Schönes Hotel in einer tollen Lage neben dem Park, Restaurants und Bars. Wir kamen früh an und das Personal sagte, sie hätten noch keine Zimmer zur Verfügung. Wir wissen, dass dies nicht stimmt, da es Zimmer zur Buchung des Tages vor und am Tag noch verfügbar waren. Nicht sicher, warum sie nicht einen etwas früheren Eincheck übernachten können, um Gästen zu helfen. Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel, so dass wir wissen, das Hotel Mitte der Woche nicht vollständig reserviert wurde. Sie haben auch eine 50-Pfund-Einlage gefragt, die wir noch nie gefragt haben, wenn wir ein Hotel anreisen. Wir realisierten dann, dass sie uns ein Signature Zimmer gegeben hatten, als wir für ein Signature Plus Zimmer bezahlt hatten. Wir hatten für ein höheres Stockzimmer mit den Extras bezahlt, die wir nicht erhalten hatten. Das Zimmer war schön und komfortabel, und das Hotelpersonal war entschuldigend, um uns zu erfahren, dass es die Schuld der Trip, sie die falschen Informationen zu senden. Nach der Rückkehr Trip folgte dies und kreditierte uns einige Reise Münzen zu Entschuldigungen. Wir hatten einen Drink in der Himmelsbar, aber für uns fühlte es sich sehr offen und kalt. Es hatte ein bisschen Flughafen-Lounge mehr als eine Bar zu ihm fühlen. Die Ansichten waren großartig und ich bin sicher, dass es Abendessen in der Restaurantzone schön wäre. Neben den wenigen Hiccups haben wir dieses Hotel mit der Lage, komfortable Zimmer und großartige Aussichten wirklich gefallen! Wir werden sicherlich wieder bleiben.

OMG der Ort war nur erstaunlich! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Obwohl das Hotel sehr weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt war, d. h. , eine Stunde von der Oxford University, eine halbe Stunde von Bicester, aber 15 Minuten Fahrt von Waitrose, was für uns gut genug war (kühl aber genießen Sie die Weltklasse Rennen Autos umher). Die Einrichtungen waren neu. Das Personal war freundlich ( es fühlte sich stark in der Frühstückssitzung), es gab auch einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt neben der Wohnung. Kostenlos 15 Minuten Stromlast außerhalb der Rezeption. Kostenloser Zugang zum Fitness- und Schwimmbad... alles nur fabulös!

From start to finish we had an excellent experience at this hotel. Check in was super quick and easy and the hotel facilities were excellent and convenient. The highlight for us was the service we received by Lucy & Tetiana at breakfast, they were very chatty and polite and had genuine time for all the customers and showes is around all the breakfast options.The breakfast was superb! the best I have ever had as a traveller with plenty of choice and all very tasty. Our family room was spacious and was clean and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Located centrally, right next to a trendy square which offers great food and drink options. The service was lovely My husband wanted to give me a surprise and hotel arranged it for him and received my flowers and put it in the room in advance Facilities was great. The gym got abit of everything and pool and sauna to use as well Would recommend for couple and family stay

Es war ein Standardhotel, Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Der Fitnessraum ist klein, aber der Hauptfehler war die Heizung nicht funktionierte und es war eine ziemlich kalte Nacht. Frühstück war jedoch anständig. 3/5

The only Issue I have with hotel is they have no fridges in rooms That is fine but they should have a fringe for customers medication I was refused first time Then went back and insisted ! Find it crazy these days with inclusive for all If I had visible issues would do anything To assist

I stayed at Holiday Inn High Wycombe on 19th February, and unfortunately, my experience started on a disappointing note. Upon arrival, I was greeted politely and checked in by the receptionist, who allocated me a ground floor room. However, when I entered the room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwilling to stay there. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired. I contacted reception, and to their credit, the staff member came to inspect the room herself. She acknowledged the issue, apologised sincerely, and admitted it should have been resolved by housekeeping. Unfortunately, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. I was offered a 30% discount to stay in the room, but I declined as I did not feel comfortable. The receptionist then arranged an alternative solution by relocating me to Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe, including organising a taxi transfer. Although there was some confusion about room availability at the Hilton, she remained helpful and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. Once I arrived at the Hilton, the difference was clear — the room was clean, fresh, and of a much higher standard, which made for a far more comfortable stay. Overall, while I appreciate the professionalism and efforts of the staff at Holiday Inn to resolve the issue, the initial room condition fell well below expectations.

Great for a relaxing night away. Lovely modern hotel, great rooms and service. Spa is a little basic but it was fine for what we needed for our one night away! Very close to Marlow town centre which is great to explore!
