Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung während meines Aufenthalts. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich angenehm, willkommen und bereit, mit allem zu helfen, was ich brauchte. Von der Ein- und Auscheckung machten ihr Professionalität und Freundlichkeit einen wirklichen Unterschied. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Ortes fühlte sich einladend und gut gepflegt. Ich schätzte wirklich die Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, und ich würde nicht zögern, hier wieder zu bleiben. Sehr empfohlen!

We stayed here for a staycation. We stayed here for a family-cation. The hotel room was quite nice, but for a family-cation it is not recommended, because the size of the swimming pool is very small, the relaxation area is also inadequate, more suitable for business or solo travelers who want to enjoy the hotel room. Check in process took forever, with super longgg queue, have to wait almost 1.5 hours until we can enjoy our room.

Very nice stay. The hotel is good. The room was nice and spacious. But the service was unpleasant. It took so long to provide us the iron that we requested. Hopefully Novus will get even better in the future.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

This hotel just far better then I expect. The service for checking was much accurated as during checking, they give option what type of room: Smocking or Non-smocking. So it’s really suited. On the other hand they have free taxi delivery from hotel to airport. The free cost only 10 Am and afternoon 3/4 PM. So if you go at that time they will bring you to airport without any cost. If you go other than that time they will cost you.

The location was great, lots of restaurants nearby and the Living Mall right opposite… pretty much that’s it! The hotel itself was however very disappointing, rather old and the room has a very mouldy musky smell. Despite me spraying perfume around the room , the musky smell was still overwhelmingly. Breakfast was terrible too, very limited options for me as a foreigner. Also food doesn’t look fresh. Even the coffee machine made coffee that was not hot and taste terrible, I took a sip and didn’t want it anymore. It’s so bad that I ordered grab coffee and had cup noodles for breakfast.

rooms are very small we had to pay $15 par day to upgarade our romm which was liitle uncomfortable as all booking made are non refundable . as we had long flght just paid and slept

Wird für den Inlandstransit verwendet. Wenn Sie einen Flug am frühen Morgen haben, ist dieses Hotel sehr praktisch. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Handtücher können gemietet werden und Duschen sind vorhanden. Dieses große Schlafzimmer liegt direkt vor der Herrentoilette und vor der allgemeinen Umkleidekabine, sodass Sie rund um die Uhr Lärm ausgesetzt sind. Es ist unmöglich, nachts gut zu schlafen. Insbesondere die Geräusche beim Öffnen und Schließen der Schließfächer sowie die Gespräche der indonesischen Gruppe waren extrem laut und störend. Sie wissen nicht, wie man ruhig ist und Rücksicht auf andere nimmt. Wahrscheinlich, weil ihnen die Erfahrung fehlt. Möglicherweise können Sie in einer privaten Kapsel ruhiger schlafen, als wenn Sie eines dieser komfortablen, geräumigen Zimmer reservieren. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen, aber komfortablen Aufenthalt wünschen, würde ich Ihnen eher ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens empfehlen als ein lautes, aber praktisch gelegenes Hotel.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel lived up to most of my expectations. Cleanliness was generally good, though I had to deduct a star because the linen in my room had some visible stains. That aside, everything else was well-maintained and comfortable. One standout moment was how the staff handled my GrabFood delivery — they were kind enough to store the food safely at the lobby until I could pick it up, which was a big plus in terms of service and convenience. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
