device was brilliant from checking in , they were very busy , but magee time to take our bags until our check in time . When we arrived home i realised I had left my purse hidden in our room 😢. I phoned the and spoke to the desk clerk and they went straight to our old room and found my purse and phoned me straight back . 😊. Thank you to all the staff .

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hilton Cardiff. Das Hotel war sehr schön, modern, gut gepflegt und in einer tollen Lage. Das Front Desk Personal war ausgezeichnet: willkommen, professionell und schnell zu helfen mit allem, was ich brauchte. Mein Zimmer war spotless, und das Bett war extrem komfortable, was für eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf gemacht. Sauberkeit war eindeutig eine Priorität im gesamten Hotel. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige und angenehme Erfahrung. Ich würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

The location is superb. It is adjacent to the Cardiff Central train station and not far from the Central market and Cardiff Castle. The check-in and check-out process by front desk are simple and not taking long time.

Das Hotel war sehr hilfreich und freundlich, das Hotel ist direkt am Zentrum, einfacher Zugang zu Pubs und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war auch fabulös OMG ich wollte nicht nach Hause kommen. :( Ich hatte Zimmerservice, ich hatte Pasta Bolognaise, die blinkende Lust, ich wollte eine andere.

Wifi in the room didn’t work I had to check twice with the reception but it didn’t work I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. Despite having allowed to check out at 1pm housekeeper still knocked on my door at 12pm. Receptionist gave wrong info about going to the city. They made mistake with my number of luggages. Very disappointed with this Marriott property

Angel hotel has more of a home like environment than a hotel. It’s an old building with limited modern facilities. Location is fantastic, breakfast was ok and luxury is limited. The staff were all very friendly and ever ready to help or support.

Die Umgebung ist immer noch gut am Tag zu sehen. Unterhalb einer Bar, die Gastgeberin ist nett, ich bin zu spät angekommen, Sie hat mir das Material aus den Gästedaten gefunden und die Passwort für die Tür öffnet, oder sie hat es gut gemacht. Gesundheit: Kein Problem, sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist nicht groß, es gibt ein eigenes Badezimmer, das für einen Menschen geeignet ist Die anderen Bilder sind die Stadt Burg und Straßengebäude von Cardiff.

Great front service staff. However, no face towels or tissues were in the room. Bed was uncomfortable. Excellent location, we completed lots of walking. Buffet breakfast was awesome

Ich hatte eine Stornierung beantragt, da mein Freund an Covid erkrankt war, aber die Anfrage wurde abgelehnt. Daher musste ich alleine reisen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und haben meinem Wunsch nach einem späten Check-out entsprochen. Die Lage ist weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, etwa 20 Gehminuten. Auf das WLAN kann man sich nicht verlassen, da es instabil ist. Man hört den Lärm von draußen, wenn Kinder rennen und schreien. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, und es wird sich am nächsten Tag wiederholen.

Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this trip. Sadly the room was not up to standard, Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities. General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice. View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.
