New hotel but upkeep not good . Onsen is excellent and restaurant dinner and breakfast is good . The major and most cannot accept part is my room heat system doesn’t work . The hotel only provides two small heater in the room. I am paying $100,000 yen for a private onsen room and outside tempos -9 degrees at night . You told me the heat doesn’t work , that’s a joke .

A relax and nice view in Kusatsu. The hotel is located a bit far from bus terminal. However, there is a free shuttle bus service which connected with bus service. I strongly encourage the private onsen package where we can taste three different type of onsen in the hotel. My platinum ring changed colour, may be due to the acidity of onsen water😂. The dinner and breakfast inspired and it is good for family trip with a number of accessible service for elderly with physically limitations.

Die hervorragende geografische Lage liegt direkt vor Yubatake. Das Badezimmer, das Badezimmer und das Gesicht sind sehr klein, weil es sehr alt ist, aber die Bier und die Lady Roo sind sehr lecker. Ich wusste nicht, dass der Parkplatz die letzte Zeit für den Bus hat, so dass ich nach der Ankunft des letzten Fluges ankam, aber ich bekam einen speziellen Flug und habe ihn sicher ins Hotel gebracht. Das nächste Mal wollte ich zu einer Promenade in Grassing gehen, damit ich früher ankommen kann.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert für alle, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück sind auch gut. Auch unsere sind großartig. Ich genieße den Aufenthalt wirklich.

The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. 1. Intrusive Wake-Up Call: On the second day, we were jolted awake at 9:00 AM by a phone call from the front desk just to ”confirm” our dinner time. There is absolutely no excuse for disturbing a guest's sleep for such a trivial matter, especially when a simple note under the door or a message on the phone system would suffice. 2. Dinner Reservation Fiasco: We had a confirmed reservation for the 9:00 PM dinner slot. When we arrived at the restaurant on time, we were rudely told we only had 15 minutes left to eat because the restaurant was closing. Why offer a 9:00 PM slot if you intend to close 15 minutes later? Their excuse was that they ”tried to call” to move us to a 7:30 PM slot. This is a lie—we were in our room all day and never received any call or message. Their poor internal communication and lack of a reliable system ruined our evening. 3. Sneaky Late Check-Out Fee: The hotel failed to inform us of the checkout time or the fees for late checkout. We were just 15 minutes late (at 10:15 AM), and they charged us 3,000 yen on the spot. This predatory fee was not mentioned during check-in, nor was it clearly stated in any visible policy. It feels like a scam to squeeze more money out of guests. 4. Useless Luggage Storage: After checkout, we simply wanted to store our luggage for a few hours before leaving town. They told us we had to pick it up by 12:00 PM noon. What is the point of offering ”storage” if it is only for an hour or two? This is an inconvenience, not a service. Overall, this hotel is run by people who seem to care more about collecting fees than providing hospitality. An excellent place to stay, even if just overnight. The hotel was easy to get to, with the shuttle bus running on a tight schedule. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming without feeling overbearing and were easily able to meet all our needs. The hot springs were very accessible and very romantic, and excellent in the snow. The food was amazing, with the service again being excellent, and the complimentary ice cream was very yummy. Will be easily considering staying again should I return to Japan. 11/10.

スノボ旅行の前日入りで宿泊させていただきました。到着が21時過ぎと遅くになりましたが、駐車場の台数も多く不便さはありませんでした。お風呂も気持ちよかったです。朝食会場はオープン時間前から行列できてました。オープン後に来てみたところ店内で行列ができており、先に並ぶのか席を確保してから並ぶのか、案内がなく迷いました。

Auf jeden Fall ist das Essen lecker. Außerdem mag es alle Mitarbeiter. 　 Der Teppichpool ist nahe der Soße mit kostenlosem lokalem Wärmebereich ausgestattet, Ich habe es auch getan. Die Nebengebäude im Halle im Hauptgebäude sind mit guten Windschutzscheiben ausgestattet, so dass die Punkte sehr hoch sind. Die Emulsion setzt auch Schneespeck.

Kanemidori is a short walk from the bus depot. The staff at the reception and restaurant in the hotel were all very nice and helpful. The futons and bedding in the room are very comfortable and warm for winter. You can also control your own in room heater. The hotel onsen is well maintained with full amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, face pack, hair treatment, and multiple types of lotion. We booked the room only but added on a dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both meals were carefully prepared and delicious. The main tourist area is within walking distance of the hotel and you can go around in the yukata paired with the long and short kimono jackets provided by the hotel in the winter.

一泊二食的酒店，在草津來講是非常大型的酒店，前台有會説中文的台胞，早晚餐是自助餐，食物選擇非常多，訂的是帶私湯的房間，房間不大，一家三口人住有點擠。門口就有7-11和一個超市，走去湯畑很近，酒店也有班車接送，不過最早的班次是15:00。酒店的行政酒廊有小糕點，15:00-17:30期間可以去吃吃東西喝喝飲料，也有專屬的泡湯區，有免費的起泡酒喝，訂有私湯的房間會贈送酒廊和專屬泡湯區使用權限，否則要收費。
