Die Aufzüge waren seit Wochen nicht arbeiten und niemand hatte uns gesagt, bis wir zum Hotel gekommen sind. Das Personal des Frontbüros hat uns ein Zimmer im dritten Stock zugewiesen, aber wir haben abgelehnt. Wir bestanden darauf, dass wir unsere Buchung annullieren würden, wenn sie uns nicht ein Zimmer im ersten Stock gab. Wir warten bis 6:00 Uhr, um in unser Zimmer auf der ersten Etage zu bewegen. Wie lächerlich die Treppen auf den dritten Etage für Menschen über 70 mit schwerem Gepäck zu steigen!

Ich hatte einen Übernachtungsurlaub, um meine Großmutter zu Build-A-Bear zu nehmen. Es wurde gemacht, um sich von dem Moment an zu begrüßen, als wir angekommen waren. Es war sehr sauber, und obwohl ich ein Zimmer hatte, war es ziemlich geräumig. Das Frühstück war einer der besten, die ich mit viel Auswahl erlebt habe.

I had a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic with lots of things going on all around and most places are a short walk away. The staff were very accommodating and polite. There's not a lift so you do need to walk up stairs. Before arriving, I requested a room on the lowest possible floor to minimise climbing for my mother and the staff were responsive and helpful. The service from Sanjay and Ruth was excellent. The breakfast was yummy and they had vegan-friendly options too! I was worried the room would be a bit small for two people but it was lovely, the shower was great and it was actually quite spacious. I was also impressed with how secure the hotel was and Anne-Marie on the front desk was really pleasant to chat with at any time. I would definitely recommend this place and I would be very happy to stay here again!

Location is extremely good closed to Cardiff station. Room is big. Clean bed. Restaurant looks good. Is one of good choice to stay in Cardiff.

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

Schönes und kooperatives Front Desk Personal, besonders Zakir und Iuan. Sie sind immer eifersüchtig, eine zusätzliche Meile für die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gehen. Sehr schöne Lage, sauber und gemütlich Zimmer mit guten Einrichtungen.

Wifi in the room didn’t work I had to check twice with the reception but it didn’t work I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. Despite having allowed to check out at 1pm housekeeper still knocked on my door at 12pm. Receptionist gave wrong info about going to the city. They made mistake with my number of luggages. Very disappointed with this Marriott property

Comfortable and Modern Stay I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. A great choice for a straightforward and enjoyable stay!

Das Hotel war sehr hilfreich und freundlich, das Hotel ist direkt am Zentrum, einfacher Zugang zu Pubs und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war auch fabulös OMG ich wollte nicht nach Hause kommen. :( Ich hatte Zimmerservice, ich hatte Pasta Bolognaise, die blinkende Lust, ich wollte eine andere.
