Lage ist großartig, weil es nur 5-10 Mins Fuß von Hauptstation, nahe dem Morgenmarkt, 2 Minimums in der Nähe. Zwillingebettzimmer hat Platz genug. Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht Sorte.

Hotel is located right in the JR Station building so it was super convenient. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants in the same building as well. Checking in was fast and simple. Room was okay but only 1 pillow per person was provided. The hotel front desk gently rejected to give extra drinking water when we requested. The city view from our room was very nice. For a no-frills stay, this hotel is still great though.

Location is great, walkable to shops, trains, parks and attractions. Room is basic and a little noisy/light, good shower/bath area. Some free amenities at front desk and no issue with luggage storage, coin operated laundry worked well. We declined cleaning after the first night as wasn't very well done, however had fresh towels every day

Ich habe vergessen, ein Bild des Zimmers zu nehmen. Das ist das schönste Hotel, das ich in Japan geblieben habe, für den Preis, den ich gezahlt habe. Das Hotelbett ist etwas höher festgesetzt, um Gepäck zu lagern. Dies ist für Reisende mit größerem Gepäck sehr bequem. Wir hatten zwei 30min Gepäck und hatten kein Problem mit Roaming um das Zimmer. Die hier bereitgestellten Einrichtungen sind auch von besserer Qualität. Es fühlt sich gut an die Haut. Es war gestern Neujahrstag und das Hotel bereitete soba Nüsse für alle. Es fühlte sich so warm nach einem langen kalten Tag in Sendai! Insgesamt. Großer Aufenthalt!

It’s definitely a 5 star hotel experience, the staffs at the reception is very helpful and professional. There’s a petite yet posh boutique located at the lobby, traditional Japanese restaurant, western cuisine and Chinese restaurant with standard, yet the price is reasonable. Although the double bed room is a little bit small, but mattress is comfortable, toilet amenities are with “full Japanese standard” ;) The location is great, with family-mart, 7-11 and some little restaurants surrounding around. There’s even a local wet market around the corner, local shopping malls with affordable price. As it’s nearby the Sendai station, it’s convenient to go Tokyo or other prefecture, this city center is amazing and filled up with all branded name chain stores.

Es war sehr sauber und ich war sehr zufrieden!! Das große öffentliche Bad wurde dieses Mal renoviert, sodass ich es nicht benutzen konnte, aber das Innere war so schön, dass ich es gerne ausprobieren würde!

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Sendai Station Hotel entfernt! Dieses Hotel ist wirklich fantastisch! Am Bahnhof Sendai gibt es eine Rolltreppe, sodass Sie Ihren Koffer bequem rauf und runter schleppen können. Das Hotel ist mit Tatami-Matten ausgelegt. Bevor Sie das Zimmer betreten, müssen Sie Ihre Kofferrollen reinigen und Ihre Schuhe ausziehen, um sie in den Schuhschrank (mit Schlüsseln) zu stellen. Es herrscht ein sehr japanisches Flair! Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber das Bett ist sehr bequem! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, und die Toiletten und Badezimmer sind getrennt, sodass Sie den Lärm anderer Gäste nicht hören. Die heiße Quelle im 14. Stock ist ein absolutes Muss! Nach dem Bad gibt es kostenloses Eis und morgens ein Unterhaltungsgetränk. Ein echtes Schnäppchen! Um 21 Uhr gibt es ein kostenloses Sojasaucen-Ramen-Abendessen, das einfach, aber schon recht gut ist. Dazu gibt es Dosenbeilagen aus dem Supermarkt – einfach fantastisch! Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ein Wiederkommen lohnt sich!

Good location near Sendai Station. We got a smoking room, probably our own mistake when making the reservation. Smell in room was very strong. Next they the staff were able to change the room for us which was much better.

Check-in and check-out was really easy. Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.  Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.  Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe des Westausgangs 1. Der Service an der Rezeption war in Ordnung. Bei unserem viertägigen Aufenthalt wurde uns zugesichert, dass unser Zimmer am dritten Tag gereinigt würde. Als wir jedoch ins Hotel zurückkehrten, war das Zimmer tatsächlich nicht gereinigt worden. Entweder war es schon spät, oder das Hotelpersonal war unterbesetzt. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es gäbe mehr Wandhaken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Derzeit befindet sich nur ein schmaler Schrank neben der Tür, der kaum 30 cm groß ist und Platz für maximal zwei Kleidungsstücke bietet. Ich hoffe, dies wird verbessert.
