Die Lage des Hotels ist besonders gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, weniger als fünf Minuten vom wunderschönen Aussichtsbereich, sehr bequem. Die Gästezimmer im Umkreis sind sehr gut, das Badezimmer ist drei kleine Bereiche getrennt und die fünf Fenster sind offen. Empfehlenswert!!

Perfekte Lage für einen morgendlichen Lauf rund um die Burg von Okayama. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Schritte von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Shirosita entfernt! Sehr empfehlenswert. P.S.: Wir können das Personal um ein kostenloses Bügeleisen bitten.

New beautiful hotel very close to the station (5 min walk) in a great location in the middle of restaurant and downtown area. The rooms are tiny so it’ll be just a place to sleep as you can hardly open a large suitcase, but the hotel has a nice lounge on the top floor. The room is super clean and has a fridge as well as a small electric kettle to make tea. This room had a full bathroom with a large bathtub but we preferred going to the big bathroom upstairs. When I stayed at a smaller room on another day, it only had a shower so it seems to differ by type of room. The breakfast set needs to be purchased separately but we thought it was worth it. The hot dish alternates between Western and Japanese style on a daily basis, and the buffet had all kinds of dishes including a very yummy Japanese style curry. Also, the lounge had a great terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding hills. In overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay to the extent we ended up extending our stay for a few days.

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

5 Starts Hotel, Personal ist hilfreich und willkommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, aeon Mall und große Kamera ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß geführt. Entfernung. Das Hotel ist alt, aber gut gepflegt. Sie bieten Parkplätze an der Grünfläche des Hotels. Wir hatten dort einen guten Aufenthalt.

Als ich nach einem Wohnort suche, das ein Auto zwischen Gonshan und der Wolke platzieren kann, war das Hotel sehr beliebt. Es ist ein interessantes Hotel, so ich weiß nicht sehr, wie das Kontrollsystem funktioniert, aber es ist zu groß, kann nicht allein bleiben, obwohl es ein bisschen alt ist, aber es ist ein interessantes Hotel, aber es ist nicht heiß, die Einrichtungen und Ausstattung sind auch sehr reich. Ich kann eine saubere, einfache und komfortable Zeit verbringen. Ich lebe allein, aber ich bin überrascht, dass der Preis für zwei Menschen gleich ist. Von jetzt an betrachtet habe ich die Verwendung dieser Hotels in Erwägung gezogen, nicht die Geschäftshotels.

The location is amazing. The hotel has a carpark and a lovely Japanese style buffet breakfast with a few western options as well. Our room was a non-smoking room, but the smoke smell was there...and at the lobby you could smell an unpleasant fish odor from the restaurant. Level of cleanliness not the best, but still decent. Good value for money.

Es ist ein recht durchschnittliches 3- bis 4-Sterne-Businesshotel. Besonders positiv fiel auf, dass sich die Rezeption sehr bemühte, meinen beiden kleinen Töchtern (6 und 8 Jahre alt) beim Einchecken ein Vergnügen zu bereiten, indem sie ihnen ihr Roboter-Maskottchen zum Spielen gaben. Die Ausstattung ist, wie erwartet, eher spartanisch. Die Zimmer sind aber komfortabel und alles funktioniert, auch wenn es etwas abgenutzt ist – für uns als vierköpfige Familie ist es völlig ausreichend.

Best location and surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. Service is good although the room is quite small for two single beds. Easy short walk to attractions and parking fee is also reasonable

Very good location. Hotel has good spa and convenient. Many parking around the hotel.. very near shopping streets and eateries... Very nice place to stay. Highly recommendee
