We had a very good overall experience at this onsen hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated having an English-speaking staff member available — it made communication much easier and helped us feel more comfortable during our visit.

ロケーションは市内から離れており、とても落ち着けてリラックスすることのできる宿でした！ 夕食は味も美味しくボリュームもちょうど良かったです。 露天風呂からは四万川を臨むことができ、とても綺麗に整備されていて清潔感⚪︎です。 毎日お湯を抜き、石を磨いているそうです。

Wir waren hier während eines zweitägigen Skiausflugs. Ich fand dieses Gasthaus sehr ansprechend, zumal ich es zuvor noch nie in den sozialen Medien gesehen hatte. Da es nicht viele Zimmer gibt, war es ruhig und sehr komfortabel. Nach einer schwierigen Entscheidung habe ich mich für „Kiri“ entschieden, das ein Freiluftbad im Zimmer hat. Es war besser als erwartet, also habe ich fünfmal gebadet (lol). Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wir redeten auch noch gemeinsam darüber, als wir wieder zu Hause waren. Da ich jedoch keinen Plan bekommen habe, der das Abendessen beinhaltete, hatte ich geplant, in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant zu essen, aber sie schlossen alle früh und ich blieb ohne Essen, was ein kleiner Nachteil war ^^; Wenn ich es das nächste Mal nutze, werde ich unbedingt eine Reservierung für Mahlzeiten vornehmen! ! Die Unterkunft selbst war wirklich schön und fantastisch. Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Hilfe.

We stayed 1 night at Kusatsu Onsen hotel village. It's indeed a resort which offers many activities (table tennis, bowling, game arcade etc.) and a separate spa center with swimming pool and sauna. We didn't bother to step out the hotel until we had to leave Kusatsu. The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious too. There is shampoo and bathing tools for babies in the ladies bath. I believe it's suitable for family with young children.

A relax and nice view in Kusatsu. The hotel is located a bit far from bus terminal. However, there is a free shuttle bus service which connected with bus service. I strongly encourage the private onsen package where we can taste three different type of onsen in the hotel. My platinum ring changed colour, may be due to the acidity of onsen water😂. The dinner and breakfast inspired and it is good for family trip with a number of accessible service for elderly with physically limitations.

Прекрасный отель с онсенами! Жила в самом маленьком номере в традиционном стиле с татами и футоном. Места для одного человека достаточно. Номер был с окнами, хотя на сайте было написано, что окон нет. Туалет и раковина новые, остальная мебель немного устаревшая, но чистая. В номере есть холодная питьевая вода в кувшине, чай, печенье. Очень красивый дизайн комнаты. В отеле просторные горячие источники, один закрытый находится внизу, и два открытых источника на крыше здания с чудесным видом на город. Ванны меняются каждый день на мужские и женские, если посетить их утром и вечером, то можно попробовать все. Вода действительно целебная, намного лучше себя чувствуешь после купания. Ужин не заказывала, утром была на традиционном японском завтраке. Все красиво сервированно и подписано (правда, на японском языке). В меню рыба, овощи на пару, рис, маринованные овощи, бобы натто, яйцо, сладкий йогурт, чай. В фойе отеля можно также выпить кофе, заранее заботливо заваренный сотрудниками. Kanemidori is a short walk from the bus depot. The staff at the reception and restaurant in the hotel were all very nice and helpful. The futons and bedding in the room are very comfortable and warm for winter. You can also control your own in room heater. The hotel onsen is well maintained with full amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, face pack, hair treatment, and multiple types of lotion. We booked the room only but added on a dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both meals were carefully prepared and delicious. The main tourist area is within walking distance of the hotel and you can go around in the yukata paired with the long and short kimono jackets provided by the hotel in the winter.

A pretty decent Onsen. Just that the staff couldn’t speak much English and we had a hard time trying to understand the dinner flow. And the amenities at the onsen bath are quite limited.

Dormy Inn Maebashi is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights is the onsen, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The complimentary nighttime ramen is a nice touch, adding to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its great location near the station, Dormy Inn Maebashi is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

旅館位於伊香保溫泉石階最高點，房間能看到山下風景。雖然老舊，但仍然保養得唔錯，職員服務態度好，大堂有免付費咖啡，茶等飲品。因為沒有聽清職員介紹，去錯露天溫泉，真可惜。
