I stayed at this hotel in preko for one night and had a good stay there. All of the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and spoke excellent English, which made check-in and communication very easy. The room was spotless and well equipped, with everything I needed. I also really liked the dining area on the ground floor — it’s a comfortable space to relax or chat with friends. The outdoor seating is especially nice, with a lovely sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. There are, however, a few small areas that could be improved. The pool, sauna, and massage services are only available until 8 p.m., which makes it hard for guests staying just one night to enjoy them — especially if they spend the day exploring outside and return later in the evening. Another thing is the balcony. While the room itself was excellent, the balcony faced nearby residential buildings rather than the sea, so the view wasn’t as great as expected. A sea-facing view would have made the experience perfect. Regarding the food, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was generally good, with a decent variety and acceptable quality, though not particularly impressive for a four- or five-star hotel. Dinner, on the other hand, felt overpriced. Although the restaurant has a perfect Google rating, I personally wouldn’t give it five stars. Most of the dishes tasted fine, but the portions were quite small and the flavors didn’t really justify the price (over €20–30 per dish). That said, the environment was lovely and the service was great, so overall, I would still rate the restaurant four stars. In summary, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere. It would be even better if the spa facilities had longer opening hours and the dining experience offered better value for money. I’d still recommend this hotel, especially for those who plan to stay more than one night.

Wir bedauern, dass wir nur einen Tag da geblieben haben! Das Zimmer ist gut konzipiert, gemütlich und warm. Sehr schöner Shampoo und Haartrockner. Gute Atmosphäre um das Hotel vor allem das Restaurant. Viel Auswahl an Qualitätsnahrung serviert im Frühstücksbuffet, wir liebten es! Ich würde den künftigen Gästen sicher empfehlen!

Tolles Hotel, sauberes Zimmer. Hotel am Strand, Parkplätze vorhanden. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das behindertengerechte Zimmer ist sehr rollstuhlfreundlich und das Hotel ist komplett behindertengerecht. Man kann sogar mit einer Rampe in den Pool und mit einer Rampe ins offene Meer rollen. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Ich bin jetzt zum dritten Mal in diesem Hostel und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Und das alles wegen der gemütlichen und heimeligen Atmosphäre, dem Komfort, der Sauberkeit und dem freundlichen Personal. Das Hostel verfügt über einen gut ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer kleinen Küche (Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank) und es gibt Tische, falls Sie am Laptop arbeiten müssen. Niemand mischt sich in die Angelegenheiten anderer ein, alles ist ordentlich und edel. Die Betten verfügen über Vorhänge/Licht/Steckdosen, die Ihr Bett in einen privaten Ort verwandeln. Die Gepäckschließfächer sind riesig, sogar ein Koffer passt hinein.

The hotel is in a prefect location which is just 5 min walking distance away from the beach which you can swim and enjoy sunshine. If you like to go for sightseeing. The old town is about 25 minutes walking distance from the hotel. One extra advantage is that a big supermarket Interspar is only 3 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is well managed and you can see from the details that the management has tried his very best to make a prefect stay for his clients. It is highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room. She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff. The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist hervorragend – zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, sodass man den Tag entspannt mit einem Spaziergang am Meer beginnen kann. Besonders genossen haben wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, direkt mit Blick auf den Hafen. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Insel, was den Morgen besonders magisch macht. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, die eine Vielzahl an kulinarischen Erlebnissen bieten. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant ist ebenfalls nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet hervorragende Gerichte in einem gemütlichen Ambiente. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht begrüßt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Hotelzimmer sind makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt hier einfach perfekt und wir können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Urlaub in bester Lage verbringen möchte.

Das Kolovar Hotel liegt am Strand von Kolovar und ist nur wenige Minuten vom Busbahnhof Zadar entfernt. Bis zum Meer sind es etwa 15 Minuten Orgel. Es ist recht praktisch. Das Frühstück ist akzeptabel und für Leute geeignet, die von Zadar in andere Orte reisen.
