Service was great. Receptionist was professional. Hassle checking in and out. Breakfast was a huge spread with lots of live station. Housekeeping was great as well. We were invited by a plate of cake and birthday message on the full length mirror, thanks to Cynthia and housekeeping team. Mtri and Danny went the extra mile to help and purchase emergency woman needs. Thank you to the team. Room was exceptionally clean. Location is very convenient with convenience store across and beside the hotel.

Wenn ich eine perfekte Punktzahl von 100 erreiche, kann ich 98 Punkte vergeben. Ich war ursprünglich sehr nervös, dieses Hotel zu buchen, da es auf der Website nur etwa ein Dutzend Bewertungen aus China gab und die Bewertung des Hotels nicht hoch war, weil es nicht genügend Bewertungen gab. Zudem ist die vom Hotel selbst hochgeladene Einleitung sehr klein und die Bilder unvollständig. Erst als ich im Hotel ankam, gab ich meine Sorgen auf und stellte fest, dass es das beste Hotel der gesamten Reise war. Ich habe nur eine Frage. Das Abendessen am ersten Tag war ein Buffet. Am zweiten Tag wurde das Mittag- und Abendessen auf à la carte umgestellt. Aber ich muss sagen, dass die Qualität der bestellten Speisen sehr hoch ist und der Koch sehr gut darin ist. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Schulung an der Rezeption und es gibt keine Einführung in alle Einrichtungen und Essenszeiten des Hotels. Wird eine Einführung und Spa-Werbung im Raum empfohlen?

Haben Sie eine erinnereliche Erfahrung, in Brevely Hotel Batam auf meiner letzten Reise mit Freunden zu bleiben. Muss sagen Zimmer ist riesig für Deluxe King und das Personal sind super freundlich. tägliches Frühstück mit durchschnittlichen Optionen, aber Lebensmittel sind lecker.Leider Pool unter Renovierung. Insgesamt ist ein Geschenk-Übernachtung in diesem Hotel wird sicher empfehlen Freunde, den Aufenthalt zu erleben

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and every request I made was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Special thanks to all your staff especially to your GRO Ms Trestha for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Room 615 Night time shower no hot water n water flow was so pathetic Aircon was disapointing inform front desk check said to wait but 16 degrees like 25 degrees What is going on???? Outside hotel smell very bad Hope to hear from you soon.

Excellent hotel. Staffs are welcoming, warm and polite. Cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent location - ＜5 mins walk to 2 malls (grand batam mall, city square mall) and, massages shop. Just beside the hotel is A2 food court. At night, there's a row of food stalls at roadside of the hotel. Opposite the hotel there's a convenience shop and many restaurants, penuin wet market is there as well. Breakfast is rich in variety from western to local Indonesian, including an Indomee stall. Overall, it's a 10/10 recommendation!

Exceed expectations. Buffet & staff hospitality excel & amongst best 4 & 5 star hotels , that I have stayed in so far. Hotel is well located with easy transportation of Grab & Taxi (at very good prices). Room is great, and faces the seas. The government, however, should provided some support to install traffic lights to facilitate road users crossing the key streets. Staff deserving special mentions include Handika (Duty manager) & Indra (pool). Keep it up!

Overall, extremely pleasant experience. Location was near Nagoya Hill area with many essentials stores nearby that were accessible by a designated pathway that leads out from the hotel lobby lift area. There’s also a Starbucks cafe downstairs at the lobby of the hotel that comes with a pool table. Room was great. Service was excellent and even satisfied my extra requirement of having a birthday cake surprise for my partner which was greatly appreciated. Room amenities were all alright. Toiletries were more than adequate which was really great! Comes with a bathtub big enough for two. TV was big enough and comes with Netflix. Breakfast had a widespread of cuisines and pool and gym amenities were really satisfactory. E-hailing services such as Grab and Gojek were easily booked from the hotel lobby. Security assuring and tight with every car entering the hotel premises being subjected to a security check. Hotel doorman was extremely friendly and helpful.Room service was extraordinary and was very good and relatively cheap! Some areas for improvement include: - Some of the light switches in the room were either not functioning or it was difficult to switch the light on or off probably due to the electrical contact issue. - The peephole was loose and was not functioning properly. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. Definitely recommend!!! :)

Overall stay was pleasant. Room, location, Convenience and safe.  Only issue I had was the power points and usb ports for charging. Initially the power point works but usb did not. Then they replaced it. After that the power point does not work but usb ports work.  Room took long time to cool down despite putting it at 17 degrees.  Other than that, it’s was a pleasant and fun stay. Highly recommended to stay here for the convenience of shops, clinics, spas and food. There are 4 hotels in this area ….

Nice hotel in a super convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from Grand Batam Mall and several spas. Breakfast was included in my room rate.. met a nice service staff called Andalina.. very helpful and patient. Room was good with comfortable firm beds and pillows. Bathroom was average though and can be improved. Small and basic. Overall enjoyed my stay with the warm service from the staff and door man.
