We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was attentive, the amenities were top-notch, and the pool area was a great place for our kids. We would definitely stay here again.

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

Hier sind meine Bewertungen für das Turi Beach Resort, da ich zum ersten Mal allein reise. Die Einheimischen sind nett, die Lage ist auch gut. Mit Begrüßungsgetränken beim Einchecken im Hotel (die ich nicht getrunken habe, da ich mit dem Einchecken beschäftigt war, aber sie sehen köstlich aus 🤤). Es war gut, sich zu entspannen und die geistige Gesundheit zu entspannen. Das Personal gab mir ein schönes Zimmer, was mich noch mehr wertschätzte. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass es keine Lotion im Zimmer gibt, was mich ein wenig traurig macht, da ich erwartet hatte, eine zu haben. Aber die Gesamterfahrung ist gut. Ich liebe den Ort und das Personal ist freundlich. Ich liebe auch den Sonnenuntergang und den Sonnenaufgang. Besonders im Island Bar Restaurant. Ich werde auf jeden Fall dorthin zurückkehren.

Beautiful, convenient and wonderful hotel👍👍service staff was friendly too. For the room, we stay at 2 bedroom executive high floor corner unit, it is clean and comfortable, with aircon working great but only the living area light a bit faulty(occasionally flashing). The balcony living area link to master bedroom which was great but only setback is it was a bit noisy during sleeping hour. For the other room no issue of the noise. For the water on the water dispenser and glass water bottle at the kitchen please don’t drink the water as it is very dirty we almost drank it when we make our tea, only to see closely there is some pieces of unidentify items floating in it. For the breakfast, it was ok. Overall would recommend this great hotel👍👍

Have a memorable experience staying in Brevely Hotel Batam on my recent trip with friends. Must say room is huge for deluxe King and staff are super friendly.Daily breakfast with average options but food are delicious.unfortunatly pool is under renovation. Overall is a present stay in this hotel will surely recommend friends to experience the stay

Es ist ein idealer Ort für einen Kurzurlaub, da das Spa, der Fährhafen und viele Fischrestaurants direkt vor der Haustür liegen. Es besteht jedoch Raum für weitere Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die Qualität des Essens und die Fähigkeiten im Kundenservice, um den Standards eines 5-Sterne-Hotels gerecht zu werden.

納土納島最好的酒店，酒店環境好，員工也樂於助人，非常友善。酒店也提供跳島遊和別的一些項目，可以更好的瞭解納土納島。早餐可選擇的有限，但味道非常好。這裏的工作人員是我最難忘的，我和Dian已經是朋友。這是我一定會回來的酒店。

Wenn ich eine perfekte Punktzahl von 100 erreiche, kann ich 98 Punkte vergeben. Ich war ursprünglich sehr nervös, dieses Hotel zu buchen, da es auf der Website nur etwa ein Dutzend Bewertungen aus China gab und die Bewertung des Hotels nicht hoch war, weil es nicht genügend Bewertungen gab. Zudem ist die vom Hotel selbst hochgeladene Einleitung sehr klein und die Bilder unvollständig. Erst als ich im Hotel ankam, gab ich meine Sorgen auf und stellte fest, dass es das beste Hotel der gesamten Reise war. Ich habe nur eine Frage. Das Abendessen am ersten Tag war ein Buffet. Am zweiten Tag wurde das Mittag- und Abendessen auf à la carte umgestellt. Aber ich muss sagen, dass die Qualität der bestellten Speisen sehr hoch ist und der Koch sehr gut darin ist. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Schulung an der Rezeption und es gibt keine Einführung in alle Einrichtungen und Essenszeiten des Hotels. Wird eine Einführung und Spa-Werbung im Raum empfohlen?

I chose Montigo Resort Nongsa to celebrate my partner's birthday, and honestly, they made it special. I left a note mentioning that it was my partner's birthday and the team truly went the extra mile to surprise him in the evening with a birthday cake with candles all ready, and even a sweet ”Happy Birthday” spelt out with flowers on our bed. It was such a thoughtful touch, huge props to the team for that effort! The view from our private pool at night is stunning. It was so peaceful with sky full of stars and we were able to see the lights of Singapore across the water from our room. The resort location isn't exactly convenient as it sits outside of the Batam central area where all the malls are at, but this is definitely the place for a quiet and chillax weekend getaway. The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the breakfast spread and water. The breakfast was below standard type of bad in terms of taste and available selection for a resort of this price point. More importantly is that we did notice quite some small black bits floating around in the pool, and the water for the bathtub had this yellow tinge (we leave it running for 20 min and it's still slightly yellow, and the water flowing out turned cold after 20 min). Although, these weren't a huge deal-breaker cause both of us don't use the bathtub, but it's something I think the resort should seriously look into if they are positioning themselves as a high-end resort. Overall though, despite that the issues, our stay at Montigo Nongsa was fantastic. The amazing service, especially that lovely birthday surprise, and those incredible nighttime views completely won us over. If they can just sort out the water situation, it would be absolutely top-notch. We're already thinking about when we can plan our next visit!

The spread of breakfast is excellent. Only question is that Mobile can enter to carpark from main entrance. Why motorcycle can only enter by sidedoor n not the main entrance of the cark park I have my own motorbike n was stop by the security from entering from the main entrance of the cark park I was direct to go in by the side door that is the slope leading to the cark park. I m a guest of the hotel n I pay for the room I occupied.. what the difference between mobile n motorbike. Difference treatment. Please do some correction on this matter. Tks
