Hotels mit WLAN in Präfektur Okayama, Japan

The hotel is nice and the room was clean (except for the long black hair left all over floor in the bathroom). The breakfast is just a sandwich box, there is no coffee (just instant coffee). I would expect better. The staff is not accommodating and never seems to be in a good mood. I was also asked several times to pre-check online. After the third email reminder, I tried and the system didn’t let me complete it. But you can be sure that when I showed up at the reception that is the first thing they asked. Why don’t you have a QR code? Also, they charge you for lockers. I have never been in an hotel where luggage storage wasn’t complementary. The experience could be different if they improve a few things.

5 starts hotel, staff are helpful and welcomed. The location is very good, near the train station, aeon mall and big camera is within 5 mins walkable distance. The hotel is aged but well maintained. They provide parking at the basement of the hotel. We had a good stay there.

Der Preis ist es wert! Das Interieur ist zwar nicht besonders schön, aber es gibt YouTube/Netflix und die Lage ist sehr praktisch, um Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die gleich nebenan liegende Burg Okayama zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle zum JR-Bahnhof ist in der Nähe (10 Minuten Fahrt).

Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Bahnhof Okayama, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Burg Okayama und Korakuen, neben dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Fluss, der auch schön zum Spazierengehen ist, das Hotelzimmer ist klein, aber es hat alles, was man braucht, aber ich bin es nicht gewohnt, dass die Steppdecke mit einem Stück Stoff bedeckt ist

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Sehr komfortable Zimmer mit großen Einrichtungen. Und das Beste ist, dass die Bahnhof ist gerade unten!!! Auf der Bahnhof gibt es Tonnen von Lebensmitteloptionen und Einkaufen. Wir gingen nach Takamatsu für eine Tagesreise. Okayama Station ist eine Basis für Tagesreisen in viele andere Teile der Region. Es empfiehlt sich sehr, hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie okama besuchen! Will hier wieder bleiben! Liebe die Via Inn-Kette!

이번 호텔 투숙은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 직원분들 모두 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주셔서 기분 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 객실은 매우 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었고, 침구도 편안해서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 조용한 분위기 덕분에 휴식에 집중할 수 있었고, 위치도 좋아 이동하기 편리했습니다. 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

The location of the hotel is amazing as, 10min away from the JR station, you can wheel the luggage through Aeon Mall. The service is absolutely amazing and provides different types of amenities in the front desk for you to choose.

Es ist wirklich gut, dieses Mal mein Favorit. Das Frühstück ist einfach und reichhaltig, die heiße Quelle ist sauber und komfortabel und es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Takashimaya und des größten Kaufhauses. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich dorthin gehe, hier übernachten. Es gibt viel Essen in der Nähe und in Einkaufszentren.

Tjis is good location hotel And aslo the men who is helpful and very nice, The bathroom is very clean , rather than others, This is a good choose and we must go there next year.
