ohne Wartezeit Platz nehmen konnte, aber unmittelbar danach bildete sich eine Schlange. Ich möchte eine Verbesserung beantragen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe JR, Hotel hygienisch, sauber, Hotelpersonal hilfreich, Untergrundhalle bietet viele nahegelegene Informationen, bequem für uns, Restaurants, Hotels und Einkaufsstätten zu verkaufen

The biggest Pros: 5 mins walking distance to Yonago Station & their hydrogen treatment (శωశ) Key highlight: They offer few coupons for discounted dine-in experience if you are interested to try out restaurant nearby. 'Green Rich' is known from the taxi drivers community so they will able to take you to the right place if you can only speak in English. This hotel is just close to the aki (train) statin and few of the rental car places, however not much going on in the night. It will take you at least 15 mins walk to shopping mall Tsutaya or convenient stores on the main street. I like their free coffee drip bags from lobby and very attentive staffs!

環境除了交通不方便外真的沒得挑，可以説倉吉第一。但其實後來去了松崎，也就是湖的對岸也有很多特色的湖上酒店，價格還低不少。 服務，就是特別想吐槽的地方。這日本人服務吧嘴上反正是真客氣了就是真跟她協商的時候吧，啥也不行，就是不行，我就這樣的傲慢態度，讓人真是不爽😡還有就是那個酒店到倉吉車站的接駁車，簡直是無語，他的時間不是根據車的時間，而且酒店自己的時間，也就是説客人退房可能需要等接駁車，到了車站又要等車，極其不人性化的服務。 餐食也是，根本沒的商量，我本身連住，想第一天吃海鮮套餐，第第二天吃和牛餐，提前4天溝通結果就是不行，後來説第一天不吃，也不行，再説第一天不吃，第二天換一份和牛餐行不行？還是不行。最後來句，第一天不吃，第二天，你加錢可以換。我真是想爆粗口！ 當然最後也沒勝利，人就是一副我就這樣，有本事你別來的嘴臉！ 和牛是真好吃啊，哈哈哈，我後來又單點了一份。 但這個溝通真的讓人不爽。

我從鳥取縣的鳥取市前往米子市，途中去由良的柯南小鎮觀光，選擇了在倉吉車站旁的這家酒店入住一晚。這裏距離鳥取市坐普通火車1小時車程，車費680日元，去由良僅需乘坐10分鐘普通火車，車費200日元，不能刷Icoca卡，要在自動售票機上買票，有中文界面。 倉吉站南口出來左邊這棟白色的高層建築就是酒店啦，非常醒目，作為中轉住宿位置真是太好了，出行觀光十分便利。酒店門前就是公交車站，去二十世紀梨子博物館，手辦円型劇場，白壁土倉建築等都有公交車。注意哦鳥取倉吉的公交車都衹能付現金，不能刷Icoca卡。 酒店有着舒適的環境，前台工作人員親切又周到，我中午抵達時還不能辦理入住，寄存行李後我就去逛博物館，下午返回酒店時，工作人員已經提前將我的行李送到了我的房間，這也太貼心了。房間佈置乾淨利落，淋浴水壓充足，洗浴用品齊全，還提供了睡衣。 酒店有開展問卷調查，讓顧客提出批評意見，以便改進。我覺得唯一的缺點就是整棟樓這麼多房間卻衹有一台小電梯，高峯時需要耐心等待。總之，我很滿意這裏的服務，住的很舒心，非常推薦。
